My son was dizzying off balance this morning it was obvious that he needed a new hat for the cold weather with Max being autistic and a rather large person it is very far and in between when I find people who are willing to help me size him up for things on that note a young lady named Nikki did an exceptional job and tracking down a hat that would fit him. I was super impressed with this young lady who went above and beyond her job and duties keep up the excellent work

It's a beautiful store in which I enjoy going, its easy to get wrapped up in an atmosphere thats clean and adventurous. But, I feel it's like that to side track you from the over priced merchandise, just call it what it is. Name branded (mainly) merchandise that's name branded prices, even the non name brands are upsell. Staff are hit and miss, same as gun selection. Hit or miss, which they are sticklers on their pistol policy, yeee bee warned!!!!

This is a really nice sporting goods store. It's set up really nice. Bought 4 kayaks here at a way better price than anywhere else in the area. Customer service was top notch. We'll be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful! I was greeted, later asked if I needed help, and assisted at the front counter in getting my PA boat launch temp pstocks. They have a good variety of product in stock. The restroom was very clean.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. We were mostly in shooting sports / sporting goods which was way down on certain supplies, as many stores are right now. I did notice that several of the merchandise shelves near the checkout line were dusty, but the employees were very busy taking care of customers, so I can understand them not taking time during business hours to clean shelves.

A lot of items don't have prices labeled, such as some of the kayaks. Finding help is like pulling teeth. One day I went to look at rifles.I patiently stood in line and when it finally got to my turn, the guy ignored me and started talking to the MAN standing behind me. So I left. If he thinks women don't deserve his time, he doesn't deserve my money. Another time I went in with my husband to buy a kayak, we looked all over for someone to help us get the one we wanted down. We finally found five associates standing at the register chitchatting and my husband asked them if someone could help us. They said yes, but then made us wait 15 minutes to finish their conversation first. The merchandise seems to be of good quality and it's easy to get coupons online from the manufacturer, but you are on your own because the staff doesn't want to help you.Update: Went to the Firearms counter July 31, 2022, years after my previous review. There were 3 male workers sitting at the end of the counter shooting the breeze. They continued their conversation and ignored me until my husband joined me at the counter, and then they asked him what they could help him with. Sexism is still rampant at Dunham’s.

My husband and I have visited Dunham’s several times now and the staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. We have met the manager Tyler and he has been extremely helpful with many of the items we have purchased, such as a rifle scope, Yeti mugs, and running sneakers. We purchased an air mattress and found this particular one was not for us. Returning the item was effortless. The manager recommended another one which turned out to be a good fit for us. We have come to love Dunham’s and would highly recommend visiting this store!

Huge selection of outdoor equipment from golf clubs to kayaks to running or working shoes/boots. Guns, clothes, workout equipment, camping stuff, etc. Could easily spend a life's savings here and still want more of what they offer. Keep your husband's out of this store 🤣

Good prices and convenient location. However, my biggest complaint about my latest visit was the lack of customer service roaming about to ask questions. Luckily there's cell phone service in the store to look up the questions you have about certain brands or certain equipment.

Absolutely AMAZING company! I normally travel to Erie PA to purchase my sporting goods equipment but now that we have a Dunhams in Warren PA I love that I don’t have to travel out of town! Tyler their manager was EXTREMELY EDUCATED on every product he had in that store!! I love that they price match their competitor and send rewards/coupons to their members via email!

Cant use store coupons on 100’s of items in the store. Read the fine print. I also searched AMAZON and can purchase the same exact items I wanted for over an $8 savings. You just lost another potential customer and sale. Returned the 3 items and ordered them from AMAZON. WOULD NOT GIVE YOU EVEN ONE STAR BUT THATS NOT AN OPTION.

They didn't have any leggings what so ever in my size, not in any brand they had. Their shoe Dept has gotten worse not a big selection as they say on-line and it was a mess!!

Higher prices than I would expect, I do not purchase much at all here, visit on occasion, and have only really bought a few pistol holsters. Typical sales staff, have no clue of the products they sell, when it comes to firearms.

Went in around noontime on a Thursday looking for new shoes. Looked around for 15-20 minutes and not a single sales person in sight. Some shoes are in boxes but what I was looking for required a salesperson. Got tired of waiting and left .

Associates are very helpful. I went for work boots as I'm a logger. Usually tough to find boots, I'm a size 14. Not here right on the shelf a size 14. Oh yeah the boots were on sale. Boom!

Don't go there to buy a firearm if your from N.Y.. They say they can't sell to New Yorkers because of some crazy reason about semi's and a 1,000 cost to the business entering into N.Y. (?). High prices on their items if you price comparison. So do your research first before you make a purchase! Metal shooting targets were decent in price. Ammo is high even when "on sale". Go to Tall Tales up the road for that. So know what your purchasing first, then go online and check those prices before handing out your money at Dunham!

it be a great idea to have your employees first in the items that they are selling their customers.... I don't know if I blame the representatives or blame the management.. but just talkin along as though you know what you're talkin about isn't really fair to a customer who finds out later that the product is not as it was described by the salesperson... You would think at the prices that are charged in the store that you could probably afford some type of training program... I am typically all about shopping locally but in this case if you're looking for sporting goods.. try elsewhere or try online..

Went to Dunham's in Warren, PA over the weekend with full intention to buy another baitcaster. I was surprised they sold Lew's brand and I found a combo that I liked. The only problem was they didn't sell any left hand retrieve models. Now when I say they don't sell any LH retrieve models I mean in any brand, there was no LH anywhere in that store in both combos and reels by themselves. Out of all the options they sell they couldn't have 1 or 2 models that they could stock both LH and RH in? Guess not. I would assume if they did sell LH that they would be the same price as RH or more, I was able to find the Lew's in a LH for $35 cheaper online then Dunham's RH model so it probably worked out for the best. If you're looking for a LH retrieve baitcaster look elsewhere, Dunham's has no love for lefties.
