This Ralph Lauren store sells quality, discounted clothing and accessories for women, men, and children.As soon as I entered the store, a salesperson greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I liked that she stood nearby and made courteous conversation without pressuring me. I picked out a small item, and the cashier promptly and politely rang up my purchase.

No way does this store have 4.4 stars! I was shopping today at the Polo Ralph Lauren store, Tangers Outlet. NONE of the employees once said hello to me or may I help you. I was there for 35 minutes. Did not buy anything. I saw two outfits that I was going to buy for a birthday present but because the store is so stuck up and rude, I left. SORRY! The store lost over $400 for what I was going to purchase. Most unfriendly store EVER!

Look at Kristen Dodd review on this page because my review is actually the same, I am African-American and my son is as well, four employees followed us around intentionally the whole time they didn't even try to make it seem like they weren't following us they wanted us to know, not only that they were talking on their headsets about us and they followed us around for 40 minutes, and Shelly the so-called manager wanted us to know and she told us that was her job to follow us around not only that she came to the register and stood there while the cashier rung us out and I know he had been working there for years cuz he rang me out multiple times before. Very nasty and racial all four employees. The manager was extremely ignorant here and cocky and wanted us to know that she was following us around. I am an extreme big shopper at all the polo outlets and I have never been treated this way before.. but I handled it the professional way and I'm going to make sure that this doesn't happen that often anymore.

First and foremost.. I was Christmas shopping for my son .. prices are ridiculously over priced for sweatpants (148.00) t-shirt (59.50) second when I decided I was not buying these two items my card was still fraudulently charged, when I informed the so called manager Michael at the time of sale, I was told that the charge was only pending and would fall off because it was not completed but that if by chance the charge posted that he would be available the following day and would take care of it. However, later in the night the charge in fact did post to my account so when I reach out to this store the following day Michael in fact was not working and I was told that a ticket would have to be created with their corporate office.. the female manager that I did deal with when reaching out about the posted charge( Deanna) was rude and ignorant, talking over me when I was explaining the situation .. so I then called the customer service number and spoke with (Tangy) who called the store and was told that I was asked to email my posted charge to them but that they never received it, needless to say I then took a printed copy of the charge directly to the store, where I was met by the rude, ignorant "so called manager" Deanna who then stated that she did receive my email and that she had created a ticket, so asking when I could expect to hear something I was told she didn't know so I then requested the corporate number so I could reach out to them and she told me no that she was not giving me the number.. very unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude for a manager.. When unqualified individuals are hired into positions that they have no buisness being in, it brings down a company as whole. I'm sure I'm not the first person to experience the unprofessionalism of this store, and I probably won't be the last.. but this is what causes companies to collapse because people become tired of not only the very over priced merchandise but also the unprofessionalism of its employees!!

I would appreciate not to be followed and watched the entire time my boyfriend and I are shopping. Not even just watched, but your employee was almost on top of us pretending to be working. My boyfriend is African American and that seems to be an issue with the older white haired gentlemen you have working for you. Do better.

The people who work at this store should all be poached by retail outlets to become trainers for how to do retail perfectly. They're all incredibly helpful, cheerful, and engaging. The clothes are Polo, so you know what you're doing, and it's an outlet center, so you get great prices on the clothes. I've been there a half dozen times and it's easily the best clothes shopping experience I've had at any national chain anywhere.

I love this place it have everything you need in men big and tall dont mention the kids section unlimited items everything you want and more an it's always a sale in the store the only thing that is not on sale are the shirts with the bear on them but they do except other coupons or exclusive offers I drive like one hour and forty minutes one way it is well worth it will be back again and again till next time

Will never shop at this store again. The employees there are liars and thieves. Was in there to buy some clothes. Tried on some different clothes in the dressing room. While I was in the dressing room I set a pair of expensive Maui Jim sunglasses on the chair. While I was changing into different outfits I put some clothes on the chair over my sunglasses not even thinking. After I was done I forgot my sunglasses in the changing room on the chair as I never moved them. While still in the store two minutes later I realized I forgot my sunglasses on the chair so I went back and they were gone. I asked the younger employee who was working in that area if he had seen my sunglasses and he said no. He said that there were no sunglasses in the changing room when he cleaned it. Clearly he was the one that took them as he was the only one in that room since I was in there so he had to have taken them. Went to the manager and explained my situation and they took the side of their employee and would not even question him. Said that they would call me if they find them. They never called. Go figure.

Very nice clothing selection. Fabrics are soooo soft. Excellent quality clothing line. But very expensive even at outlet pricing.
