Love the customer service. Always helpful. I can say the general manager of all Family Dollars you need night time stock.Also, you need to do this location like other locations. Remodel. General manager why haven't you.I think some prices are good, some are little high. But, I know it's not in the store, it's on the CEO giving themselves, outrageous raises, then passing it on to the customer.I will say, that the employees treat me, like family. Help me always when I need help. Especially with things up high. I do love this family dollar.The CEO needs put $$ in this family dollar on Highland Ave Washington Pennsylvania & remodel. Oh and make sure the cold food is stocked.Great job employees in this Family Dollar, & thanks for your help..

To be fair I didn’t make it much further from the front door. The place is dirty-floors need mopped, cluttered aisles. That was all I needed to see and immediately walked out. Obviously I can’t speak to the prices or what items they carried. Definitely don’t recommend, there are much nicer discount stores to choose from in the area.

Girl running it opens and closes the store when she wants. Locks the doors periodically thought out the day, won’t let customers in. Employees are never in dress code. Rude and disrespectful.

worst Family dollar on earth. Ridiculous hrs due to untrustworthy past issues with staff and issues with staffing in general. Shelves understocked and particularly items like are never available. I only go there when its absolutely unavoidable. Staff is friendly though.

Everything is a mess and drives my anxiety up a wall. the store makes absolutely no sense, it’s hard to actually find what you need because of no organization. I felt claustrophobic just walking through the aisles (which don’t have room for more than one cart) needless to say, I had an awful experience in this store

I stopped in for a few items, picked up more than I planned. I found the store crowded. They seem to be so many items in the store there wasn't alot of room to walk around it. They have several great buys, but I felt I couldn't get close enough to some items due to displays in the way. I'm not sure I want to shop there when it's close to a holiday. I like my space.

I only gave this store 1 star because I couldn’t choose 0 stars. This location is a hot mess, there was inappropriate music playing and I couldn’t find a thing! Definitely not coming here again.

This place has a fair amount of deals on things households use daily. It is a place to grab good cheep snacks as well. I would recommend it for families on a budget.

Cashier who said she was the manager bagged dryer sheets with bottles of coke and nuts. Thats just gross. When I tried to call the store it took 5 tries before she picked up than she hung up on me. Will never shop there again

Yes I live in wash pa this family dollar is horrible the store is small there's always boxes in the aisles for people to fall & get hurt & the employee Jamie she's nasty to me & seems to have a problem with me employees like her should not b employed I'm going to call the # for family dollar to report her
