I just love this location. First, the staff. Folks like Joe in customer service and John in paint make this place stand out. Everyone is kind and helpful.The entire store is immaculate and clean. Layout is efficient, well stocked, and constantly organized.I was never a Home Depot fan, but this one location has changed my opinion. I’ve spent way too much money here already.

It was impossible to find anyone to help. It was like everyone went on lunch or break at the same time. Granted it was 6pm and there were not a lot of customers in the store, but still. Very unusual for a Home Depot. We ended up not buying anything, mainly due to the fact we could not find anyone in paint, appliances nor lumber. Hmm.

I recently had a plumbing issue which I decided to fix myself (first mistake). Of course I ran into many issues. This being an old house. After several trips to Home Depot, I was finally down to finding one needed piece and the gentleman assisted me. Was able to do it myself

I have contacted the Homedepo to remodel my kitchen done few weeks back but by the time they have finished the work two thing’s already out of the place so I can never use them any more in my project they only suck my money so I can’t recommend any one my friends or family I requested them many times but they deaf care about it so please don’t use them don’t anything else such as modeling or any other work unprofessional work

Bit difficult finding things but you can get just about anything for a project. The fellow in paint was exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+Only thing I couldn't get was oak 1×4 so I'll use cedar and a top marine varnish. Pine molding is out of the question for an old add on bathroom!!!! Don't get me going on that 4" clay pipe for waste. Lead and oakum my 🍑. I don't even want to know what's below ground! 😁

Stopped for my dad who was building a swing set and needed primer. I approached a worker who caught my eye. I asked the location for the item and USUALLY they will walk with you to find it....this guy pointed to the left and said " I dunno, try isle 7 or 8?" .I nodded my head and walked to the paint area. Ron saw I looked confused and assisted me all the way to the exact thing I needed. He kept the area clean and the conversation going. Which made it nice and not awkward. He is such a sweetheart and I appreciate his attentiveness to my exact need. 🙏 If you need PAINT GO SEE RON!👏👍

All Home Depot does is lie. I had the worst experience with Home Depot delivering an appliance. Do not use Home Depot online- they lie and lie and lie. I wasted an entire Saturday on Father’s Day weekend waiting for a delivery that never showed up and nobody called to tell me they weren’t coming.Then took off of work the following week on the scheduled day. They never called to give me a four hour window like they said they will. Driver told me he was almost to my house and could wait 15 minutes. I got there in ten and he was gone and support said he won’t come back. All of their own processes that they say they will follow are a joke. I have the text messages and phone calls logs and everything they say they are going to do is a lie. Buyer beware. Will never shop here again

Major issues with service and product delivery. The store blamed the “online” division. The “online” unit refused responsibility and said it’s a Washington, PA store issue since item was delivered from store inventory. As of the evening of March 26, 2023 I am still waiting from a resolution after corporate customer service promised me a call back from senior store management with 48 hours. That was about 9 days ago. No accountability or integrity from this company. If anyone from Home Depot chooses to respond to this review, please do not instruct me to call any phone # for assistance. I’ve reached out about half a dozen times in total. If this company truly wishes to remediate the issue, they have my contact info. I will update this review if they ever to choose to reach out as they have promised. Thanks Home Depot!

Bought outdoor dining set. Last one floor model. We waited until they put our name on it as sold before we left the store. The store called us back an hour later and said hey we have a new one in our Bridgeville store. Ok. Wow great. Come delivery day when it wasn't delivered. So reached to store as to why. Wellll. They sold our floor model and the one at the other store was not delivered nor found. Yay home depot great job!!!!!!

Their delivery of appliances is terrible. They say they'll notify you the day prior to let you know when to expect your delivery, but never actually communicate anything. They just show up and it's down to luck if you're home or not. Entire day wasted waiting for them to show up. I also had to contact customer service 4 times to get an update on when my "delivery window" will be. I live 0.6 miles from the store, so it's not even like I'm an inconvenience or far travel.

Maybe it's just me, but the markup is high. There's not great deals but they do have the selection whether hardware or paint. 20 years ago home depot was a "warehouse" store with exciting deals on useful items. Now, it's all a branding gimmick. I'm enjoying Lowes or tractor supply more at this point.

This particular Home Depot location is not bad. When looking up item online it is actually available in-store for pickup which is a real positive. The store is typically clean. The employees are usually polite, and tend to let a customer shop at their own will. However, on the opposition there is not always clarity on some prices. The shelves are many times stocked wrong, so pay close attention. Plus, for every 2 helpful employees there is one who is quite the opposite. A few will avoid customers or spend time talking with their co-workers instead. So overall, it is an okay place where a phenomenal experience can happen on one day, and a frustrating experience the very next.

I got here pretty often and typical don't have an issue however a couple of my last trip I've needed assistance and have found that this location lacks when it comes to customer assistance. I had asked were to find something and was sent to 3 different locations before ordering of Amazon while walking out of the store. And the most recent visit I needed a board cut which ment waiting for over 30 mins before the guy decided he would just cut the board for me since the person was no where to be found. When I don't need assistance though I'm typically in and out. So, aslong as you know what you want and where to find it, should be an easy trip.

I really have had such pleasant experiences at THIS Home Depot. Like today I had project to get done, BUT I did not know for sure what material I needed to get it done. I got the first couple of things on my shopping list, then while I walking around I see an employee - Kevin by name :-) I show him my drawing - he didn't even laugh :-)... He says right away - "I know exactly what you need..follow me"... And in no time I had everything I needed to get my project done - and it cost less than I expected!In the past OFTEN when I ask where something is in the store the employee I ask offers to 'show' me exactly where it is... amazing.... the employees here must get a lot of exercise :-)

Definitely be sure to check online for some of the items that you are looking for. I was able to find a great deal that was listed online and available in-store for pickup that I couldn't actually find in the store myself.But aside from that online deal find there is a pretty good variety of things to do almost every possible project that you can think of. And of they don't have it, they probably have the supplies to make it. So you can fill your time with projects that make the parts you need to finish another project that is also just one of the pieces that you will need to complete another project in order to finally get started with the project that you initially wanted to do.Or they will have that specific screw that you need to replace the one that you dropped and have no idea where it landed.

11-22-18 : This review is geared more to the installation of our newly installed carpet then to the entire store itself. The service from start to finish was extremely smooth and George very helpful. But where I was really impressed was the carpet company that came out to install our purchase. Carlos was our installer. When he showed up he was alone and from 2 to 6:30 worked extremely hard to install carpet in two bedrooms and in the living room. He did a fantastic job and was very kind and courteous. The carpet looks great and really changes the atmosphere in the home. I would definitely recommend working with George in the Washington home Depot for all your flooring needs. There have been many questions that I've asked him and he is very knowledgeable. If he's not sure of something he finds the answer which I appreciate.I'm loving the new carpet, thanks Home Depot for giving me a great experience and NOT giving me buyer's remorse.
