Visited with my daughter in law and granddaughter who live in the area. Lots of really nice ornaments and Christmas decorations. And, who could pass up a photo with your pup and Santa! It's a fun place with good people!

Went for just the DIY bath but found that the store has great prices on Origin dog foods.$10 per dog is a really good priceIncludes everything you would need. Soap, towel, blow dryer, hooks for dogs in the tub, and snacks available.The max water temp is set at a pretty warm temp so I don't go past 80% but to each their own.There's only 2 tubs so there might be a wait time depending on when you go there.All in all we'll probably make this a routine trip.

I go to Braxton's for the self service dog wash. It's great, and it has everything I need to get dogs squeaky clean, and a great selection of treats to buy in order to regain my dogs love😁

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Great selection and I found prices to be very competitive. Needed to purchase a raincoat for my dog. Admittedly bought a coat online only to have it not fit. Then had to mess with return and credit. Next, I went to Braxton's and they had all sorts of styles and at prices that were comparable to anything online. In the future, I will just start my pet shopping at Braxton's.

Ripley had a great bath at Braxton’s today! Stopped in and added our name to the waitlist and then took a nice stroll on the Radner Trail before his bath. Staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. See you again in a few weeks!

My pets don't like to go for their bath but I love it. Much easier on my back to bathe them there and they supply everything you need!

Service is top-notch. I had purchased a large dog crate that I never opened, well past any other stores return policy, but it was never opened. Braxtons returned without a question. As a purchaser of raw/frozen food for my standard, you must be very careful where you buy. If the raw food is not stored properly, your dog can get very sick. My standard has been sick 2x in her life and it was when I purchased raw at another store. Family owed business are the BEST! If prices are higher than other "chains," its worth the extra money for quality and service!

Braxton’s is such a great local business! They have a great variety of toys for my cats that most other pet stores do not. Many unique items too! They are also very great on prices with many items being dollars less than other stores in the area! The staff is also extremely friendly and so accommodating. I’ve been having trouble getting my picky cat’s favorite food and they were able to special order it for me!

I went in looking for a small fountain and a window perch for my cat. They were out of the fountains, and I got blank stares when I asked about the perches.If you're a dog person, I'm sure this is the place for you. If, like me, you prefer cats (or other small pets), don't bother. They do have quality beds in the loft upstairs, I'll give them that.(I've been reminded that I worked there back in 1999-2000. It was far more balanced back then.)

Dog washing station is convenient - However after this last trip I won’t be back. Only one station was in use with Rottweiler, and I was told to wait 5mins for the Big Dog to finish. I needed two bath stations, they said both would be free so we could wash both our dogs same time. I went up stairs to shop for cat supplies, came back down in a few mins to find out they let other people in before us- now there was a waiting list. I could wash one dog & would have to wait for next opening. ??? 3 Staff members all knew we had two dogs, arrived well before all others… this was Super inconsiderate of our time & Not the normal process for Braxton’s as we should have been 1st in line on waiting list. I Put all our shopping stuff back & left.

This store is amazing! Selection is really great, I can find here almost everything for my pet. Staff is friendly, polite and so knowledgeable! The store is also well-maintained and clean. Highly recommending this place, I like it so much.

Employees not wearing masks and somewhat rude to those who decided to. Cashier didn't know any products and had to run upstairs a few times to get codes so checkout was almost 10 min for 3 items. Shelves were also pretty bare and didn't have a basic pet care item I went in for.

Stopped in today on the recommendation of by our dog trainer. Wonderful and extremely helpful staff guided me to exactly what I needed, helped me select the right size, and told me to bring one or both back if they don't fit for size exchange. That's the type of service you don't find in chain stores. I will be back!

Best service and price. Workers are so helpful and they help me carry my bags to the car. Been going for ten years since I got my dog. They also order products for us if they are not in the store. I tend to buy dog food last minute and they always have it in stock. Very friendly place to be.

Helpful and friendly staff and great options for nutritional foods you don't get at other places. This place is likely a contributing factor for why my adopted Golden retriever is pushing 16 years and has no hip dysplasia and has the health of a puppy. Plus he gets to come in and get more love. Everything is organized and the staff are knowledgeable and even offer to assist you from start to finish. The staff also informs you of membership incentives such as your 10th bag of ANY dog food you purchase is free. Their system keeps track so you don't have to.

A nicely run, non-chain animal supply store. Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices were comparable and some even surprised me (on the low side). Can't beat their selection. Dogs, cats, birds (inside and garden), smaller animals, fish.... they have it all!

i had a standing order for 1 dozen 12' braided bully sticks for our puppy standard poodle every 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks i would come in and my order was never filled. This has gone on for almost one year. About a month ago i went into the store and the order again had not been places. i was upset and spoke to the manager. Well to make a long story short my wife received a call from the manager today that because my attitude they never want me in their store. What a disappointment when Braxton's caused all of the problems.Buy the way they did my a favor the same 12 inch bully sticks I found on Amazon for 50% less delivered to my door same day and I didn’t have to deal with rude lying staff! But I’m the bad person lol! Braxton’s is way over priced a total rip off!

I have been shopping here for nearly ten years. I used to avoid it thinking it was more expensive than the big box pet stores. I did price comparisons many years back and I was wrong. Very little difference if any and to me the staff is more helpful and friendlier than the petco I used to go to in King of Prussia.
