Pharmacy is terrible. Do not use location if you depend on medication daily . My 9 year old son needs meds daily. This location has dropped the ball countless times and staff is ignorant/rude. It’s terrible to watch my son miss a day of meds because this location is incompetent or just doesn’t care. We moved my sons prescriptions to giant eagle several months ago and haven’t had any issues.Personally I never have prescriptions, but on 9/11 I needed one called in. My doctor sent it to this rite aid . (Mistake)I came in on 9/11 in evening staff said it’s on the truck come back 9/12 to pick it up.Came back in evening on 9/12. Staff said it’s not on back order but for some reason it’s not there . Said come back on 9/13 to pick it up.Showed up in evening of 9/13. Ooooo you know it !!!! Still not in. They forgot to request it!!But don’t worry they have it at another rite aid they will bring it in for 9/14.Show up 9/14. Still not there, said that they could have it 9/15 . Manager was more worried about my insurance card, because my birthday didn’t match in system. With the pain and discomfort I’ve been dealing with I could care less about insurance. I would pay cash just to have the meds. ( But there on the mystery truck)I told manager not to worry about it , and had my meds filled at giant eagle a hour later.Please if you depend on meds to stay alive go elsewhere.I’ve spent a lot of money at this location on household items and food weekly . From now on I will never spend another dollar at Rite Aid.

I have had great experiences at Rite Aid. Pharmacy staff is always professional and polite. I made an appointment online for a flu and covid booster. Did not wait at all, they were running right on schedule with the vaccines, while taking great care of other customers. The Pharmacist is the best!

Do not use this pharmacy if you rely on getting a medication on time. As someone who was continually getting the same medication for over a year here you’d think that they’d know to have it in the pharmacy when people need it. After having to spend an hour on the phone with my insurance (once again) for them to tell the pharmacy to give me my medication today, as it’s supposed to be- The pharmacy tells me that they can’t order it until tomorrow. Mike is the only employee in that pharmacy who knows how to do their job. He’s the only one who isn’t blatantly and disgustingly rude with customers anytime they have an issue and actually tries to help them solve the issue. Athena is absolutely the simplest, and most vile person I’ve ever came across in the health industry. While explaining to her that another pharmacist already ASSURED me I wasn’t going to have this problem this time she just kept repeating that she couldn’t order it today (mind you my insurance said too, which she confirmed). Instead of helping find another rite aid that has it in stock or offering help she was loud and clear that I should just use an entirely different pharmacy.

Recently had to take my dog to the emergency vet and his prescription was very pricey. I had my vet call the script into rite aid and then they took the time to find the cheapest option available for me. They were able to get my dogs $130 script for $21! The pharmacists were super helpful and had my script ready in less than an hour! 12/10 would recommend.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Dropped the prescriptions off was told to come back in an hour. Went back in almost 2 works and they didn't even start working on them. Waiting in line with no one being waited on for over a half hour. Drive-thru gets all the attention customers at the counter get nothing. Go somewhere else you'll be better off

I stopped going to this store because the people in the pharmacy were always rude. Today I had no choice but to go there to get my perception filled. The pharmacist Susan I believe was just beyond rude. Telling me that they only fill orders for their patients. I have a Rite Aid savings card therefore meaning I go there frequently. I explain it's Sunday and my regular pharmacy THE MEDICINE SHOP was closed on Sundays so I needed help. She continues to give me attitude. She answers the phone telling the customer "No I will not fill that go somewhere else " WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS???? I then go and ask if my order was ready and the pharmacy "cashier" BRANDY I believe, had to ask because no name tag was present, and this female gives me attitude too. I will never and I mean never return here again. I will contact corporate and file a complaint and will demand these females to be fired IMMEDIATELY!!!! They are going to talk the wrong way to the wrong person someday.

Mike Hrip the pharmacist and his team are the best in the area, super knowledgeable, personable and wonderful to talk with , with the wealth of knowledge he has why go anywhere else’s. I will not go anywhere else and I hope Rite Aid knows what a valuable asset they have!I will never go anywhere else because of Mike and his staff.Rite Aid take note of Mike and his staff you will not find better employees than right here and are very much deserving of any recognition you give them!!!

I went to this rite aid sto re to take money out of the ATM machine an in doing so I withdrew 200 dollars an the machine froze, never dispensed my money but took it from account this was on Feb 16th it is now February 22nd an I still do not have my money. This was money I needed to go grocery shopping for my son an the staff there did not care an just said I don't know what to tell you, yoully have to call the number on the machine, I understand they do not own the machine butbir is on their property an should in turn be able to assist you if something like this should occur. I work to support my child an live paycheck to paycheck. And the uncaring attitude of this store floored me. As a matter of fact the manager on duty( whoever that may have been) never even came to assist the cashier. The cashier called her an said call the number on the front of the machine. The cashier was all of 20 years old an a situation if this magnitude needed a managers attention. I work in the customer service field an have never experienced such terrible service. Due to there ignorance my child did not have the things he needed. I'll never shop in this establishment an I understand they do not own the ATM but their uncaring attitude an unwillingness to help was unbelievable.

Extremely slow pharmacy. Always told it won't be ready for at least an hour. Also does not call to inform you a medication you need is not available. Did not offer to check another store, just don't seem to care.
