The store manager is RUDE and can’t handle his job he made us feel like a bunch of losers and had a another worker come over and try to get us to apply for a credit card and we heard him say they have two separate accounts this is going to be fun and right in the middle of waiting on us he goes over to another register and starts waiting on other people and tells another cashier oh they can wait .we are way to busy to be dealing with their accounts. Well you messed up big time cause on one of our accounts you would of had over a $3,000 sale.your loss cause we said screw you and went to Home Depot and spent over $4,000 on stuff we needed and we will never return to your store again and we will make sure we tell our workers that are remodeling our home not to buy a thing from Lowe’s go to Home Depot we you get treated with RESPECT

Very disappointed. Purchased a 4x4x6 asked to have it cut in half the answer I got was sorry don’t have the saw to cut it. He was going to give me a hand saw to do it. Then purchased a miter saw so we could cut the 4x4. Was using gift cards. They didn’t want to work Linda the cashier said sorry never even trying to see why. I’m not impressed. Don’t think I will be going back to that Lowe’s in Warren Pa.

I love Lowe’s always have, I rarely go to Lowe’s shopping but this last time I did I couldn’t find one person to help me find what I was looking for. I walked one end to the other end, back and forth for a good 15 minutes and I didn’t find one single employee around. This was frustrating and disrespectful in my opinion. But I did find what I was looking for on my own so I was satisfied but so happy to get out of there. What should have been a quick stop for one item turned into a half hour. Idk maybe talk to the employees about customer service.

Never ever ever will I buy anything from Lowe’s again in my life….all of my appliances had come from Lowe’s in the last year but never ever again will I order from Lowe’s in my life after this experience! I ordered a dryer and was told THREE DAY DELIVERY-now they’ve pushed my dryer delivery another week. I will have been without a dryer for A MONTH. Having to go to laundry Matt before Xmas after being piled with laundry from an 4 person house hold and I Covid this is getting absurd…glad I can wash everything before returning to work!!! why should I pay a 3 day delivery fee for 3 week waiting?! All because my store has nothing in stock. They won’t deliver from Dubois because Warren is my local store. I would have never ever ordered knowing this! I was originally told 12/21 for delivery then 12/27 NOW 1/03 are u kidding me?! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED A APPLIANCE YOU WONT GET IT FOR OVER A MONTH ANYWAYS AND END UP SPENDING EVEN MORE OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE OF THEIR SCREW UP!!!!!! WAS GOING TO ORDER A 3g pellet stove next looks like that absolutely won’t be happening!!!! Many more options for chains that will actually withhold their delivery date promises!!!!!

I really like Lowe's, much more consumer friendly than the competition. But I'm not happy that they severely limited the military discount. Nothing on appliances. Nothing on sale items. You can get basically the same discount if you get and use their "pro" credit card.

Lowes has everything you may need at a decent price…but buyer beware of their claims of hassle free guarantee on hand tools…MAKE SURE YOU NEVER LOSE A PIECE TO A SET… Even if it’s a common tool! I was recently was working on my car and a Kobalt Socket adapter got bent. Kobalts packaging states Hassle Free Lifetime Guarantee. So I took the adapter back. They do not sell the individual adapter, so I found the lowest priced set that had that same adapter. This set was $11. I took it to the service desk. Was told it is company policy that you must return the entire set to get the warranty. This came from a set that was $45 and on sale now for $30. But I did not have the whole set with me in store, so as a major hassle, that took over an hour and a half, I gathered up the complete 22 piece set and drove back. Then they exchanged it after taking my ID and apparently clocked it through their system as a return without receipt. This is also concerning as they potentially are “returning” the product vs “Warranty Claim” or whatever equivalent they do in system, hence why they then swiped the issued gift card to “sell” me the new set. Never was I given that gift card. Seems very odd.Honestly I find many issues with these policies.First, Lowes is misleading customers by a hassle free guarantee. Nowhere on the packing does it say the warranty only covers tool sets that are complete. This is a very easy way for Lowes to “get out” of the return/ warranty. Some people might lose 1 part to a set and then boom the manager will decline the warranty due to incomplete set.Secondly, Hassle Free is hassle free. It usually doesn’t include the customer having to drive back and forth or gathering 22 pieces up when only 1 is broken. Why not remove the one I need and swap it out? What if it was a 300 piece set? That’s a hassle to return one part for warranty. The $11 set had the same broken part I needed…why take a bigger loss on a bigger set? Duh…in hopes the customer does not have the complete set in order to decline the warranty.Now, let’s talk about economics. The adapter would be about $5 if sold individually. The set of 3 was $11. The set of 22 was $45 on sale for $30. Why would Lowes require a larger set be returned at a bigger “loss” when they could just take the one off the $11 set and exchange that out…? Why ticket kobalt for the credit of a larger priced item? Why not take the smaller loss and destroy warranty tools to prevent them from potentially cycling again and again through fraudulent warranty claims?I understand they get credit from the distributor and then sell the returns, but all big box stores complain of shrink when they are the ones doing it to their own bottom line… it does not make sense and it definitely is not hassle free. Just my opinions and observations 🤷♂️ Don’t know if this is normal, but very odd in these ways and more…

The manager is an absolute jerk. I showed up to get a 6 pack of pipes and they had them individually separated and refused to sell me the items. He attempted to make some bargain with me where he was going to sell me 1/6 of the items for half price. After I refused he said that he was going to speak to upper management and he took my phone number. He said I will call you tomorrow and let you know if or when you can pick them up and then never called me.

I will update them one star at least they offered to help this time but I am there often they quite often do not even ask me if I need any help… I still go here all the time and I only get offered help maybe once and every 10 times I go here and I go here probably twice a week every week and the funny thing is is if my husband is with me, he gets offered help more often than I do.

Terrible customer service. Bought $1000 in cabinets. Sign said 25% off all in stock cabinets $400 or more. Argued with me about the sign being valid for our cabinets. Finally said, "ok, do it this once". Like they're doing me a favor, or like I'm scamming them. I said they should take their sale signs down before someone else is misled. I've spent a ton of money here the past few months. None of it has been a good customer experience. Very disappointed. Home Depot is looking better every time I come here.

Shop here a lot for items and projects I'm doing around the house. Nice to see familiar faces and be greeted by employees that remember me. Guess I asked a stupid question lol not really just that most employees take the time to help and if they can't they will find someone who can. Love it when I find some good items on clearance too!!!!

One out of three employees was helpful. Shout out to the guy in the plumbing section, he was great. Otherwise, I would prefer to never buy from this Lowes again. I asked an older gentleman where I could find carts for moving lumber and it seemed as though I was bothering him. The checkout person couldn't get a piece of plumbing to scan and asked me what it was,, she disagreed and just guessed at the price. I wasn't in the mood to argue, so I just accepted the guesswork. I spend a lot of money in hardware stores, and I'm to the point where if I have the option to shop somewhere other than Lowe's, I will do so.

Always great service at lows. My go-to for materials for business. I can trust their choice of vendors. As a contractor handyman, I usually need to return something. And I usually have no issues. I would recommend the Warren Lows. I'VE not had any bad services..

The checkout had no cashiers I had to walk to other side of store to have a cashier. So as walking out of store I had to walk to other side of parking lot. Had to walk along with cars to get to my car. Almost got hit by a car driving past me. I couldn't walk along front of store because the sidewalk is blocked off by everything Lowe's has on display at front of store so I had no choice but to walk beside traffic. Not a good or safe experience at Lowe's today.

I, along with what seemed like every customer at lowes, had the worst experience. I purchased appliances. Apparently they have adopted a new system that has taken away all of their control on how orders are delivered. It took over a month th to get my purchases ....that were in the store. On top of that because my order was "broken" I received online gift cards that had to be fed exed to me. What a painful time.

Purchased a high-end fridge & ordered range. Store could not find fridge to deliver, did not call me back, had to call them, they found fridge in store decided to ship to another store so I cancelled entire order. Employees have hard time finding prices & answering questions. Do your research first then shop here.

I have always preferred Lowes. I have been fortunate to get any associate that knows they products in there department. 20 years ago I was looking at a dishwasher that was on sale. The associate was nice in telling me that I didn't want that one because of service records for that make and model. I ended up getting a different one for more money. The dishwasher is 20 years old. Well taken care of. It has never needed serviced. I am a return customer.

Floor personnel were very helpful in finding a comparable substitute for an item we were looking for that worked very well. Cashier (Tina) was very pleasant. Ask if we found everything we were looking for and ask if we were military. We aren't military but I thank you Lowes for offering a discount to our men and women who provide for our safety and freedom. God bless you for supporting our military.
