We were turned away with our dying dog. A very disappointing experience. From the surroundings. It was a place only into making money, and a dying dog wasn't a long-term investment. The only good thing to come out of the place. Was the suggestion to go to the Blue Pearl. A place that truly has a heart for people and their fur babies, companions. A place with heart and understanding.

Shell school you.and honestly their prices are far better than most vets and ive used 7 of the other vets in the area over the years. So trust me you cant go wrong using Meadowlands Vet. Hands down the best vet in the area very professional and knowledgeable. What I like the most is they don’t treat certain breeds differently they treat all breeds and animals the same every time I go it’s a very assured pleasant visit thank you guys, but we have ran into a situation I’ve spent a lot of money and made a lot of visits for shots and check ups and just regular pet health now that I have an emergency and need my dog seen I can’t get fit in the schedule and have to go wait 6 hrs at the animal emergency room because couldn’t get an appointment for over a week for an emergency was extremely disappointed and let down I no longer feel as they have my pets well being in mind didn’t expect this honestly.

After having surgery and anemia problems, thanks to Dr. Marshall and all her staff, my 11 year old, Shiyorkie is back to normal. All healed and bloodwork came back perfect. Dr Marshal is so loving, caring, knowledgeable and such a totally magnificent Veterinarian. Dr. Marshall always give excellent advice on the best treatment and care for my little fur baby and I respect and appreciate all the wise advice she gives me. It keeps my Shiyorkie healthy and well. Thankfully, too that the cost was quite reasonable for my limited income!!! Many thanks to all involved with my Shiyorkie and their tender loving care that you gave and continues to give my Shiyorkie. God bless each and everyone one of you! I didn't waste my money. Wish they didn’t tell me the type of chip they were putting in. Would of said no cuz I wanted pet link like my other dog. . They didn’t check her completely so I took her to the vet 2 hrs away that my other dog has been with for 12 yrs. Guess what she is now getting 2 surgery’s getting teeth pulled. I rescued this dog from being abandoned knew nothing of this breed nice to know that somebody was able to tell me and I could take care of it before it became a bigger problem.This is a add on she is now having teeth done again. Wish I didn’t have to drive so far to see a vet I can trust with my kids not pets

With covid and new policys, its hard to go anywhere. 5 stars plus here. I have big dogs that go 150 and getting them out of the car is a big stressor (on them and myself) not to mention they have to go in by themselves. My girl wouldnt get out of the car, so the wonderful vet and staff came out and did the yrly visit in the car, shots and all. Best customer service since the whole pandemic started. If more people would leave positive feedback when they see it! They have NO PROBLEM posting the bad. Thank you, you made my day a whole lot easier. Bella thanks you too🐾

I recently used Meadowlands for a transcervival insemination with 6 year old frozen semen from Australia on a maiden female. I was very impressed! The repro tech Casey is wonderful and and Dr. Dawna Voelkl did an amazing job getting my girl to conceive despite a few bumps in the road on our end! She is a wealth of knowledge and happy to answer any and all questions. The support staff was also wonderful and very friendly as well which is a huge plus! I highly recommend! I will definitely continue to take the 3 hour drive from Ohio to use her reproduction services! Thank you Meadowlands team!

Great vets and techs. They really take care of your pet as their own. Had both my dogs neutered here and it went so smoothly. I was very nervous about it, but everything went great! Very reasonable prices as well.

Dr Marshall is wonderful. The problem is getting in touch with her. They have an app, Petnexus, which I utilize because I prefer not to sit on hold for 25 minutes and then get hung up on. I completed the form for a medication refill on Monday. No response. I emailed my request on Tuesday, then Wednesday to no avail. I call the office on Thursday, sit on hold for over 25 minutes and the phone gets disconnected. I find the easiest way to get in touch with the office is to call after hours and leave a voicemail message. I did get a return call on Friday stating the prescription was available for pick up. This should not take 5 days to resolve. This is not the first time that I have had an issue getting through to the staff. It has become "the norm" to sit on hold for longer than 20 minutes just to speak with someone and the constant disconnections. I would think the app and or email would help cut down on phone calls, but if no one checks these, we are left with contacting you via the phone. This needs to improve or you will lose more clients.

I could not be more disappointed in the service we have received here. We are not new pet owners and we had questions…a lot of them. Not only were we belittled and spoken down to, we put our feelers out there to get the clarification we needed since we weren’t getting that at Meadowlands. Ultimately, Meadowlands was in the wrong and rather than owing it, we were wrong for getting the proper answers we were looking for in the beginning. Not only that, but we waited 37 minutes to be seen (on more than one occasion) and there was not a single person there. I would never recommend this vet to anyone.
