Great experience with Pella from the sale with Justin to the install with George and Jim. Justin made some great recommendations while deciding on design options. Ie. use masking tape to mock up the different grids and leave that up for a few days to make sure we’d be happy with our results.George and Jim were a fantastic installation team. They showed up on time every day, kept me posted on progress, and cleaned up each day. They were friendly, highly skilled, and efficient and very mindful of not damaging anything. We had all of the windows in our house replaced along with the woodwork. We had no issues.It was a seamless process. Very pleased!

Working with Pella was overall a great experience. The company is trustworthy, professional and communicates really well with its customers. From the start Justin McCormick the sales rep was FANTASTIC. He was extremely patient and professional, never once was pushy. This meant so much to us compared to dealing with other companies that we very demanding. It took us months to make a decision about replacing all of our windows and sliding glass door since it was a really a big project for us. We contacted Justin and he got the project rolling right away.The crew for our project was on time every day and very respectful of the inside of our home. Our project manager Tom was great and answered all of our questions.Our project took 4 full to days to complete. We had some manufacturing issues that a gentleman named Scott was able to help with. We had to have Pella come back a month or so later to replace a few things . Overall we are very happy with how everything turned out and glad we went with such a reputable company. I absolutely love our casement windows and the crown molding that Scott had suggested. Thank you to everyone!

He walked us through various options and features of their products and was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in selecting the right options for our home. The final result is very satisfying. It was tricky to figure out the finish as the stain samples had some blotches. In the end, we went with the clear coated pine & like this look.The installation was impressive & Matt, Mark and a 3rd guy (who I didn’t get his name, sorry) worked efficiently to remove the old door & get the new one in, insulated & sealed from water intrusion.They did a fantastic job on installing new siding- it’s a nice upgrade to the exterior - and were very careful about the integrity against weather for both doors and siding.Finally they did everything necessary to protect our floors. Thanks guys.

Great help from our salesman John! He was well prepared for our initial meeting at our house, and came with samples of glass, door itself, colors available and more. He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions as we configured our door, helping to trim costs with different details. When asked a few days later to quote a new design, John was so quick to respond and was happy to answer questions. Highly recommend. We have postponed our project but would definitely reach out to him again when we are ready! Thank you John

This is the second time I've bought Pella windows. They try to send the same people from salesmen to installers every time so that you are familiar with the employees.The installers were fast and efficient. They were friendly and pleasant and I enjoyed having them at my house.Also the windows are great!

The sales/order experience has been wonderful. Jonah came right out, answered all our questions, got us a quote and submitted the paperwork immediately. Melanie called us right away to schedule the final measurements which will be done this week. We are moving along quicker than expected. Very happy with everything so far. I just had all new windows, including a large bow window, and a sliding glass door installed. The process started working with Wes Childs, who was amazingly patient with a huge number of questions and back and forth. This was one of the biggest decisions I have made since moving into my house over 20 years ago. Wes met with us several times to help us feel comfortable and understand the options. George and Jim were the installers. Everything thing looks wonderful! George and Jim were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything looked and worked perfectly! They left everything clean and beautiful. I very much appreciate George’s attention to detail!

Getting an appointment to have someone come out for a quote was ridiculously easy. I went online and had an appointment at 10:00 the next morning. Mike and Adam were very professional and efficient with their time and mine. I received what I thought was a "reasonable" quote (if you haven't shopped for replacement windows for awhile, reasonable is a relative term) and had a signed contract within two days. While it was more than I had hoped for, but the Pella reputation and the first impression that these gentlemen made upon me closed the deal. If you're not willing to settle for vinyl replacement windows, I would definitely recommend Pella.

We had a gentleman, Chad Barker, come to our home today from Pella to measure our windows we need replaced. He explained the options from the least expensive to the most expensive, letting us choose our own plan afterwards. He was thorough in giving details of the options and answered all of our questions/concerns. They have great offers at the moment which made choosing Pella even easier. We look forward to having our windows installed and will give a review after that is completed. So far, the professionalism of Chad, his ability to show us all of the features and the fair pricing, it was a no brainer to go with Pella!

We’re building with Infinity Custom Homes and thank god they chose Pella windows and patio doors for our build. They were considering either Andersen Windows or Pella and they end up choosing Pella. So relieved. Our construction isn’t completed yet but the windows and patio doors had been in for months.
