The whole pharmacy team is great. They work so hard to help people out. Ivy, Ryan… all of them are so helpful and clearly care about their work.The 1 star reviews on here are from angry boomers and rich kids who have never had to wait in a line before. News flash: pharmacies in the US are understaffed because they aren’t getting paid enough for the work they do, let alone a living wage. Go try working a day at a pharmacy and you’ll see.

A simply embarrassing business, referring to the pharmacy. Phone wait times are 30+ minutes for any phone call. Line wait times are ridiculous in store. Extremely rude workers, and to top it off a pharmacist that cannot answer any questions about prescriptions. Signs posted of hiring with no experience needed explains a lot. Steer clear of here for your own safety and mental well-being.

Been here before never had a problem, until today. My Rx was sent to the pharmacy, I decided to give the time to fill my Rx. Showed up only for them to tell me that my Rx wasn’t ready, and it’s not safe to fill my Rx (come up with a better lie, if you wanted to go on lunch just say that). And I should come back at 2:15pm, so I went back at about 2:36pm. Rx was still not ready, and they are working on it right now. Fast forward Rx was finally ready, paid and was about to take my items from the counter. The (Ryan)guy hold up his hand 🤚 in my face, which was very disrespectful. He had the nerve to have an attitude, like it’s my fault that the staff back there is incompetent. Unacceptable! who are these people? Please go else where.

The pharmacy is overloaded. Do everything you can to use another pharmacy as this cvs is just a nightmare. Line was 10 people deep today and not moving.

Pharmacy won’t pick up the phone, lines are extremely long to drop or pickup scripts. Would suggest going elsewhere for pharmacy if you can. The store, other than the pharmacy, is great. Very friendly workers!

CVS CORPORATE MUST PAY PEOPLE BETTER & HIRE MORE WORKERS. THE CORPORATE GREED & EXPLOITATION OF STAFF IS EXTREME & GETTING WORSE. The staff is nice & they work so hard, but the lines are so long because they’re understaffed & I’ve been on hold for 1hr+ when calling the pharmacy. It’s not the workers’ fault that CVS corporate won’t hire more people or pay well enough to attract & retain employees. Typical big business, paying the executives & screwing the wage workers. They aren’t even open as much as before.The store used to be 24 hrs & now closes at 10. The pharmacy closes at 8pm on weekdays, 6pm on Sat & isn’t open AT ALL on Sundays. Hire more staff.Again, the employees are kind, helpful & skilled, but they’re always rushed because the store (esp the pharmacy) are so busy & understaffed.Don’t take it out on the people behind the counter… CVS corporate must PAY BETTER & HIRE MORE.“Essential” employees deserve to be treated as such, not just “honored” in PR designed to increase profits but screw workers. It’s unconscionable.

I had been going here for years. Then when I started using Good Rx I realized that CVS was always the most expensive by as much as 10 to 12 times that of Wegman's or Giant!!!!. Jeff and Sarah were the only pharmacists who were helpful and courteous. The employees on the store side were always helpful as well. I don't think people realize how much CVS gouges for meds especially if you don't have a prescription plan.

This is where God sends people who have prayed for patience and tolerance. Receiving your Rx is a privilege. The pharmacist berates women and old people, but never anyone to whom he'd lose a fight. The other staff seem to have all suffered from oxygen-deprivation at some point in their lives.

I've never written a review of anything before. I'm a seasoned physician, recently moved to the area and have used this pharmacy about a dozen times in the past 3 months. I have never encountered a retail business with so consistently poor service. Long lines, slow employees, seemingly very inefficient processes. Please allow at least 15 minutes to pick up or drop off a prescription. Good luck!!

Spend your money elsewhere. Why? The non-HIPPA-compliant “pharmacist”, Rush Shah, who has ZERO people skills. He is consumed by his self-imposed-self-importance. He's not equipped to help. He’s best at talking over patrons’ voices. He is arrogant. He is hubristic. I feel for the staff at this CVS who has to work with him. Rush: Please learn proper etiquette. You need it.

Terrible pharmacy. Understaffed. Long wait. Two running (includes pharmacist) like chickens with their head cut offs. Can not stand terrible customer service while in pain. Hire more people. Better to be over staffed than under staffed. Took an hour as well to get a flu shot after picking up medication. Also, got tired of hearing their pharmacy calls out load that are waiting. What a terrible experience.

All the pharmacists (especially the night pharmacists) are super friendly and helpful. Yes, I have waited on occasion but this is a busy store. Plan your visit to non peak hours and you'll be fine. Waiting on the script? This store has just about everything you need in it.

Pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions. Whisked me back to the front part of the pharmacy after the clerk couldn’t find my script. Acted like it was my fault after she found it. I don’t appreciate being dismissed when I have I legitimate question. So poorly run. That’s why I go to 629 west Lancaster Ave. The staff there is fabulous. Put this place to shame. Only go to 316 e when my usual place is out of stock.

If you need to pick up or drop off a prescription, be prepared to wait in line for a LONG time. I'm typing this as I've been standing here for 30 minutes already. There are at least 6 people behind the counter and they're still taking forever. Meanwhile, I can hear the phone system repeating "3 pharmacy calls" over and over, as they leave people waiting on hold without taking any calls. And I can personally corroborate that experience, since they kept me on hold for 20 minutes earlier today when I called them.

UPDATE: HIPPA VIOLATION:My Families Information was clearly visible at the checkout register via a label attached to it. It has been there at least a week if not longer. Stay AWAY from this Pharmacy.Strictly Pharmacy:This is the most poorly run pharmacy with the biggest bunch of knowledge-less individuals I have ever seen. Having been a CVS Pharmacy tech myself, we would never leave the register to go run insurance information again, we would have handed off to someone to take care of while helping the next customer.Service is slow, clueless and often trips are made for nothing. Even when you call ahead to confirm or ask a question, you arrive there and find out the complete opposite of what you just called to confirm is the case.STAY AWAY from this dump.

Terrible customer service. Long lines and they promise to have things ready after a certain time and don't have them. Today, I was told, after two phone calls that my prescription would be ready after 3 and, when I got there, they said it wasn't delivered and they don't know what happened. I really miss Rite Aid and wish my insurance still used them.
