Great place and wonderful staff. They work with service members and people with disabilities for service dogs and pair them with the right dog. They train the dogs also. They also take donations of any kind being that they are a non profit. Any donations are welcome such as dog food. If your in need of a service dog I highly recommend that you look into them. They are on Facebook and you can call the office during daytime hours during the work week.

I came here hoping to get a service dog, but they gave me a dog that dog bit me. So I’ve been waiting on another suitable dog, it’s been several months now and I haven’t heard from them.They were short staffed. So I commend them for keeping the company going with very little hands on for help.Update: I keep calling for an update on when they might be able to help find another dog for me. But no one calls me back. I guess I’m just done trying. It’s very sad cause I’m a disabled vetCustomer service at this point is non existentThe dog bitting me wasn’t my fault. Me returning the dog was for its own good and my own good to. Having a dog that already bites doesn’t make a good service dog to be around other people. I thought I made the best choice for that dog and me. (They also tried to use the fact that I USE to train dogs against me. They wanted me to train the dog like I how use to. But I’m physically disabled now. I can’t train dogs like I use to anymore- cause of my disability that has got worse. Not only that but if I wanted a normal dog that’s not a service dog I wouldn’t be going through y’all)

I can not thank this organization enough for what they've done for me!!! I was a recipient of one of their K9s named Remus and have had nothing but amazing things happen to me since receiving him. Plus the organization has bent over backwards to help me out whenever I needed help. This is the best organization I have ever dealt with for Veterans. They're care and compassion to take care of veterans knows no bounds. Please look them up online and consider donating too! There are many others like me out there! This is the best thing to happen to me since leaving the military!

Got my full service dog Winston from New Hope and he and they are beyond wonderful!!! I have extreme anxiety and severe ptsd and the trainers and staff had me feeling right at home. Their dogs are the finest and can do amazing things and are amazing in and of themselves. Would give 10 stars if I could!!

It’s been a great experience! Everyone has been very kind and helpful. I’m loving my new best friend who, while still in training, has already helped me so much and made my life so much better!
