Rusticraft did a great job. They recommended a fencing solution that turned out perfectly for us - this solution was also the least expensive of the options I asked about. The installation was done very well despite challenges (snow and sloped hill). Attractive self-closing fence handles (better than I have had on any other fence) were standard, along with boards wrapped around gate posts for better aesthetics.

Had a fence installed at our old house. After a few years, one post fell down and another showed visible rotting. Was still well within the warranty stated by Rusticraft, but they told me I’d have to pay for the rotted sections to be replaced because they are not responsible for the materials they choose and install.Not wanting to lawyer up, we reluctantly and frustratedly agreed. I have an email promising me that it would be at cost, but then my invoice was triple that. It cost pretty close to as much to repair the section of fence that rotted due to faulty materials, that should have been within warranty, as it did to install the entire fence to begin with.Now, they pepper me with emails asking for Google review. So I had to oblige, and share my honest experience with them.I will never consider using Rusticraft again, and would recommend against the company, its products, and how they handle issues.

Rusticraft stood by their warrantee.We had our fence installed close to 10 years ago and a few panels became discolored. I called asking if I could pay to have them replaced. They came and checked them out and replaced the fence for free!
