Went in for bread. Little busy. Was using self check out it double scaned the bread. Hit the help button and neather casher wanted to help was there for 5 minutes. As i walked away without my bread the male casher made a rude comment that i wont repeat here.

The truck must have just delivered as lots of empty shelves and full carts waiting to be put out. There was 1 cashier working 1 worker stocking and a possible manager who was working near the door and with a long line of people to check out he just walked away to stock shelves. Not good customer service. Will go to another store before here again.

The two stars are for the one gentleman, and lady that work almost every night only. The other employees you see talking about other employees, complaining about how much they hate being there, maybe the managers of this store need to worry more about the store as a whole if the employees are happy instead of creating high school cliques 👎👎👎👎👎

The store was crowded with merchandise on the floor and stacked in front of the shelves. Only had one lane open, and the self checkout is in a horrible location. Prices were decent with today's economy.

So me and my father went to this dollar general my father bought a kinder Joy it cost $5 usually cost like $2 or a dollar so my father told the cashier it's charged them $5 😡 then the cashier called the manager in the manager was so rude my father refused to pay for the kinder Joy the manager of Dollar general yelled of my father for a kinder Joy price my father did a great math and the manager was yelling at my father for his race like what weird store

I love dollar general but this one is my least favorite. Very empty shelves. They have the same products and plenty of room but never on the shelves. The employees are very nice but I think they are very overwhelmed with it all n not enough employees to handle the volume of the store. I really hope they get it together because even the parking is great for being on Jefferson Ave.I'd rather travel 45 minutes n go to the Richyville location. Now that store is awesome!!

Always friendly staff! Good prices on just about everything! Do alot of my weekly shopping for a bunch of non food items here and their brand items are awesome have not came across one of their items that didn't work! Their clothes and shoes are nice and quality is a bit better than expected given the price! Definitely recommend this store it's my favorite dollar general in the area.

Love this place. I shop here 3 or 4 times a week. The people that work here are always very nice and helpful. They sell pretty much everything you need and the pricing is more than reasonable and beats other stores on most products. Highly recommended.

Love this place! Always has great deals, and right now they have 80% off winter wear, so go grab up some sweats for next winter at a great price. (If I didn't wipe them out already 😁😁)

Very busy. Fully stocked & more to stock. I like this DG store. Even with dollies of new products to stock in the aisles, with shelves stocked we were able to go in, get what we wanted & needed, & checked out quickly.

I've always liked Dollar General... Very nice & professional... Your employees are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers... You are most definitely in need of some more hires... Shelves need better stocked... Too many carts with merchandise left unstocked up n down the aisles... Not to the fault of store employees you have... They all stay busy with customers... Hire more people & promote within... The employees you have now are well deserving of promotion ❤️

Oh My GOODNESS! What a terrible experience! Cashier knew NOTHING!!! Guy stocking shelves in the back knew NOTHING!Prices were coming up wrong when scanned, coupons did not work at all...phone was ringing....line was at least 7 deep and both of the employees were moving like they had all day.Will NEVER EVER GO BACK. Actually, I went there a few years ago......same situation but I was hoping it maybe improved but it had not. Store was filthy and in disarray. Boxes half emptied everywhere, toys out in the aisle, everybody had a bad attitude.

Seems to never be enough staff even beofre the pandemic. Great place to shop, just wish they were able to be staffed enough, so they can check people out quicker, and have things not standing in the aisle

Awful there were 2 people working and the poor guy ringing everyone out was on his own ..thelsdy that was working very snail like slowly walked up as if she was going to help $ said there is only 2 of us and snail like again walked to the back ...very sad that there is such a lack of work ethic & compassion for her fellow worker ! The gentleman did a great job but she did not have a care in the world

Long lines particularly every time I go anytime of day. They seem to be short staffed. Shelves poorly stocked. Went there a couple time they were closed early not true to posted hours. This place has very poor customer service.Very disorganized.

Service when you get to register are nice, but with all the people who work there, should never be outrageously long, and good luck if you are looking for something, they don't care, sometime they are in office or smoking outside, leaving cashier to deal with everyone, too much, not impressed at all.

The staff is rude a majority of the time here and the store is often disorganized and dirty. However the prices are decent and there usually isn't a wait. They also stock items that the other dollar stores are out of.

The cashiers are always nice here! (Unlike the experience I had at Family Dollar). I am very happy with this store and the cashier working today was super nice ! Great customer service !

I'm here often. I do miss several items they used to carry in the $1 aisle such as..... Roll on oils( tea tree, lavender ect) the bath fizz balls in glass jars, oxy clean( generic), gallon of refill awesome orange cleaner. And they are almost always out of the $1 friskies pate' cat food😢

Screw you guys, you over charged me 3 times over. When I asked about some of the items ringing up full price and being on a sale table with sale stickers you tell me the sale was for a month ago but you just haven't changed the stickers around!!! Get a different job if you can't handle the one you have. The store is dirty, stuff is tossed on shelves and to be overcharged and you to be not care I'll never be back and I hope nobody else shops there either

Need more help stuff always sitting around in way,stuff not put away, not just this Dollar General every I've been in Washington, Pa and Canonsburg, Pa .Obviously you don't pay your employees enough or they have low morals and don't have good work ethics or good leaders .

This location is a disaster! The store is always a mess..There's only ever one cashier, so the line is super long..And they really need someone to clean the parking lot..looks like a trash pit out there..would rather go to any other DG than this one..

Good store cleaner than a typical DG it is a a good store as dwr as staff and and they try to keep it stocked and in line with what corporate asks them to do.

Agm argued that samsung pay doesnt work there. Kept hitting buttons to decline transaction. I use it about 5 times a week at DG so after the 4th time it worked when she didn't hit buttons.

The outside is always dirty with trash. The store though inside is oraganized. Some of the staff is nice but noticed few that are not so nice.
