I’M DONE with this location!! Once the late afternoon, early evening comes, those front doors are locked and ALL lights are out except the stinking drive thru; which NEVER seems to have any of the ice cream cakes available!!! I’ve tried this location over a handful of times and I constantly have to run 15 mins up the road to another DQ that has open doors and plenty of ice cream cake options! I’m not sure who’s running this DQ, but based off all the (1) star ratings, I would be searching for someone immediately who could do the job better! This place gets a (1) star for atmosphere, cause I can NEVER get inside! They get a (1) star for food, cause they NEVER have what I want and lastly, a (1) star for service because I ALWAYS have to drive away empty handed!! I’d give them no stars if I could and give them ALL to the DQ in McMurray Pa., just up the road if I could!!

This is the worst DQ I have ever been to. Time after time, it is bad. Either no ice cream, no chocolate ice cream, closes early, no staff to work, ordered a chocolate brownie sundae, they smashed a square small brownie into a round cup, it was mush; horrible. Ordered a medium chocolate sundae & was given a small as their medium. Said they only do medium and large. Called another DQ to confirm; found out not true. I don’t know wth is wrong there, but it was my last trip. Should have learned a long time ago 🤬

Everytime I try to come here something is broken, they aren't open or some other ridiculous excuse. I came through the drive through to see if they were open, and waited 15 mins in the drive through because the ice cream machine was down. Instead of telling me while I sat there. When she finally told me, I asked for my money back because I had waited too long, she said there is not a manger there to open the drawer to give me my money back and to come back tomorrow, seriously?? I didn't even want the ice cream that was running through the machine especially if there was something wrong with it, now I have to come back tomorrow. Just go to the one in town if you want DQ, this one is a joke.

Took 20 minutes to place an order through drive thru with very cars in front of me, and then another 10+ minutes to actually get the blizzard. Do not go here if you are in a hurry.

I called DQ yesterday for a birthday cake. Supposed to be ready at 11. I got there at one. ( I called twice with no answer...I worked til 1. I go through the drive thru and the cake was never made. A female came over the speaker blah..blah...I'm gonna make it now. I'm cool with that. I wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru then asked to pull forward to wait....30 minutes longer.....and it was peanut butter

I’m not sure I’ve ever left or written a review regarding a restaurant, but the quality of product and overall service at my local DQ has just been so bad for so long, I feel it is necessary to report. First, I believe my total was around $12.27, that’s from reviewing my bank statement - unfortunately I don’t have a receipt to reference since I wasn’t offered one. But that’s minor compared to the rest of the experience.I ordered 2 blizzards and a milkshake. I’m not sure if the “flip upside down or get a free blizzard” thing is still alive but the DQ at the end of Racetrack Road (Meadows Park Place) has literally never done that and hand you the spoons separately. And I do understand why, tonight if they attempted to flip either blizzard at the window it surely would have all dumped to the ground since it was pure liquid. Each were literally melted upon receipt, not ice cream, not even a milkshake and most certainly not a blizzard. I would never ask for a free blizzard if someone forgot to flip it, stuff happens, but the fact that the ice cream was melted down to almost liquid form is just unbelievable and inexcusable. Maybe the flip should be required for no other reason than to prove you actually have ice cream in the cup. Couple this with the fact that the melting of the blizzards was flowing down the side of the cups they came in and as the DQ member handed me the blizzards they liquified ice cream went everywhere. All over their hands, mine and of course the cup holders I set them in my truck. You’d think they would ask if I’d like a napkin (since apparently they aren’t standard anymore), but no, I had to request them to help clean everything up. I also ordered a milkshake and as you might guess, it was essentially milk since it also melted completely. At least that had a lid to contain it I suppose.Just overall a horrible experience. We couldn’t even enjoy the ice cream. It’s supposed to be a treat but instead it’s a sloppy mess that taste like candied milk. Again, this isn’t normal for me to complain and I still drove away instead of ruining some workers night, but this isn’t the first time with my local DQ. The service is always terrible, never to standard if there is one and the overall product simply sucks. I have another DQ that is much older and about 15 miles (E Wylie Ave) away. It is substantially a better product, service and experience, so I have a direct comparison. They also have friendly staff, unlike this DQ which can’t even make up for the experience with the people that work there.Oh and it’s late September in Pennsylvania. Evening temperatures are in the 60s so I wouldn’t even expect ice cream to melt on the drive, let alone as it is handed to you.I hope something can be done to change this DQs standard. I don’t know if it’s ownership, management or lack of oversight but man, it’s awful and has been for awhile.0 stars isn’t an option but should be.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. We went through the drive through and rather than taking our order at the menu board, we had to give our order at the window. We then had to sit and wait for our order for over 20 minutes just ahead of the drive thru line. Once we finally received our order, we were missing fries (had gotten two combos - checked the receipt, both meals have fries), so I tried to go inside to let them know and the storefront was closed. As there was at least 7 cars in line at the drive thru, it would have likely taken at least an hour to get back around. I tried to knock on the door to just let them know we needed fries, but no one ever answered.

I've consistently experienced issues at this location for years now. They are always closed earlier than what is on Google or the DQ website. Most recently, I was in line a half hour before close and when I finally reached the front of the line, they said they are done taking orders after I spent a full 30 minutes waiting in line. When I mentioned that I was here well before close, the girl's response was "Well I don't know what to tell you." I couldn't help but respond and mention that she could've been nicer and handled the situation better by letting those in line know earlier.I know this is not the owner's fault, but this location consistently provides a negative experience. I will take the extra time to drive to another location from now on.

Went in with a family of four ordered ice cream only right at 15 minutes nobody else in the dining room. I had to then go up and remind them that we still need our ice cream they went ahead and made it handed us a banana split and say sorry we're out of whipped cream but fell to tell us that during ordering. Seems your employees need better training to let your paying customers know when you're out of the item instead of taking our money. So you got a one star because as low as I can go unfortunately these reviews will be available on Facebook as well. And we didn't get drinks however the machine was completely torn apart you can see the ice under the machine being exposed to everyone and anyone getting drinks as to if someone overflowed a cup it would be in the ice for everyone else.

This DQ does wonderful with their food. Always made to order it seems and the workers are normally pretty well on top of things. Place is a bit small and limited seating however if you're just wanting a quick bite or cone etc. It's worth the stop. Just wish it was easier to get in and out of the parking area since it's also a gas station and Dukin Donuts and no drive through for the DQ

We went to the drive through at 8:30-8:40pm and we sat at the drive thru speaker for around 5 minutes with no service and when we pulled forward to see why no one was taking our order, they were cleaning. another car came along and the same happened to them. they are ignoring customers because they already cleaned the machines.

Few tables with folks inside at 7pm, but doors are locked and a sign posted says the lobby closes at 5pm. Very disappointing.

The site says the restaurant closes at 9 and drive thru at 10. We got there at 8:50. About 6-8 cars in front of me. A few pulled up but then here was no moved around 9pm. The 1st car sat at the speaker from 9 until 915. Everyone else left. When I drove past the window, the girl was cleaning. No warning, no "we're closed". About 30 minutes wasted for us and the company lost out on a good amount of money. This DQ is dysfunctional.

Do not come to this DQ if you will arrive 30 mins before they close. We waited in line from 8:40-8:58pm. At the speaker we were told our order would be taken at the window. When we reached the window the young lady said they were not taking any more orders after 8:50pm and that was the rules. Not posted in the Drive Thru at all. If this is your policy please post a sign in the drive thru entrance that you will not take orders 15 to 30 minutes prior to closing. We wasted 20 minutes because your staff lied to us at the speaker. Most days this DQ performs well and we've had no or minor issues with our orders.

Don’t go here. They don’t deserve my family’s business. No one can do their jobs correctly. We ordered a birthday cake for my paps birthday on Monday March 28, so we could have the cake for my paps birthday party on April 2. My paps only ask was an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen so we had to make this happen. Today we go to pick up the cake and they did not make any cake for my pap, and only had a peanut butter swirl cake that they couldn’t even write “Happy Birthday” on due to all the stuff on top. They didn’t offered any discount and had to pay full price for a cake we DID NOT ORDER and we DID NOT WANT. The manager not got involved to make things right. It was a poor kid having to piece together an issue that he didn’t even cause so we could have a cake for my pap. The girl on Monday who took the order for my paps birthday cake needs to be aware of this issue because now, 45 minutes before for my paps birthday, we are scrambling to make this cake work. INSANE! Stay away because no one can do their jobs correctly.

Ice cream was OK, the place seemed nice and clean but the cone we got was not filled right and awkward and I asked for an Oreo blizzard and got cookie dough instead. The workers seemed tired and disinterested. The place was pretty empty when we stopped and I wished that I had noticed the drive though window before I went inside, it is easy to overlook. The place is located in a small group of businesses built around a Sunoco station and is very easy to get to from Route 19 since there is a traffic light for access.

This place was out of one dollar bills for change. Got a large hand full of change. Out of chocolate soft ice cream, only had vanilla to serve. I ordered a vanilla chocolate twist cone. Served me vanilla cone fifteen minutes after my wife was already eating hers. Told me that the machine broke down and I will try to get what I can out of the machine. I hope that the next customer that comes, gets what they want. I pray that they have a better day tomorrow. Oh, thanks for trying to solve my problem. Sorry. I was grouchy and up set for what happened. May the Lord bless you all with a better day. And I ask Him to grant me more patience for things that pop up like this.

I had to wait about 10 minutes in the line to place my order but it also was 90 degrees outside. Once I had gotten to the window to pay and get my order ( which was ice cream) it looked like the manager was the only one taking the orders and doing the ice cream side of it. So he was doing 2 jobs plus being the manager. I just wanted to give a shout out and let people know that I felt like he was doing a great job.

Did not have a good experience yesterday. Ordered online three $6 meals, but only got the sandwiches and fries, had to ask for the drinks and the sundaes! Worker said those items did not show on her screen! Ridiculous, because they should know that these meals come with drinks and sundaes. On top of that, one of the sides were wrong and the sandwiches weren't even right. Did not offer a carrier for three drinks when clearly I am alone in the car! They need to get that online ordering system fixed or shut it down! I doubt that I'll be coming back to this DQ.

We ordered 2 Red Velvet blizzards. Not only were they not red but they didn’t have any of the ingredients so I heard them say just use brownies. So that what I got, ice cream and crumbled brownies. Horrible service, I was dripping all over the place. The business is practically ran by teenagers. Worse DQ ever. EVER. Oh and their ice cream machine is down 3-4 days a week.

Do not go here. There are better locations anywhere. This is the most incompetent staff, they never have equipment working, they’re always out of stuff, they shut down early because they’re lazy. Do not waste your time, you’re better off driving 20 minutes up the road, or going to a completely different product.
