Understaffed. I came here for propane, the cashier said they had none. I went and looked at a full cage of tanks and went back in. The cashier then said they don't have the key because the line is out the door and she doesn't have time to unlock it.

Was there yesterday, bathroom was so disgusting that it literally made me sick. I had to run out of there. I have never left a review in my life, but this was too bad to ignore

Got a drink and something to eat here before I went to work. Only to get a severe stomachache that led me to the hospital to get it checked out. Never again am I going to get anything here again.

As a former store manager for Circle K, it is a shame to see this store go down the hill. It had promise for a moment and has gone down again. When you have four people working at once, one of which is the actual store manager at 7PM, you'd think the hot food would've been replaced and not sit with a sticker that said to discard by 2PM. Only thing worth noting is the convenience while doing laundry, that's about it.

Iced coffee and creamer ALWAYS empty. Floors dirty, restrooms worse than a truck stop! Bought a hoagie and when I opened it the meat was discolored and the date on the wrapper was 3 days prior. Dark hair cashier is rude and talks badly about other customers, she definitely should not be working with the public.

The bathrooms are disgusting, they either have dried food or none at all. The prices are ridiculous and the cold foods are nasty. The meats look weird. I’m not sure I’m even eating real meat. I buy fuel here while at work so I spend roughly $350.00 at a time for fuel. I will take that money and pass this place every time. I am convinced they do not care about this place. If I were the owner I would look into these issues. I know others who never reviewed this place that are also passing by and going to another fuel station. This place says to me “we only want your money, and do not care about your experience”.

I rate then very poorly. Their night worker Wesley just denied and embarrassed my daughter entrance with her emotional support animal. He made a huge scene in the store. Don't ship here.

I used to stop at this store for fuel all the time when I'm working in the area this store is poorly run and so dirty when I buy something I have to tell them not to Set it on the counter after they ring it up. And if you need to use the restroom when your done you cant wash your hands no soap also the bathroom is filthy and they never have any prepaired food. They must not realize there's is a clean getgo right down the road. This is sad excuse for a store. And when you tell them about any of the issues they don't care at all.

I was in this store this morning. It has been eight months since my last visit to this location. At 7:15 AM, There was not a breakfast sandwich in the house. There was one sausage on the roller grille. Lots of Pizza up for grabs? Really? Had to park two trucks at Get Go to get anything too eat. Whom ever owns this store needs to get it cleaned up and well managed. It could be the best place in town. When I see a sign that says under new management, I will return. The store in Imperial is great! Had to put a star on this to get it out.

Stop here regularly.The girl who works there with the piercings is rude and lazy. Everytime I stop and there are lines at the register she just stands around.Also you can over hear the employees talking about personal things and using curse words loud enough customers can hear.The bathrooms are always dirtyThe floors everywhere looks like they haven't been cleaned in months.Also they label the hot dogs wrong.

Called at 1 am for childrens medicine because my LO was sick while we were here from OOT and no where was open or had it but the extremely nice night time clerk went out of his way to help find us childrens tylenol. So thankful for that clerk tonight

I just left your store at 6:30 they were already throwing away all the pizza and all the hot food because they didn't want to deal with it later absolutely ridiculous when I asked him to make me a pizza because it wasn't seven yet she told me no the girl who was working doesn't want to deal with it and neither do I

4/17/2023 heavy set girl with black hair is very rude evertime I come in there she is rude to me and others she is lazy ) one guy went up to register and she didn't make him pay for any of his stuff she just let him walk out the door without paying she should be fired

Not the best in the area, horrible customer service, place is always dirty, hot chocolate machine ALWAYS empty. Cup dispenser always empty. Cashier would rather hold a conversation with someone else than check the customer out. I Would highly recommend going elsewhere!!!

Charged me almost $13.00 for one pack of camel non filter cigarettes, when I realized it in my car I went right back in and they refused to fix the problem... who in the heck would pay that for one pack of cigarettes.. no one! Will be contacting state rep tomorrow and go from there. Not legal I’m sure!

Tonya who works there is very nice but very pushy. The candy bar sales they push are terrible...Constant harrassment !!!!We stopped going because of it and alot of the gas and oil guys quit going in because of it.

this place had one of the dirtiest restroom had had seen in along time...tables where dirty....young kids just hanging out inside and out one of them approached me and asked if i thought robbing a bank would be cool...this place wasn't very well managed
