I was hesitant to write this review at first but felt others should be aware what the kennels are like past the front counter. We have been using this kennel for several years and never went to the back when dropping off or picking up. Over 4th of July we dropped our dog off for an overnight but when I got there I was told that I wouldnt be able to pick her up the next day due to no personnel working the counter so an overnight turned into 2 nights. When I went in to pick her up after 2 days I was told to follow the employee to the back to get my dog. My dog is 10 years old and 90 lbs. I saw where she had been sleeping and was sick to my stomach that she had to endure those conditions. The cell that she was being kept in was way to small and the bed (if you want to call it that) was so small that im sure she had slept on the hard cement floor the whole time and that is if she got any sleep at all because with the radio blaring and dogs barking im sure she didnt sleep. I also noticed her limping when I got her home which was probably caused by laying on that concrete floor. I will not use this kennels services again.

I would never board our Lucy anywhere else!! They have such a caring staff. We love the way they spoil her and give her lots of love and attention. Many times we have her groomed before we pick her up and she's never looked better! The "shed-less" treatment with the furminator is awesome! No hair to vacuum for months! I highly recommend Warrior Run Petcare Center!!

Convenient hours. Very friendly staff. Always helpful and willing to accommodate the needs of my pets, as well as myself. There are many options available for activities and treats to spoil my pets while they are boarding or being groomed, and they always return to me happy! The place is very well cleaned and organized inside and out. Wide variety and very nice selection of retail. I highly recommend Warrior Run Petcare for all of your boarding, grooming, or pet supply needs!

The Warrior Run Petcare Center is truly a premier boarding experience for all of its canine and feline guests! Each member of the staff has the animals' health and happiness as their number one priority.The facility is so clean. Animals are checked constantly to make sure that their runs and cages are clean and comfortable. Homemade healthy treats are given to the "guests, "and playtime is filled with animals receiving huge amounts of attention and fun exercise.If you have any reservations about boarding your animal when you are away, please put them aside and visit Warrior Run. It is absolutely as close to a spa as my pets will ever get.Kelly King

I 100% agree with the first review of this kennel. We worry about leaving our dog (2 yr old beagle) at any kennel so we try to do as much research as we can before booking a place. We are new to the area and needed to find a kennel. Warrior Run is a complete mistake.I have had my dog stay here twice now and both times I picked him up his stomach was upset for days (going to the bathroom multiple times day/night) and acting like he felt very sick. The first time I thought this was just a fluke, but the second time solidified my gut feeling something was up.When we picked him up from the kennel the second time, our dog was acting very strange and anxious. We drove him home and took him on a walk. (This is around 6pm) He peed for so long it was completely evident that no one had bothered to take my dog out to go to the bathroom all day. He also pooped three times that walk.(not normal) The kicker was the I had payed for extra play times (4 total) for the two day stay.I am not sure how you claim to be an establishment that "cares" for animals but allows them to be caged all day without even going outside to use the restroom. Please Please Please if you care about your pet do NOT take them to Warrior Run!!!

We haven't come in here for close to a decade. They always create our dog, and it seems like everybody else's dog, by name. They have offered but I have never gone back to see where the dog is actually kept. I like the most is whenever I take my dog in he is pulling on his leash anxious to go to the back. Well I have not seen the back he has and he is happy back there. By the end of the trip he is always happy to see us and go home.

I took my pet to get groom to PetSmart. I was very upset, because he needed a trim and nails done. They said, they couldn't do him, because he got upset with them and tried to bite one of the staff.My friend and daughter's voice teacher told me about Warrior Run Petcare Center. I made an appointment for my dog. I am so pleased with how he looks. She did everything I asked for and more. I will be taking him back there for now on.

We love WR Petcare!! They do such a lovely grooming job on our dog. When we leave our dog in the kennel for the weekend, I never need to worry! Even when we kenneled our elderly dog, the people there took care of every need! Thank you!!!

I've taken several of my dogs to Warrior Run over the past years for grooming. I cannot say enough about the care that is shown by Yvonne and the rest of the staff. My current dog, a Bernese Mountain Dog, has severe radial head luxation in both front legs, making it hard for him to stand or sit for any length of time. Yvonne goes out of her way to make his grooming experience a positive one. I would highly recommend.

The groomers have always been kind and talented where grooming my four Bichons. They cut their hair spot on. My dogs do not get around other people, so they get nervous, but not with these ladies, my furbabies LOVE coming here..love is the word, they love them all and I trust in my dogs reactions..you can't force dogs to like people or things, but all my dogs just love coming here. They are loved by the staff, and their regimen of grooming, my babies love. They don't pull away or want to get back home, they are treated as if they belong there..I have boarded them, and they treat them as if they were part of the family there. I never have had one negative vibe or experience with them. These people care for your pet as if they were theirs. The negative feedback is just not true. They have a vet they work with..if there was a medication to be given, wouldn't the vet see it be given..they watch each animal for separation anxiety or depression. If they show even a little, the dogs get a ton of extra attention. As many times as I have been in and out of there, I have never witnessed anything except over the top attention, clean cages, walking and playing in the yard with a professional with them at all times. They love your pet as if they were a king or queen. Interaction is constant. I would trust my babies with them 150%. I am Cristy Blankenship, I have Aubrey, Dolly, Corky, and Brenner, my dogs love them and so do I. I Can't say enough about the grooming and boarding they are the best!!! Try them out, you will not go anywhere else..Thank You Ladies, for all you do and have done for my babies! I moved to Oklahoma a few years ago, and I am still trying to find a groomer that loves your babies like you do..it's priceless, peace of mind is priceless, I can't stress this enough..I do not have this here, I worry over these groomers because they are into this for the money...I want the personal touch that they were used to. Can't find it anywhere down here. Sigh, people take good people and label them horribly, try moving and find the dynamic that they give, in someone else. It can't be done.

These folks have clipped my cat Mort's nails regularly, and boarded him every year for our vacation, He is spoiled with lap time and playtime and is always in excelkent condition when I pick him up. They even send you texts to show playtime! Couldn't be happier with his care. Love these ladies!

My black lab, Bear, loves going to Warrior Run Pet Care. When I pull in the driveway he is in the back seat wagging his tail all excited because he knows that he is in for a treat. When I take him for doggie day care he always comes home all played out and usually sleeps the rest of the evening. Also, the one time I boarded him, I was running late coming home from the airport and I called to ask if I could still pick him up or if I had to pay for an extra night of boarding. They told me that they would drop him off at my house because they offer a pet taxi service. Sure enough when I got home there was my little guy waiting for me on the couch.The faculty at Warrior Run are the most caring and helpful people. They make sure each guest is taken care of and treats them as if they were their own. They also give helpful tips like what will help with dry skin or what type of food is the best for your pet.I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. He enjoys going there to get spoiled with love and treats from the kind staff.

We boarded our dogs there while on vacation. The day we picked them up, they brought them out the side door. We were happy to see them, and when we started petting them we noticed that they were soaking wet. They were sprayed with something to coverup the heavy urine smell. Luckily it was a nice day and we could have the windows open the entire way home. I can’t believe our boys had to endure being treated like that and had to be soaked with urine. We will never put our boys through that again. It ruined our short vacation knowing what they went through.

Would NEVER recommend this facility to board any animals let alone your pets. I am writing on behalf of a relative who used this establishment, "Warrior Run Pet Care," to board her animals to visit me. She boarded her cat & dog here. One of the animals required medication daily and their needs were not met. In fact specific directions were given and not carried out. This became apparent when my relative picked up the animal and the medication was left in the food uncrushed and obviously still there. She was charged, which is normal, to give medication but obviously the service wasn't being rendered for the animal. She even questioned it to the help there and the didn't say anything. This by the way is life or death medication for the animal as it is ill. My relative was also charged $6.00 a day to have the animals pet?! Other establishments that sit pets in the area do not charge to have your animals pet. We wondered about this because when the animals returned home they were scared of her hands for days. I have read a few other reviews on this place and I must mention the cat and dog my relative boarded are not aggressive in the least bit. This unusual temperament of the animals in the care of "Warrior Run Pet Care" makes us question their techniques and ability to watch animals. This was a last minute situation in which we had to use this care facility because our normal pet sitter was unavailable. Please seek care else where. The hype of this place is merely that, when you get past the different level of pet cages for boarding, it is nothing more then a facade. This is not a care facility for pets but a place to scandal money and give less then mediocre service.* You will not find record of me boarding with your facility as I did NOT board here and am writing on behalf of my relative as stated previously. It saddens me because years ago we would sing songs at softball games to support this establishment; I had higher hopes." How funky is your chicken?!"

DO NOT BRING YOR PETS HERE!!!!When first was reading about this place a few bad reviews a few good. The bad reviews were spot on! I also have never paid so much for a kennel visit. Brought my dogs here they were kennel together as requested. My husband had to pay an extra $5 per dog per day upon drop off so they would be able to go to the bathroom by walk instead of in the kennel were they slept. When we went to pick them up the groomer in the next room looked at us twice waiting by the counter. It was not until 5 mins later when another worker noticed us did the groomer tell the girl in the room with her that we were waiting. We went in back to get the pups and they had been moved from their original kennel, my little dog was cold shivering and when I asked what happened to her sweater I received no answer. They were not given the bones or blankets I brought for them. My dogs had never run out of a kennel so fast. Once I got them home they smelled like pee and had poop all over their paws which told me they had not been walked so we paid extra for nothing. After bathing them I realized on both dogs their anus was red and raw. DO NOT BRING YOR PETS HERE!!!!

I have a longhaired cat who was having sanitation issues. When I described her unsanitary condition to Warrior Run Petcare they did not hesitate to remedy the situation. They did an excellent job cleansing and grooming her. I would highly recommend this business for cat grooming.

My cat Babet, loves Warrior Run Pet Care. When she gets really bad with hair shedding in the late summer, I take her there and they really no how to get her under control. They also know what products will help cut down the shedding. I really recommend this place.

Will never take my babies back there. My boys nail started bleeding on the way to car. I took him back in they said they didn't cut his back nails. In my opion they where cut, a vet said in his option they where cut. If he wasn't so far away they would have went to him to get this done.
