Zero consistency. I went to this store due to a recent change with a pet and the need of changing to a prescription food. The first time I went in was because I was running errands so I popped in to see if they carried the food. I asked what I needed to do to purchase the food with a script. I mentioned I had a script from my vet in an email on my phone, but not printed out yet. The girl at the counter was super helpful stating a manager could simply review it and approve the purchase so I decided to purchase some food since I was already there. But the next time I went back a different girl said I needed a bar code on the script. I explained my last experience and she said she couldn't sell me the food. I asked for a manager, who refused to come out and speak with me and the girl repeated that she couldn't sell me even one can. I left empty handed. Clearly the policy is either inconsistent or the second time I went, the manager was just lazy and refused to help me. Either way, I'll never buy anything from there again (or online). Petco has lost my business and I'll be happy to spread their poor customer service to anyone I know.

I thought this store was one of the best and cleanest with their aquariums, but when I went there a few days ago there were multiple deceased fish and dirt in multiple aquariums. I couldn’t trust myself to buy a fish there based on the other dead fish…. The staff there is very kind however.

Great store and the best staff. I’m here way too much due to having 6 fish tanks and 3 dogs, and it’s always a pleasant experience. Everyone is super kind and knowledgeable, the place is huge and always has what I need. Being signed up for their premier program really pays itself off too

The staff at this location are super helpful. A staff member really helped me out with how I can get my accounts consolidated as because of petco corporate they made 2 accounts for me when I have only made one myself. She gave me all the info and was very patient.

I took my dog to dog training to prepare for the CGC test. My dog has previous experience in dog training. Our trainer Lindsay is absolutely the best! We took the 6 week course to prepare for the test . She was very knowledgeable in the material. Her suggestions and corrections help out a lot. Her experience with all types of dogs is phenomenal. I would highly recommend the dog training at Petco and I would also recommend Lindsey as well she will exceed your expectations.

This was the best experience I've had in a very long time. Jasmine did a terrific job. She even managed to cut the fur around her toes. She was very careful and concerned about our furchild's fears and handled Nikki with awesome care.

The training staff were so friendly and helpful. They really love dogs and it shows. They were helpful in finding my dog a harness that has helped tremendously in his walks.

I interacted mainly with the fish department manager. The lady is amazing, clearly loves her job and animals and is a wealth of knowledge. Recently transferred to this store. Such a great asset. It’s people like her that make your business great! Also, thank you Cory for allowing me to donate my fish and rehoming them also a great guy! Life savers!

The front of this building is deceiving. It makes it look like a small store, but this place is HUGE. It goes way back. It has such a variety of cool reptiles and amphibians...birds and furry things... way better offerings compared to the other local pet stores. The staff are very nice and full of relevant information. Go check them out... head towards the back to see some cute reptiles.

#TheBest #Petco-Warrington I would like to thank Dylan for the 100 EXCELLENT support he provided during my recent visit to get my dogs groomed. Dylan's passion for the profession, subject matter expertise with dogs and overall SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE was on full display and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND as it is unlike the usual Petco experience. #REAL TALK. Dylan's skills and expertise was on full display. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly, he made sure that my experience was a good one. That is a skillset that can't be taught... either you got it or you don't and Dylan got it. Thank you Dylan and I wish you overflowing blessings with your newborn son. Everyone is so nice.. I love my puppy’s vet.. Dr Tanya Thies. Rodrigo was awesome and so was Rachael. The techs in the pharmacy are really great.Anyone we’ve been in contact with at the store was super nice.

I was in the area waiting for my car to get inspected, so I figured I would pick up Jax food. I was impressed they actually had his food, Merrick Lamb Stew in stock, so I bought all that was on the shelf. Lol The cashier was very nice and friendly. She gave my Jax a special treat which he absolutely loved. I will visit the store again when I am out to get my car serviced.

Dr.Goldblum was EXCELLENT! She was attentive, knowledgeable and very personable. She handled my Ball Python Cairo with care and shared a plethora of care tips. The experience was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a vet! Also the Cashier at the front (although I forgot her name) was absolutely the sweetest. All in all I have considered the Warrington Vetco/Petco my new go to location and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for the care and community they shared with me that day! Thank you!

While picking up we noticed there was only one employee on the store floor unloading pallets and helping customers. Definitely looked like y’all are trying to save money and not staff stores properly. The employee was friendly but clearly under helped

Great store, friendly staff, lots of healthy options. It's a one stop shop, they have a vet, dog training, and grooming too. All in a friendly small store environment. They also have a good selection of healthy fresh and salt water fish, reptiles and mammals.

DO NOT BUY ANY REPTILES FROM THIS STORE. I went into this petco to buy some crickets for my bearded dragon and the way they have these animals set up in the tank are horrible. The ball pythons especially. You CANNOT have ball pythons housed like that together. They're dehydrated, underweight, and had stuck shed. It was depression to see. The reptiles there are neglected and its straight abuse.

Came in to exchange cat food I bought a day before . Cashier was eating and talking to other associates. Asked if they had a different item . Was told go in the aisles and look around.
