This is a review for the Floral Department only, it's the only thing I buy there.... This store has the most AMAZING floral Department! There are gifts, seasonal decor, trinkets, balloons and of corse, their flowers! The flowers are beautiful and they last a long time! Kudos to the employees who run that department as their freshly made vases are beautiful as well. You can tell they love doing floral!!

The store was quite clean and organized with reasonable prices, from what I could tell. It was a quick trip for me.The inside is indefinitely a pleasant surprise when you walk in from the parking lot.Lisa, the cashier, was very gruff and unfriendly and took it upon herself to keep my penny. I wasn't in the mood to ask for a penny, lol, although her horrible tude did make me almost get her to open the register back up just to make a point. I really can't stand it when cashiers ruin your experience right as you're leaving and dropping your money at a store.Would be 5 stars if not for the staff. Cart dude looked like he wanted to murder me, and no one spoke to me at the deli counter area. Maybe figure out why your staff are all so unhappy...

Its too expensive to shop there. Some employees are are nice and helpful some are not but thats going to happen everywhere you go. The meat there hurts my stomach. Im not sure if its normal that the meat is brown on the inside and red on the outside, I feel they re-blood there meat to save money. I just dont trust there meat.

There is a nice selection of goods but the employees seem as though they can't be bothered with you when you ask for help. Not once has an employee seemed interested in helping you find something or even answering your question. That combined with the lack of cleanliness, especially in the restrooms degrades this stores rating.

I liked the older store. This is large and I'm an elder if I forget something I have to walk all over. Plus needs more variety of signs on aisles that are brighter my opinion. Though the meats are very good. Also, I go to the Deli and when I ask for a pound of sharp cheddar cheese sliced and ask for paper in between the workers are so polite and never complain, and it's a pain to do. I worked at a S & S too. All your employees are wonderful and very helpful. Thanks to all

Was a great little store. The store was a bustling around lunch time. Sales in every aisle. Good home time kind of store. Though we didn't come in for much the employees were super kind to us. My son has a mohawk and the dairy man complimented him and said he wanted the same cut. That made his day!

I have been shopping at the Washington store for many years!There isnt a big employee turn over in the store, so the same faces are always there, which is nice.Everyone is friendly and very helpful.Thank you to Eddie and the man that works frozen food- they went above and beyond exceptional customer service today with me!They searched all across the store for the particular item I was looking for, and it was greatly appreciated!

I read so many positive reviews and I should have left one long ago. We have shopped there for MANY years and were always pleased. At least twice weekly, often more. My husband loves to grocery shop, haha. And this location is so convenient for us.But…My husband had a bad experience last month (7/2022) and will not go back because of it. The cashier was beyond rude and snapped at him several times during a single checkout. The manager (who was very clearly management) did not say a word, just stood there. My husband is not the least bit offensive or confrontational, so he didn’t snap back, but then and there made up his mind. I understand people have bad days but this is when a manager should step in and smooth everything over. Going that morning to talk to someone in “management “ was useless because they were right there!We will go to our very local smaller store and while we’ll have less selection, we will not have unpleasant encounters with employees. And we’ll have to go to the other side of town to GE. Target/Aldi’s/Walmart comes in handy when our local store doesn’t have something we want, they’re just inconvenient.It’s a shame to have to downvote the entire store, a store that’s put $$ into upgrades over the years, but it has to be said.

Was just visiting nearby and stopped to grab a few items. The store is clean and found the associates to be friendly. The registers were not at the front of the store, so it was a little confusing.

Never come here, the employees will laugh at the customers whose cards are declined. I’ve never seen such despicable behavior at a grocery store in my life and these people should be ashamed of themselves.

I've been shopping this establishment for years! I've NEVER had an experience like today! First, my left side of my face is paralyzed, so I'm embarrassed as it is, then to have a self checkout lady ask me if I'm sure I only have 2 donuts and have people looking at me, with my paralyzed face was so embarrassing! You were right by me, watching me ring all my groceries up!!!! Lady you really need to realize not everyone freaking steals! Done with horrible cashier's at your store

It's ok, but it's just a grocery store. However, I'm glad I don't have to shop there like the local residents do, because of the odd layout/floor plan, which is way stranger any other grocery store in the area.

Stores are different than they were in the Pre Covid era. That being said this is a good store. High quality is their guarantee. I have no complaints. A bit pricey though.

I shop here often even though I am closer to others. Made an order there yesterday. Splurged on some precooked ribs for today. Very disappointed. The barbecue sauce was nasty, and the ribs were too pink. If I had a car I would have taken them back. I just hope my husband does not get sick at work.

Good deli, always fresh, fair produce almost always fresh, store it's self could be cleaned up a bit especially the restrooms which are nasty (won't even allow my kids to use them!) The floral dept is awesome! And the seasonal isle is usually pretty great. And parking isn't terrible. Most employees are nice and friendly aside. From customer service employees they are usually cranky.

Nice store inside, but there are never enough staffed (by humans) checkouts available, and the self checkout system here is absolute garbage. I've been a few different times and this has been the case every time, which is a real bummer, because this store is close to my home, conveniently located and has a hardware store right next door.
