I want to give a huuuge shout out to Petwellclinic Washington, PA 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼First off walk in clinic is amazing. You can also make an account online and reserve your spot. I walked in and they took me back into a room- less waiting than a regular vet appt! And tech walked in with me, vet was in shortly after. I went about 1:15pm and was out in an hour, paid and medications in hand.Second, they LISTENED to everything I said. I had suspicions of cat asthma. He’s seen a vet 2x before and the diagnosis was pneumonia. Had THREE rounds of antibiotics without any improvement barely to the point I almost lost my sweet boy Sunday due to a horrible asthma attack.And third, I was in SHOCK at the price for an exam a steroid and a stronger more specific antibiotic. I was expecting at least 150-200$. Not even close to that 🙌🏼And they’re having a special of a discounted exam prices this month.I honestly couldn’t had picked a better place to go today. My sweet boy was having attacks all night and morning and looked so worn out and tired for fighting to breathe okay😓 I was worn out and tired from constantly watching him. They listened to everything I said, did, reviewed his previous records I brought in and said I was absolutely right for advocating for addtl tests at the last vet for him. And they even were kissing my sweet boy on his back to help keep him calm❤️💕♥️

Beautiful facility. Wonderful experience with staff. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made my experience pleasurable. No pressure for unnecessary procedures or expensive medications to "pad the charges"! I respect that in a vet that truly cares about the well being of their patient. I took my dog Dora here for an ear infection. It was a Saturday. I walked right in, filled out her information electronically and was seen immediately. Everyone was super nice and the medication they gave her healed her up quickly. I highly recommend!

I was in a pinch with my regular vet being out of office and they are 40 minutes away and in addition I'm unemployed so I am living off credit. My friend went here for her cat when he had a severe skin rash and recommended them. So when my new cat had another stomach flareup and stopped eating or drinking I brought her here. They were very good and the cost was very low compared to others. The vet and staff were very knowledgeable and gentle with her. Everyone took the time to explain things thoroughly. The vet even explored her neurological symptoms and explained those are not normal which are something that the previous vet didn't seem super concerned about. She has recommended a neuro exam which will be in her future once I have stable work again. This shows why second opinions are always worth exploring. Both vets are very good but sometimes things are noticed that a previous vet didn't. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

Took my pup here recently with a back injury that I didn't think was life threatening. The girls and doctor were SO nice and I didn't have to take out a second mortgage to get my dog some pain meds. I would highly recommend this place as an "Urgent Care" for your pets! Great addition to the area :)

Teddy and I LOVE the Dr and entire staff at PetWell Washington! They are knowledgeable, kind, caring and efficient! They have taken the best care of Teddy when he was very sick and when it was something minor. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is a great place. I recently got a new puppy and my vet couldn’t see him right away due to scheduling a few weeks out. They recommended he be seen by PetWell just to get his vaccines and a dewormer. Great doctor and techs!

They are great for minor injuries and illness. Very kind, fast and inexpensive. We will definitely be going there from now on. They don't have an X-ray machine so if they think your pet needs one they will send you to get one, not sure where, so keep that in mind.

My dog Roman was treated with kindness and love. The girls helped me get him out of my car and back in after his checkup. They were very helpful and informative. The Vet was very exceptional. I would recommend all of you! I will be telling all my friends and family!

This was my first time using Petwell Clinic. The staff were very professional and helpful. Dr Tori was very thorough and honest about what was happening to my cat. She had several suggestions that came in very helpful. My cat is improving nicely. They were also very reasonable in the pricing. I will definitely use them again and will tell my friends about my experience.

Pet well clinic was fantastic to work with. The doctor and entire staff were wonderful in a time of crisis. Our outside cat had a severe paw wound and our regular vet had no available openings for 48 hours. Our vet actually recommended petwellclinic and I'm so glad they did. The staff handled our cat professional and with great love and care. With the proper medication and after care suggested, within 24 hours our cat had a significant turn around. So grateful!

I had an amazing experience with this clinic. Definitely the best vet visit I've ever had. They explained everything before they did it, they were great with my dog and were accommodating to both of our needs and fears. Also the total bill was half of what I was expecting. I recommend highly.

My cat had an ingrown claw that became infected, I brought her to PetWell instead of visiting an ER vet. We came in as soon as the clinic opened for the day and were placed in a room right away. The technician and veterinarian took care of the paw and sent us on our way with care instructions and antibiotics to take at home. Our visit took about 35 minutes and the cost was minimal, less than $90 for everything! All the staff working that day were extremely nice and it's obvious they really love animals. My cats paw is healing nicely. I would recommend this clinic 100%!

When I couldn't get into an emergency vet and I couldn't get into my normal vet these people welcome us with open arms. The staff is extremely nice and the doctor took care of our emergency right away. We plan on using them as our regular vet. I was disappointed that my regular vet didn't feel a temperature of 104 was a reason to see my dog. Pet Well told me to come right over. You can't do any better than that

This was my first time the this Vet and I was extremely happy. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. My pet was very sick and they were honest and didn’t try to sell me expensive test and treatments that wouldn’t make a difference in the outcome. I respect that greatly. I will definitely be back.

Excellent veterinary care. I signed in on their website. When we got there we went straight back. All the health problems of my stray cat I took in were addressed and dealt with. They did every necessary test. He got all his shots and lots of take home medicines in a nice bag. Since I don't have a car finding a ride is rough so I appreciate the ability to come when I can.

Great experience and way less money then an emergency vet. My pup got bit by something on Thanksgiving of course and when I woke up Friday he had broken out in hives all over his entire body - not quite an emergency but definitely needed attention before Monday. Super nice and helpful and my pup even got a free tennis ball from them.

What a terrific experience! Took my 2 dogs in for vaccinations. The office is very clean and warm, everyone in there is awesome and Dr. Baptiste was really great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The cost of everything is far more affordable than having it done at a normal vet office. I will certainly be back for all routine pet services!

We were out-of-towners visiting our family. Our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Molly, had an ear infection that needed immediate attention and couldn’t wait until we got home. We came here. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Place was super clean and we did not have a long wait. They gave excellent and compassionate care to Molly and gave us the medicine we needed so we could tend to Molly’s ear until we could make it back home to see our vet. One week later—Molly’s ear infection is already a lot better and we are moving in the right direction. Glad to know this place is close to my family so if we ever need help the next time we are visiting, we will be sure to come here. Thank you!!

My dog's ear infection was treated within an hour of signing up online with PetWellClinic. I still can't believe it! At my regular Vet, the only sick appointment ($80) they had was a week away unless I wanted to pay $160 for an urgent appointment. At PetWellClinic, I paid a total of $144, which included the visit, ear cleaning, ear swabs and analysis, and the medication to treat the ear infection. There are a few PetWellClinic locations in the Pittsburgh area and their online system tells you the wait time at each location so you can choose. Everyone at the Washington location was so caring and Moose is already feeling better!
