Have been a customer for over 15 years, the staff and pharmacists are wonderful and caring. However, lately, they never have my prescriptions in stock, and I have to wait multiple days for them to order them. If you know i refill these prescriptions every 30 days, why are they never in stock? Makes no sense at all.

Pharmacy is terrible. Do not use location if you depend on medication daily . My 9 year old son needs meds daily. This location has dropped the ball countless times and staff is ignorant/rude. It’s terrible to watch my son miss a day of meds because this location is incompetent or just doesn’t care. We moved my sons prescriptions to giant eagle several months ago and haven’t had any issues.Personally I never have prescriptions, but on 9/11 I needed one called in. My doctor sent it to this rite aid . (Mistake)I came in on 9/11 in evening staff said it’s on the truck come back 9/12 to pick it up.Came back in evening on 9/12. Staff said it’s not on back order but for some reason it’s not there . Said come back on 9/13 to pick it up.Showed up in evening of 9/13. Ooooo you know it !!!! Still not in. They forgot to request it!!But don’t worry they have it at another rite aid they will bring it in for 9/14.Show up 9/14. Still not there, said that they could have it 9/15 . Manager was more worried about my insurance card, because my birthday didn’t match in system. With the pain and discomfort I’ve been dealing with I could care less about insurance. I would pay cash just to have the meds. ( But there on the mystery truck)I told manager not to worry about it , and had my meds filled at giant eagle a hour later.Please if you depend on meds to stay alive go elsewhere.I’ve spent a lot of money at this location on household items and food weekly . From now on I will never spend another dollar at Rite Aid.

Pharmacy staff completely rude, unhelpful, not understanding at all. They have a terrible attitude every-time I pick up a refill and there is ALWAYS an issue. They are quick to respond and judge but do not take a minute to understand. If I could give them 0 stars I would. There are only two nice workers an older lady with white hair to her shoulders and a tall blonde everyone else I have experienced have a terrible attitude. I have been coming here since I was a child but recently the customer service has gotten worse. They once gave me half of my prescription and then proceeded to argue that they gave me 60 pills and that I apparently ingested these 60 pills in 15 days. Then I have had to pay for my prescriptions in cash due to them saying my insurance will not pay due to me still having medication left over when they never gave me my full prescription. When I tried to show them that the tiny bottle they gave me would not fit 60 pills they did not care to listen. I work in health care and the way they handle these situations are absolutely terrible and I would never recommend them.

The staff talked about my friends and I behind our backs when we came in to use their bathroom…yet we were kind enough to buy something and not freeload in their bathroom??I’ll remember to steal something next time I go since the staff feels the need to be so disrespectful ;). We were also in the area during Washington’s pride festival and were wearing pride memorabilia, and judging by the reviews discussing racism they were most likely not fond of us due to our display of LGBT+ pride.

I was racially discriminated in this store as a latina costumer trying to receive money during an emergency from a family member they rejected my passport that i gave them as an id verification because they said it wasnt a valid state id. If you are a latin person trying to send or receive money through western union please do not go to this store.

Wonderful little store! Love visiting it, but I wish I could spend more money there! Lol, I'd be a shopaholic if it weren't for my bank account! Please note: the pharmacy hours are different from the store hours; the store is opened longer than the pharmacy and yes, sometimes even I forget that and look at the wrong hours sign! Lol overall, very good store, friendly staff, helpful staff and an excellent selection of wind chimes in the summer!

I have been coming to this location for 5yrs now and have loved all the upfront cashiers. Now the pharmacy department well the 2 ladies that r always there are very rude n lord forbid u have any questions because that makes they day horrible. Especially with the covid testing part. So my advice is DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR THE COVID TESTING.

They gave me half my prescription and i didnt notice until i got home the next morning. I called and they said they were not over in their stock but that is impossible because i didnt lose any and nor could i have taken 6 of my very strong medication without dying. i said there had to be some mix up on their end because i checked every where i had been and i didnt lose them and without them i would get sick. The woman on the other end accused my gf of stealing them or taking them and refused to acknowledge that they were at fault or that there had been a mistake. Never going back there again. Only give me half my medication then accuse someone who's never took anything stronger than cold medicine of stealing something. They have never met her nor do they know her. I will be pulling all my business from there and making a formal complaint with my insurance company. When a customer says i didnt lose them and i didnt take them and they have never called or had an issue like this before then you should probably get ahold of whatever person filled it and figure out what happened. Instead of blaming the customer. Done with this place.

Horrible. The website said the store was open until 8:00 today on a sunday. I went to the drive thru pharmacy at 5:03 and the lady asked me when I would be back. I told her 10-20 minutes or I could wait there for when it was done. She told me well we close at 5:00 today and we have other people in line. The website should not say they close at 8:00 if they truly close at 5:00. Waste of a trip!! Very inconvenient for the customer!!

They never and I mean NEVER have my insulin in stock, over the last year they are always out of my meds. I cannot understand if you know how many people are in need of it why short the stock you have why not get how much you need instead of playing games with people's health

Where do I start with this place? I ALWAYS have problems going here. Literally every time. They always have an excuse for your prescription to not be ready. Then turnaround and make you feel like the stupid one. I am changing pharmacies.

Find a different pharmacy. Don't waste your time here. Web site gives different hours than actual store/drive-through hours. Takes forever to pick up a called-in prescription. Waste of time. This Rite Aid is horrible.

Ok pharmacy but they wouldn't fill my prescription because of some minor technical issue that didn't even matter. But I still go here to shop sometimes.

The website says the pharmacy closes at 8 which causes people a wasted trip there.Also some of the people at drive thru are very rude.had to give them my insurance card 3 times before someone actually put it in system .always say medicine will be ready and it isn't.went to pick up my medicine 3 hours after I called it in and there were 2 scripts.the lady at drive thru only had 1 and I told her I had 2.I was in drive thru for another 20 min waiting and she never once apologized.true ignorance

This web site said that the store was open until 8 pm this evening and I was just there at 6:30 pm and the sign said that the store closed at 5!!!! UPDATE YOUR WEB SITE SO PEOPLE DON'T WASTE A TRIP!!!!
