Pet supplies Plus is a great store for your pet needs. They are very helpful, and also have a pet wash area. Close to all your needs for shopping as well. Maybe grab a pizza next door.

The grooming salon is only pet store in area that will trim cat nails. The groomer was so good w my cat and was very quick. I apologize for not catching her name. But Im very appreciative and will now make this my go to pet store and groomers.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff work here. The prices are also competitive compared with online suppliers and the kids live coming here to check out the critters, fish and birds. No other pet shop really had this.

This store is my favorite pet store ever. I will never go anywhere else. The employees are so nice and accommodating. There delivery service is the best. I order my stuff in the morning and it is here by dinner time. My dogs see the bag and get so excited.

Great place to pick up all of my dog's needs. They also have a good place to bathe your dog. I have used it many times, and they supply you with everything you need. The staff is helpful as well if I ever need assistance with anything.

Not all employees know their stuff. As a relatively new dog owner, make sure you know what you're looking for prior to going here. Several employees are very good so I don't want to throw the entire staff under the bus. My dog almost died from a product sold to me but he's fine and I accept responsibility for not doing my homework first. In general, the employees are very friendly and try to be helpful.

Pet Supplies Warrington- the customer service is always great, the team is friendly and absolutely available for questions & suggestions and the shelves are continuously being cleaned, refilled and tidied up. Great store! I will keep coming back! It's nice to have an alternative to PetSmart and boutique stores. They stock the dog food I was looking for, and overall have a good selection of food and treats for dogs and cats (fish and small mammals too).

Whenever I come through their doors there is always an employee who says hello. The store is very clean and I am impressed with the variety. I go there for small cans of cat food. My cat tires easily of the same food so now I have a place with quite a variety. The "kids" that work there are doing anexcellent job and set the tone for easy shopping.

This review is purely customer service related as I have been shopping here for years for various services and supplies for my cats. The other day, I made a quick stop at the store make a return of a product I didn’t need. I had the receipt and the product… When I approached and explained my situation, the very nice young woman behind the register told me she had to consult with her manager since this was purchased online and she wasn’t sure if I could return something purchased online at their store. She consulted her manager, Samantha, who blatantly rolled her eyes in my direction and begrudgingly walked over to the register to complete the transaction. Clearly, she was annoyed at having to be consulted to make a return of the item purchased online- what does that take- one extra step and 5 seconds of time? Don’t offer online ordering and delivery from your store if you don’t want to navigate what comes along with it. I felt bad for the girl working as well as any customer in my shoes making a simple request: a RETURN. Once finished, Samantha walked away and didn’t say a word to me or the girl behind the register. This person manages a store? Everyone has “bad” days, but your job is customer service; don’t lose sight of that.

I had went in to purchase 10 gallon fish tank and they did not have any available so I picked the 5.5 gallon fish tank which the very nice girl in the aisle helped me get down for the top shelf. She said that it was part of their 1 per gallon sale which I had no idea about thank you to her for letting me know and for the cashier to let her know that it rang up for the sale. When I got up to the counter the guy rang me up and it didn’t come off so he called Ethan over and he told him that it did not ring up the sale price and asked if he could fix it Ethans response was absolutely very rude and said change the price for what? It’s not part of the sale! Which was fine it wasn’t part of the sale just the way he said it! He was so rude I only come to this pet store because it’s the groomers are so sweet and normally everyone in there is! Ethan has the worst customer service and attitude! He even walked away with an attitude! When I asked if he was the manager the young guy said well he kind of is! Will not be returning and I will give my business to another place that wants to be kind to their customers.

Gave me an appointment on a moment's notice which was unexpected but very appreciated. LOVE my freshly groomed pup with trimmed nails. Elsa was returned to me a lovely smelling & happy girl within an hour. Now my husband doesn't mind when our sweet fluffy girl cuddles up on the couch with him. At least for a little while. I will ask for a menu of services the next time I go but I believe it was reasonably priced at $40 and well done.

I used Pet Supplies Pus here in Blue Bell and I used to take my two dogs there every 6 months to be groomed. My one dog isn’t the easiest to deal with but Angela the groomer there was so patient and knew how to handle him. Sadly the Blue Bell store closed and Angela transferred to this store which is 35 minutes further, but it’s worth it because I know she genuinely cares about both my dogs and knows how to handle them.

Groomer Angela is the best. We travel from Plymouth Meeting just to have her groom our 5 dogs. She's patient, kind and knows her stuff.
