Jamie the (ICM Manager) at Washington Pa location was great. I was looking for a specific tool and she was able to locate one and made sure the price was comparable or better than the competitions. I appreciate her help and will certainly buy at this location again.

If I can give busy beaver a negative I would but it only allows me to put a 1 so I went there today and soon as I walked in door I got hounded by a worker named Patti telling me I can't bring my purse in store. She refused me service and told me it's a policy and I had to leave. She told me she's the manager and I can't shop in store if I have my purse. Really this is how busy beaver does business, I feel bad for how this store treats their customers because I will never be back at this store I will take my money to a store who appreciates my business.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Someone frequently greets you when you enter the store. They frequently have even better prices than the other big box stores. The inventory may not be as large as other big box stores, however I frequently find what I need there. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and acquaintances.

Place is great. Usually low traffic, good selection of products. More convenient for me than other box stores. Im going to start going here 1st. I was able to get 60lb bags of concrete on sale for 2$ a bag? Super cheap.

Great little hardware store. They have some oddball stuff but not everything. It feels more hometown compared to the big box stores. They have great customer service here. They greet you at the door and will load your car. Also beats driving across town.

Great selection of items. The staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately they did not have what I needed but they will be 1st in mind for the next time I am looking for hard to find items.

The store is a good store but back there by the bird food they put out some mice traps which had mice in them and they have been there for a whileI get my bird seed from there and they were there when I got bird two weeks

The store we as completely redone on the inside, neat and clean.a lot of new products....looks nice inside also some new people all friendly

Overpriced and not many things to choose from, limited supplies, keeps all lumber, Sheetrock, gypsum board outside so it is not a good thing to do
