Hands down the best BBW in the area. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. They’re like family. I truly look forward to getting to go to this store, catch-up with the staff, and shop all the best finds. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The place was packed, and I can see why. Bath and body works always hits hard with amazing scents infused into different products, whether it be lotion or body wash even down to the best car air freshners money can buy. The place being packed will never hurt a review, in my opinion. I take into account how they handle it. They handled it well and seemed to be able to help everyone, including myself, to find the products I was looking for. With that being said alot of people seem to enjoy it as much as I do.

Prices higher than their own website. Example is men's body wash was $13.99 in store, and $9.99 online for same product / same sizeStore features a ton of buy one get one free or at a discount to give the impression of savings.

The associates here are RUDE. Ruined my whole day, literally argued with me about how something was not $3, even though the item was right in front of the sign. The manager with curly hair or whoever she thinks she is didn’t apologize when I said the little girls at the register got an attitude. Will never be back, thankfully I have worked at bath and body and will be calling corporate with all their names, and a picture of where they placed the sign.

Never has the scents that are new or always sell out right away. The store is too small for everything they have in there especially when it gets crowded with customers. It's overly priced unless you have coupons/shop sale items.

It's a regular Bath & Body Works, but just in the outlets. You should be able to find most of your regular products. As with all Bath & Body Works, the products and supplies are different. However, all the major scents are available. The store sometime is a little less organized, but still clean. The staff is the typical friendly & helpful crew that you'd receive at any location. They will help you shop, answer any questions, and are patient. It's basically the company standard. Some employees are great & and others are good. If you are rude, please don't shop here because the ladies working are overall nice people.

Great selection and amazing scents that I love on my wife. Candle's scents are amazing as well. Went during a sell and the prices were really good. Customer service was excellent.

I always enjoy B&BW during the holidays. They are normally helpful upon arriving but this time they were less helpful. I get that it can be busy at this time of the year but their quality of help shouldn't decrease. I will continue to shop at B&BW I just hope the next is better.

It's a BBW. In a Tanger outlet. Their semi annual sale as going on. I had picked up a bunch of stuff and had my hand literally FULL... I asked one of the associates for a basket and she was in a conversation with another shopper about nothing that had to do with BBW and was a personal conversation. Instead of stepping away for 5 seconds to grab me a basket so I didn't have to keep walking around with all this stuff... She just pointed in the direction of the baskets. Not horrible service, but being that their conversation was not about customer service for shopping but about their personal lives, it did not sit well with me. Everything else was ok.

I always love coming here. I may spend too much money but hey...I smell good and my family's hands smell amazing. There are plenty of workers that ask you if you need help finding anything and don't hesitate to help...and they aren't overwhelming by asking too many times or anything.

As an outlet , I was surprised at the regular retail prices.... .put back the stuff I was gonna get and got a couple candles instead.... Great scents , but I didn't have 2 travel so far....could have went to my regular mall....

Entering the store, with the new tropical floor sets, was a delight for the senses. We tried several of sample bottles before making our purchases. The cello packaged bow and gift tags were an added bonus. The sales associates helped us with requests as we moved through Bath and Body.

The first thing that hits you when you walk in are aromas of all kinds and oh so sweet but not conflicting... great gift store for someone or yourself..A little pricey for candles but quality sometimes will cost you

This is a REALLY nice BBW. Tons of staff to help, amazing selection-- can't say enough about it.Spent about 100 but got a lot of products, looking forward to some coupons! Can't wait to go back!

Hand sanitizer, soaps and plug in air fresheners are what I shop for. Friendly staff that greets you and helps you find what your looking for (when the wife sends me lol).
