We have been using this vet for about 2 years and they are great so far! They have great rates, never crowded in the waiting room, short wait times, and they leave a lot of time to ask questions. The staff are excellent knowledgeable, and great with my dog. We haven't had any major medical issues yet (some small ones) and the care has been excellent.

I have 2 cats. Washington Vet has been great to us from minute 1. Scheduling was easy. Front desk has been helpful, communicative and kind. Vet techs/assistants have been engaging and sweet with my kitty cats. Doctor has proven to be smart, caring and careful. My 1 baby has epilepsy and treatment has been on-point….not underplaying or overreacting. Zero complaints 🙂

I highly recommend Washington Crossing Animal Hospital. From checking in, to the dr visit to checking out, everyone is helpful and friendly. They are the most on time vet or for that matter, health care office I've ever been to. The drs are very helpful and answer all your questions as best as they can. I would avoid Dr. Chabot if I was coming here. Brought my dog in who was injured at the dog park and she diagnosed him with kennel cough. (I've never heard of kennel cough presenting within an hour of leaving the dog park, but ok) Then, my dog had an adverse reaction to the trazadone that the office prescribed for the appointment (his symptoms got 500x worse after leaving the vet- no exaggeration). I did some research which confirmed the reaction (no one in the office seemed to be aware of this well documented possibility), and Dr. Chabot emailed me saying they'd forward me my dog's records and to find a new vet. Perhaps trying to avoid any responsibility for lazy/misdiagnosis, or prescribing too much medication which made my dog sicker (to be fair, not her prescription). Either way, happy to take my dog elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

The staff is super kind. Appointments are timely; one isn’t waiting in the waiting room for long durations and the waiting room isn’t packed with multiple dogs, cats, and other pets. The doctors are all very knowledgeable and personable. In particular, Dr. Bovee has a calm demeanor and really takes his time to discuss options and address all questions thoroughly. WCAH really cares about every animal that walks through the door. Caring for animals is their passion; it’s not all about the money.

Came here for the first time since my vet did not have any availability, and I have to say, incredible service. From making the appointment with ease, to them being empathetic for my boys injury, they were spot on with customer service and really making you feel important.My 100lb german Shepherd can be a pain to cut nails, but they did it no problem. & even with the global pandemic they made sure everything was safe, and followed all state rules!Def going to be our new vet!

None of the staff had any skills in handling an extremely anxious dog, and only made him much worse. By far the least "dog skills" I've ever seen of any veterinarian in 20+ years of owning dogs. Never going back there again if I can help it.

During the painful moment of deciding it was time to put our beloved 15 year old dog Jackson to sleep Washington Crossing Vet was there for us. Ispoke with the Vet on the phone for at least 10 minutes a few days before to discuss our options. When it was clear that Jackson was beginning to struggle they took us at 8:40 am the morning I called. The Vet and the Vet Tech were very sensitive to both me and Jackson. I held him as he slipped away peacefully am I so glad I did. The last thing the Vet said to me before I left was, "We will take good care of him." I cannot say enough about the care which was shown to my sweet pup.
