surprised this place has this big of a selection for physical switch games. the graphic novel, cd, and blu-ray selections could be a bit bigger but you can get witch hat atelier volume 1 here so it's alright. lots of plushies.

Bought Pokémon cards for my nephews birthday. Of course I bought him ones he already has. Tried to exchnage the UNOPENED set and was told they don't return/exchange playing cards. That's fine, I get that now, but I don't like that there is no sign/notice they are "not returnable"The manager says "I'd be happy to walk you over and show you the sign you didn't read" "it's clearly marked" she says.We walk over, there is NO SIGN ANYWHERE! I got it all on video. Absolutely terrible customer service. I'll shop somewhere else.

This Target is okay. It's a little older and while I don't think every Target needs to remodel, I think this one would benefit. The grocery section is a bit smaller than the other Targets and as a consequence you can't always find the same things. It's very tidy inside and the employees are nice. 3.5 stars for Target not hiring enough cashiers though.

Please, please get better about food quality target. Otherwise this is a nice store. Repeatedly I have bought food here that is expired or obviously bad. I recently bought pistachios and cashews on clearance. The cashews were 8 months expired and rancid but I didn't check the date before purchase. The pistachios had larva in it. Just ew. No, I am not going back with rotten food for a miniscule amount back when gas would cost me more than it's worth. I tossed it in the trash. Just check the food you get in.

Great selection. This store is being renovated. I came to buy the Harry shaver and the Turkey Roaster. Have not seen these products anywhere other than on-line for the Harry's shaver. With this store, notice they are selling office furniture among their new product offerings.

Thank you so much to the woman who brought out my bag and let me know I was actually parked in a Michael’s pick up spot. She said it happens all the time so she knew to look for my vehicle description there when she didn’t see it in the Target Pick Up spot. Ooops… She was very nice. I usually go to Target in West Mifflin so I didn’t even think about another store having a pickup spot.

Even through it's 3 times the distance from me, I prefer this Washington Target over the one in South Hills Village. They are well stocked in all departments so I almost always get the items I'm looking to buy. Parking is ample and getting to the store is simple.

I love this Target. They needed more cahsiers, as there was a long line to check out and a longer line at the self check outs, but the store was clean. My wife said the bathrooms needed to be cleaned, and there was no toilet paper.

This is a nice Target. It is clean, well kept and easy to navigate. Plenty of easy parking. Seasonal area has a huge selection of items depending upon the season.

How terrible unfair and invasive that I cannot be eligible for a $15 gift card by making a $50 purchase of household items unless I have you people all up in my business by forcing me download the app, join the club, create a wallet, give up all of my personal information etc. What's next... The mark of the Beast?? Left my stuff there... You can keep it. I'm off to Walmart. What Jagoffs you people are!!! No intention to return!! You make me sick🤮

One of the better Targets in this area. Super helpful employees - I came in with my 2 toddlers and Brandon offered to carry a bookcase to the register and also out to my car which was super nice of him. The store had everything I needed for some last minute party supplies too.

Consistently poor selection of men's clothing. Even when they have something you like, the sizes are completely random. I've been to this location on 8 separate occasions looking for Khakis, and each time they had 1 or 2 options and only overstock sizes. Decided this time to go in for shoes, same story. 4 options, not a single 12.5 size among them. Never wasting my time there again.

Very nice clean and organized store. My problem is how they have treated veterans and the undeniable fact that walmart is cheaper for the same exact items. Now I see that they allow pets to roam freely...should not have to deal with a non service dog in your store ever! Sorry but not a 5 star store

I just wanted to leave a review about one of the kindest and most professional employees I've encountered at this store, her name is "G", and she is simply the best. My family and I always enjoy her warm smile and greeting. We will almost always avoid the self checkout line just to have G ring us up at her register. I know most of the employees here are friendly as well, but G is like everyone's caring Mother, and works hard there. Target has an exemplary employee in G, and I hope they appreciate her there.

3:00 on a Tuesday. 15 people in line at self checkout, only 1 cashier working a register. I've never seen this at the West Mifflin Target even when it's busy. This is just poor management.

Good selection for a last minute gift buying. Nice prices. Plenty of parking. Nice clean and well laid out store. Be careful in the parking lot. People need to slow down a little. The walk from your vehicle to the store is hazardous!

My family and I use the drive up service at target all the time & we love it! This target drive up service is exceptionally great, because of Mel & Ada! Mel & Ada are amazing employees but even better people! They make the drive up service run perfectly! They are fast, friendly & efficient. Thank you Mel & Ada!!

I just wanted to make an exchange and 2 employees angirly walked by me, one of them was named Carol, who is clearly old enough to know who customer service works. Having been in customer service for over 15 years, I'm beyond confused how someone would want to work at a place like Target and be so passive. I waited for over 5 mins and they weren't busy.Finally, a girl came and helped and made me so happy :) I couldn't see her name tag, though but super sweet!!

Every store has their issues but I haven't had any real issues in this store. Friendly staff and always clean. Layout frustrates me forgetting where things are but I'm learning it, it's still newer layout but makes sense. They provide free WiFi to save data, their app helps locate items in the store and that makes it so much easier.**Online chat is to be desired. (Scores for store only, Chat 0 stars aka worthless)I recently chatted with them to ask if I could combine multiple gift cards into 1 because I need to purchase 39 $25 gift cards through a points system for an HDTV but can't buy it from Target because who wants to risk $1,000 worth of gift cards they can't use. Target chat wouldn't answer me without a valid email and referred to phone since I won't answer their email question first. I tested with 10 gift cards and you can merged. Unfortunately, that's where the trouble restarted. I then ordered and online auto cancelled my TV, requested refund, told to wait 48-72 hours (3 times), contacted several times and still waiting. I was told that I would get a new gift card mailed and in the same sentence emailed. I questioned which one and they said yes, questions again and yes. Yes to what?! It's been 4 days and no one will help me until the TV sale is over costing me another $120. They cannot guarantee the price unless you purchase and then they'll refund. They want me to drop another $800 on my CC and they'll give me the credit back in a gift card for my last purchase later. Ummmmm no lmao, I'm not giving you another $800 and then you give me store credit back. Pathetic.

I enjoy shopping at this particular Target because the employees are always so nice. Even when it is busy I can overhear them being nice, and they never seem to rush us customers, they are very patient :-). And I absolutely love getting 5% off when I use my Target debit card.

The workers there were nice but I went to buy a TV listed online as "in store", which I called ahead and was put o on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and decided to take my chances.. and lost! It's partly on me for not waiting to speak to an associate to verify that the TV was in stock and trusting the website which showed that it was at that location. I've worked costumer service so I know it's not their fault, the whole experience was a bummer right before Christmas!
