Excellent care! We switched from another vet to this location and could not have been happier. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. When we had a semi-emergency situation with one dog, they kept us informed the entire time of the tests and care, cost of those tests, and followed up multiple times after the visit. Highly recommend!

I Love our Banfield Hospital! Everyone is so polite, thorough, patient, very helpful to new pet owners like myself. The health plan they offer works great with my budget too! I think you'll be very satisfied if you decide to choose them! My fur babies always gets excited when she realizes where she is!!! I'd say that's a too is a plus!

This is the second time I’ve taken Marley to this location and they are so helpful for any of my needs. Today Ashley helped me understand the process of what she was doing and helped make it as much as a comfortable experience as she could for Marley and I. Thanks Ashley!!

Iv been going to Banfield for years. They have taken care of my dogs and cats. My baby Angel who crossed the rainbow Bridge had cancer and seizures. From operations to medication and care (Highly recommend Dr. Richardson) they are great. From the front desk check in on. Never had a problem.

Dr. Sovine, Ciera, Emilee, Kera and Hailey are such a caring thoughtful team. Sadly my sweet cat was so sick and I had to make the tough decision to help ease his suffering. They took extra steps to help him through the process like having a soft blanket for him to rest on. They were also very thoughtful to my needs during the procedure.

The staff are all really incredible. They are kind, patient, and they take their time to talk. They explain things as needed and never make me feel rushed. Everyone is super knowledgable, too, and they will work to find an answer if they don’t know. Wellness Plans are really helpful and budget-friendly, as well. Cannot recommend them enough, especially Drs Rebecca and Richardson!!!! We won’t ever go to another vet.

Every time I have visited the vet has been extremely helpful, there was one instance where a tech wasn't very knowledgeable and mishandled my puppy but I haven't seen her at any other visit! Everyone else there has been amazing! I have a 5 pound pomeranian, her care is extremely important to me and they love her there!

The techs and vets here are amazing! My poor Lhasa was miserable for about a week, turns out she had an ear infection and some really bad allergies… after treating her and taking great care of her, I’ve never seen her so happy at the vet! Thanks to all of the staff for taking great care of Aurora! She was so happy to see you all!

This is the first review I've ever written; so please, bear with me. We adopted a stray cat after he followed us home during a night walk. He looked young, malnourished, and frightened. We took care of him as best as we could through the night. The following morning, I frantically called vets in my area for him to be seen. After calling around, I was forced to look for places 30+ miles away. I finally found this place, and they offered to see him later the same day. I explained the situation to the very wonderful receptionist, booked the appointment, and I breathed a sigh of relief. However, during the visit, they did not check ANYTHING! After a quick "exam," they said he was perfectly healthy. My boyfriend said, "but, what about the spot on his tail?" Confused, they left to 're-check' him and found the silver dollar sized abscess on his tail. He was a stray cat, but they did no blood work. When asked if they were going to do blood work, the vet said, "oh, good idea," but did not do it. We also brought a stool sample to check for worms, but nothing was said about it. They swore he had no fleas (a quick check at home later that evening confirmed he did). So, needless to say, I now have to make another appointment with another vet to ensure he is going to receive better care. Don't waste your time. Since this all happened yesterday and today, I am still quite upset and worried about him. I am praying they did not miss anything that is serious.

I’ve been going back and forth to my vet at school for months trying to figure out my cat’s health issues. In a 30 minute visit, the staff at Banfield was able to figure everything out and give me an excellent plan of action for taking care of my cat! The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and I’m so grateful that they were able to help me and my cat out!

The staff and vets are always caring and understanding of emergent situations with pets. We have been taking our cats to this location for 4 years. Today, with a sense of compassion that I haven't seen from other vet offices, we said good bye to one of our cats. We were taken straight back to a readied room and given as much time as we needed to say good bye. The techs were all on point and they were not afraid to share in the sadness as they had also come to love my girl over the years we have been bringing our pets to the location. Dr. Richardson personally administered the drugs that let our sweet girl rest which I really appreciated given how busy a day it was. Thank you for making a really rough day just that little bit easier.

The vets and vet techs here are simply amazing. My dog is terrified of the vet and they are so understanding and nice to work with. They allow me to stay with him while they do the check-up/treaent they need to do so that he is more comfortable. They really care for the animals. I have had the monthly plan for 2 years now and it has saved me so much money when my dog needs vaccines or just a check-up.

My pup had an urgent care situation (that didn't warrant a trip to emergency vet) & this Banfield was the ONLY vet I could get to see him right away. I traveled 30 miles to them, and they were WONDERFUL. Highly recommended!!!

The staff is super friendly and amazing with my dog. Being inside Petsmart is super convenient as well. Surprising to say my dog actually enjoys and looks forward to coming to the vet. The care packages they offer are absolutely worth looking into as well. I highly recommend using Banfield Pet Hospital

Fast and friendly associates, they will give you honest answers and help out with any questions or concerns you may have. Our pup have social anxiety and they are extremely patient with us and never gets frustrated.

Staff is wonderful. However; they need to get a new system down at this location. They overbook and you end up waiting more than your pet is seen. Very hard to get ahold of anybody to check in on the status of your pet. Staff is great, but the communication and the way they overbook their appointments is super frustrating.

I just want to say that I have always gotten great service for my cat Shadow at Banfield. I feel like the Dr's and techs are attentive. The Dr's explain things to me after seeing Shadow. The preventive medicine you receive with the wellness plan is necessary. The shots that our animals recieve aren't one and done. If your animal is ill you can handle it so you can limit medical emergencies. I am so happy that I can care for my Shadow with the wellness plan.

It's a vet, but it's a franchise vet. So they are UNNECESSARILY expensive. Don't be boujee, go to a barn vet. 100% better. Nice staff though, and some if the bests vets and techs I've met. Just not worth the money.

They closed because they didn't have a vet to come in on Saturday, and did not leave a message on their phone as that...says open.... I called 4 times with no return call. Well, they closed for the day..... when I got to them on Sunday, they told me $750.00 sight unseen and I am a client. Well, no thank you . I transferred all my 2 cats records to a new vet ....all good... they are more than double other area vets. Their corporate structure and fees are outrageous. I am sorry, but the structure is sadMy cat had her wellness check up 3 weeks ago and all was good... now all of a sudden they want $750 sight unseenbe careful and find another place for pet care.

They always have great people here, but the current staff was absolutely amazing dealing with my very shy dog. I was afraid there would be no way they could have worked with her, but after the appointment, she wanted to go back and see them more

I would like to start out by saying you really have to mess up for me to do something like this. Maybe because I am so emotionally involved.I called at open (5 times within 30 minutes) and no one answered. Then around 8:30 I got an answer. The lady on the phone sounds nice and I explained that my new puppy was very sick and throwing up. I was wondering if he could be seen today. She SNAPPED. “No. We are booked for the next 3 weeks.” And I was going to thank her anyways and she hung up.I understand everywhere is booked and understaffed. But I you work with people that have sick pets that you are you would be a bit more caring. It is not way to talk to someone. Period.Turns out the puppy has Parvo. He is doing better now but I had to take him to a more reputable vet hospital and it’s gonna cost me 2,000. Which is fine if he is going to be healthy.I just thought I would share my brief experience. I not mad for you being booked. I am upset that you were so rude and unsympathetic in one of the worst morning of my life.

The doctor knows his stuff. He is all business so don't expect unnecessary casual conversation. Which is fine because his main concern is clearly the health of your pet. This was several years ago, but after rescuing a cat that ended up having 7 kittens I had to find the place with the best pricing for spay and neutering and after probably 7 phone calls this was absolutely the best price option.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this location. I originally booked my appt for my cat for her annual rabies vaccine, and in the days leading up to the appt she started developing URI symptoms so that became the focus of the appointment.First, I was at the vet’s for almost an hour and thirty minutes, and I only got to speak with the vet for about 15 minutes. During her 15 minutes with me, the focus of her conversation was not about my cat and her symptoms. She just kept pushing and pushing their “care plan” which is like an alternative to pet insurance. When I asked clarification questions about my cat’s cold—like where it came from, should she be separate form my other cats—I was met with a lot of impatience. When I denied to purchase their care plan, the vet gave this really shaming response that implied I wasn’t a good pet owner. I had only mentioned that I don’t need to go to the vet much because my cats are healthy and so the plan didn’t interest me. She looked at me and said she wished people took better care of their cats in a really irritable tone...I asked two employees—the vet tech and the vet—if they accepted Care Credit. I specifically have a care credit card for pet care/emergencies. Both employees told me to my face that they accept care credit but when it came time for me to pay my bill, my care credit MasterCard was rejected. I paid out of pocket and left. I called care credit to see if something was wrong on my end, and they confirmed it wasn’t and that Banfield has never accepted care credit.Something else that made me uncomfortable was that when it came time to give my cat her rabies shot, they wanted to take her out of the exam room and back into somewhere else. They didn’t tell me where they were taking her, and I requested they give my cat the shot in the exam room with me. I understand that at some vet facilities this is common practice, and I can understand it is easier for the staff. But they weren’t empathetic or kind or compassionate about how I was nervous already because I had just been sitting in a room for over an hour. The only Positive part of my experience is that another vet tech came in and showed me how to pill my cat when I asked my vet tech how to give my cat the prescription they suggested. I was really disappointed by my visit here, and feel like Banfield is more concerned about making a profit than providing pets with proper attention and care.

Clean, compassionate, friendly and real qualified Vets! Dr. Richardson's pet knowledge is only beaten by her compassion and her helpfulness in working within your budget. The staff loves animals and exemplify the old adage that teaches us to find something we love doing and we'll never work a day in our lives! Finally, a veterinarian's office that puts pets and parents first and not as a business income stream.

NEVER take your pet here. The only thing this place cares about is YOUR MONEY. After spending 12 of 15 minutes of our visit talking about "the wellness plan", the two technicians left the room to prepare my paperwork for payment, only after I insisted they attend to my pet and we'd work out the payment later. So as they were preparing the paperwork, I collected my cat in the carrier and walked out. I told the technician that we were living and when she asked why I point blank told her that I felt she spent more time trying to sell their product than actually attend to my pet. Her response? "I'm sorry you feel that way. We're just trying to determine the best course of action for your pet." No, lady. "You're just trying to determine the best course of action to get the most money out of my pocket and into yours". I was charged $40.95 for my visit and left.
