Rarely have I encountered such phenomenal incompetence. I ordered a Cub Cadet mower, gave them the SKU of the exact mower I wanted, they told me they had it in stock. It would be assembled that evening, and delivered the following day. After not hearing from the delivery company the next day, I called the store only to find out the mower I ordered was different from the one they had in stock, they knew this, but nobody bothered to call and inform me. All of this was after having to spend an hour in the store making the order and them not being able to use my physical address for the delivery because of their archaic computer system. And now I cannot even order the mower from another store until the credit goes through and refund me for the original purchase. It should never take four days to buy a simple mower. And not a single person at the Washington store had or has any idea of how to handle the slightest problem. It seems as if they pride themselves and taking incompetence to a higher level. Needless to say, I will be purchasing the same mower from Home Depot with same-day delivery and dealing with people that actually know what the hell they’re talking about. I will be canceling my store credit card and never letting myself get in the situation again.

WARNING!!! They have shelves of product listed for one price but when you get to the registers it rings up another. The cashier refused to help and said that she would “tell the manager once he gets in next”.

Always have had good experiences there for the most part, until Friday. Asked a wroker for a item looking on computer said they dont carry it. I left and had to return and they did carry it. Tractor supply should not just fill spots with people, your carrying animal products and there staff should know at least something about them!

I buy dog food, cat food, and bird seed at Tractor supply. The employees always greet me with a smile and hello. That means alot to me. I like the small town atmosphere. They help me load the heavy bags of seed and dog and cat food into my vehicle, with a smile. It's always a nice place to shop. I buy their t-shirts in the spring and fall. They are comfortable and easy to care for. Their prices are really reasonable for what they sell. I am giving them a 5 star review. I don't understand the mean review that the other customer gave them, just because the employees closed early that day she went shopping there. There might have been an emergency to force them to close. And the customer was mean enough to leave such a low review. I give them 5 stars. Thank you for being there Tractor Supply and for your nice employees. I appreciate you.

I stopped by half hr before closing for what I thought was a simple online order pick-up. Turns out I ordered all the wrong stuff and had to return everything. The process was not trivial as it was a trailer w/ title etc. Thanks to the team that worked evenings on 4/12/2020 I got exactly what I needed.I don't normally leave reviews but thought these folks deserved some commendation for sure!

I feel lucky to live with a short driving distance of a tractor supply. We buy all of our feeds and supplies here and their prices on consumables and repair items are great. Our first chicks and ducks came from this store and we still have them ( and their offspring ) many years later. Staff is great and the new self checkout is fastest one I have used.

Went in today to look at getting a few ducks and chickens to raise in our backyard. Asked the sales associate "a young woman" what was the difference between the sets of chick's and ducks that they had separated. Her response was " I don't even know, I just need to go home". Perfect. Thanks for all of your help. I think you should have better trained employees when it comes to dealing with your livestock. These are still in fact live animals at the end of the day.

I just came from this place and I went with some concerns for one of my animals and My husband was speaking to an associate and one of the lower employees decided to put her two cents into the conversation and then after that I went down the aisle after she basically told me to let my animal die and she started talking badly about me and my husband to a employee and a customer which is very childish of her because we weren’t speaking to her! The girl had dark hair tattoos and piercings I went in with hopes of buying some things to help my animal and left very upset and disappointed with my experience at the store I think that the staff really needs to be evaluated at the store because some of the employees are very childish and very rude also on top of everything else she exclaimed that she was not a vet and that I should take it to a vet if I had concerns that much not to tractor supply but I was not asking for her input I was asking for things that may help with the situation with my animal to another employee So if the owner could please look at this location and the employees or maybe send a secret shopper I think it really needs to be done because I had a very bad experience today along with a couple other people that left the review And I work in service so I don’t understand why she had that kind of attitude

I called out there to see if they had tractors for sale husqvarna's which I understood you're doing sorry to carry that brain but I don't know why it showed up when Google that you installed that kind of tractors but that mean rush me off to find didn't answer any questions told me if I didn't buy something there that they won't work on it so that he was short brief and want it off the phone so that just tells you what kind of outfit you're running

There is always only one person at the registers and the line is 4+ deep. They're constantly out of supplies and if you call to see when they're getting a product in, no one has any idea when the truck is coming or what it's bringing. And then they don't unload it from the pallets for 3 days. Also expect to wait 30+ min if you've bought anything that requires assistance from an employee. If you're in a hurry, expect to do it yourself. Best bet, bring some friends.

Tractor Supply is has always had great customer service, in my experience. This particular store was no exception. Even in the less than favorable weather, I was met with joy and enthusiasm with the employee who filled my 100lb propane tank. This is a great store to visit.

I go here mainly to buy 50 lb. bags of horse feed an poultry feed. normally 3 or 4 bags at a time. Quite frequently there are no flat carts (as opposed to the grocery store type) available either in the vestibule nor where the feed is located. This was the case again yesterday. There were just a few customer vehicles in the lot!! No flat carts either place. I had to wait for a customer to return one!

The employees that I have dealt with have been nice, they all complain about how cheap the company is. I have found that normal for all tractor supply stores. They don't always vent the air off when I feel my propane tanks it depends on the mood that day. If you ask most of them will do it.

Stocks my preferred horse feed, not my regular store. At 5pm on Sunday, only 2 employees were working and it busy. A woman who had already clocked out helped me load 8 bags of horse and other feed. She gets 5 stars.

I'm not one for bothering with bad ratings but this store deserves every one star it can get. Unfriendly, unhelpful & plan rude. I thought it was just me and figured I'd keep it to myself and just not go back. But my husband just bought $900 in tool boxes for his company truck. When he had a box that came without brackets he went back. Only to have a manager give him a bad attitude and after she took the brakets out of another box she shoved the old box at my husband so hard it hit the floor. As my husband bent to pick the stuff up, he told her she didn't have to be so rude. She replied, "I'm not being rude!" My husband isn't a confrontational kind of person. But he was not happy and our son was there to see it all happen and was shocked.

Single handedly the most unorganized store with the poorest service ever.It's actually really cute and has allot of stuff it's just in no reasonable order. Under staffed. Not worth going in unless you have hours to spend digging around in every corner for what you need and don't require any assistance what so ever. Such a shame

The manger, Preston, was amazing and so helpful. Took almost a half hour with us figuring out if a PTO shaft would work on our bailer or not. Took his time and genuinely explained everything to us.Also, another employee, Arthur was extremely helpful and took his time with us.

The experience was awful. One cashier and twenty people in line back through the store. Finally another cashier came, she tried to charge me twice for one item and when I told her about it she was rude to me. I recommend you get some decent help in this store. Too bad, I like the store but will not return to this one for anything.

This place is 10 stars. They help me load things when I need help. They have a young and old team that works here. They seem hungry to learn from each other. I will use this as my go to store and it is 45 minutes away.

Just purchased a Hobart Elite stick welder from here. They didn't have the leads at the store or any other store in PA. So I bought a 3200 dollar welder and couldn't use it. I had to make my own leads in the store and then was told by the manager that I had to hurry up cause they were closing in 30 min. The manager told me also when I was applying for credit card it would take 7 days to get approved. I called Tractor Supply credit card center and I was approved right there..at the end of the day poor customer service and don't ever have anything you need in stock. One person at counter while everyone else is wondering around. I'll never go back.

I went here today planning on spending a lot of money on a IR air compressor. I asked the lady at the Customer Service desk to help me find the one I had picked out online. This lady was quite possibly the worst person I've ever dealt with at any store. She was very rude and annoyed that I had asked her to help me. Once we found the compressor she ripped the tag off and literally threw it at me and told me to go pay for it. I decided I wasn't going to spend my money at a place where customers are treated like this. I left and bought a compressor at Harbor Freight. This store lost a $1,100+ sale because of how I was treated. I will not shop there again.

Isles are so small you can barely even fit the carts through them!!! It’s impossible to get big bags of food. Employees are also not helpful at all! They aren’t even knowledgeable about the products they sell.
