I had a walk-in repair, and I am thoroughly pleased with my service. They were helpful, fixed my issue at a reasonable price, and even went above and beyond to check the rest of the machine, clean and lube it. I walked out with what looks/operated like a brand new vacuum even though it is more than 7 years old. Thank you for your help!

Took a dead Dyson vacuum in for service. Repair made under warranty. Now have two working Dysons.But had great conversation and learning with the Repair Manager. He also tipped me off to other items for sale and on sale before Christmas. So I thought I'd get the Dyson hair brush for a present for fiance. Like many other things in the showroom, I was impressed with design and the machining. Well, that hair brush is now "best hairbrush I"ve ever had," (So I had to try it. I can feel the difference).Very glad to have visited the Dyson showroom and happy with repairs.

Prompt quick service Brought my unit in to get rotor/brush replaced, but they said that as long as red bristles intact, it would work fine. Black ones worn after 2 years heavy use. Good to know, saved a bunch of money not to replace prematurely.

We have had a couple issues with a rechargeable Dyson V10 Motörhead vacuum. The first was a problem with the machine not turning off and the second was an issue with it not turning on. Both times, we had Ian Bennett helping us and he was wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and walked us through repair versus replacement options. This location is far away from our home, but I’ve been so impressed with how clean and well run it is. Bottom line, it’s great when you get the problem resolved the day you bring it in. I love my Dyson vacuum and have been very happy with the quality and the overall function. The serviceability is a plus that makes me keep wanting to buy Dyson vacuums.

Took my Dyson ball vacuum in for a repair(had a suction power issue) and it was completed in several days. It was covered under my 5 year warranty and I was pleased with the service provided. Thank you Dyson!

I took a couple of Dyson sweepers in for poor suction. These vacuums ended up needing some internal cleaning and new filters. I was very impressed with how affordable the repairs were. Also, how fast the work was done. I was also impressed with how professional and genuinely concerned the technician who took care of me was. His name is James Maloney.

Could not be more thrilled and thankful for the service I received at the Dyson Service Center. Terrific customer service!BLAKE could not have been more patient and helpful! My warranty is ending and beyond addressing the needs that prompted my visit there, he took the time to help me with a few tips to ensure my vacuum will continue to serve us well for many years to come. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement--and that treatment seems to so rare these days. I've been well pleased with my first Dyson purchase, but based on the service I received from Blake....we will be loyal to Dyson from here on out!

This is my second time taking my Dyson to a Dyson Service Center in 2 years (don’t get me wrong - I’m not complaining about the quality of Dyson. I love my Dyson and wouldn’t trade it for anything). These service centers are the best thing ever invented for customer service and repair.At both service center locations I have been blown away by the hospitality, customer service, and speediness of repair. Whether it is a vacuum computer chip issue or a mechanical issue, they have always been able to take my Dyson into the back room, fix it on the spot (and make it run more powerfully by replacing the filter when the filter was not the reason for repair), and put it back in my hands in less than TEN MINUTES.No more shipping your product away for weeks! At least, never in my case. Don’t bother calling corporate Dyson customer service on the phone; this is the only place you will ever need to take your broken Dyson!P.S. Age of Dyson product doesn’t matter, they can repair it if it is 20 years old!

Brought my Dyson in to be serviced, super helpful, and fast. Took me longer to drive to the store than I was inside! Reasonably priced for the labor, and they explained everything they did right to me. Will definitely be back if I will ever need them in the future!

This place has incredible service! I brought my broken vacuum in for troubleshooting and the Dyson professional, Blake, immediately assessed the problem and fixed it. He explained the issue, and even demonstrated it working in the store before I left. I was out the door with a perfectly working vacuum in less than 15 minutes. The interaction really strengthened my brand loyalty!

I cracked my dyson v15 handle by dropping it, and initially called the dyson customer service off dyson's website. They told me I needed to replace the main body and it would cost me $300 even while under warranty. That had me shocked and upset with them, I was not going to pay that being that it was under warranty. Eventually they gave me the address for the Dyson Service Center in Warrendale. To my surprise they took my vacuum unit in and within 15 minutes came back out with a new unit at no cost and was told it is still under warranty. I was so happy and I definitely recommend going to this location for service. The technician was nice and informative.

I brought my Dyson here because the red light was blinking, indicating that the battery needed to be replaced. Anthony was exceptionally courteous, professional and kind. The battery was replaced quickly while I waited and Anthony then gave me some tips on how to better use the machine in the future. Also, there is a 20% discount on new machines !I was totally impressed with the customer service here and will be sure to never go anywhere else for vacuum service and sales.

This Dyson center has service and sales departments. Today, besides having our hand held vac serviced while we waited, we purchased a hair dryer. Eli, who did the repairs and helped me with product information re the hair appliances, must have written the book on incredible customer service. There was no pressure to buy. He was helpful, personable, and patient. Not only would I return to this service center for repair service, I would not hesitate to return to make a purchase.

The Dyson Service Center exceeded my expectations! I took my vacuum into the service center due to it making a loud noise. The service center fixed it quickly and faster thane expected. When I picked up my vacuum, it was like brand new. The service center worked went above and beyond in fixing my vacuum. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and efficient work. I will be sure to visit the Dyson Service Center in the future for repairs and/or for a new vacuum when it is time. Thank you so much!

Arrived without an appointment and Anthony offered to fix my vacuum while I waited. It was still under warrenty so there was no cost. He was very professional and friendly. He also let me know that I would also receive 20% off any items since I already own a Dyson. He was not pushy. I was interested in some of the newer vacuums and attachments. I did end up leaving purchasing one of the new attachments as well. Once I’m ready for a new vacuum I will definitely return. Thank you for the excellent service!

I took our Dyson cordless here when the roller-head broke hoping that they would have replacements available since they are out of stock online. I was amazed when the employee (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name!) told me that the vacuum was still under warranty and he was able to give me a replacement head (in addition to a new one I asked about) same day and for free! He warned me I may have some trouble getting replacement parts for my model in the future but I should be able to use the roller heads with the new machine. He was so nice and efficient. I'm currently expecting my first child and with the cost of things going up this was just such an unexpected and wonderful surprise. Unless Dyson does something egregiously bad consider me a customer for life.

The folks at the Dyson Service Center at the Pittsburgh branch has been awesome. Especially, Eli, who went up and beyond, searched and found the elusive Dyson V15 through his contacts. He did not have to do that be he did it anyways. Wowzer.He stayed on the line and walked through the ordering process with me. Everything was a great experience from beginning to end, and I can't recommend this branch enough.Dyson you got a great employee on your hand and I hope you promote him. Eli was very professional, understanding, and helpful. Made me a fan of the brand from that experience alone.If I'm ever in the Pittsburgh area, I'd like to just randomly drop in and bring him a case of beer, he seriously made my day.

I have unfortunately had to visit this service center twice. A repair center is not a place you typically want to frequent, but I can say, without a doubt, that this service center sets the bar for outstanding customer service. Both times I have been here I was promptly greeted, and my issue was taken care of in a friendly and timely manner. Both times the service technician went above and beyond what was expected. Bravo Dyson, bravo!

Anthony was very helpful and professional, and was able to fix my vacuum quickly. He explained what was wrong with it and was very easy to work with. I would definitely return if I had continued problems, and am thankful for the excellent customer service I received.
