My dog Bears favorite store for me to visit. Always great staff and an assortment of toys , snacks, & a variety of foods to choose from. Recently bought a toy that suctions a rope toy to a hard surface for tug a war play. He is obsessed.

I feel so bad for the animals in this place. All the fish look like they are dying and none of the employees seem to care or even know what they are doing. My family and I just purchased a few fish and were so so so disappointed with the interactions with the employees. Going to a different location from now on even though this location is down the street from us. Probably will contact corporate as well.Update:It’s not even been a week and half the fish my family purchased have died. My fiancée has many years of experience in aquatics and has had many fish tanks in the past. This has never been an issue for him. I feel so bad for all the poor fish in that store. It needs to be shut down and revamped for sure! I’ll never step foot in there again. Hoping this is just an issue with that store and not the company as a whole. Disappointed

PetSmart was clean and well-kept and also had a large selection of tropical fish. The large oranda goldfish they had were absolutely beautiful,, and there was a wide variety of colors. I ended up getting two of these for my 30 gallon aquarium. The staff was friendly and I definitely would return to this place again.

My puppy, Obi, was groomed here a few weeks ago and they did an excellent job! Everyone was so kind and Obi came out smiling. :)

I recently quit working here, largely because the animal neglect is disgusting. The bettas are kept in those ridiculous cups, no one other then me cleaned the fish tanks, live animals were sold to people with unacceptable setups and who had done no prior research about the pet they were buying, and some days almost half a bag is filled with dead fish, because the tanks are not properly maintained.

I like petsmart. I always visit to keep a eye out for clearance fish equipment and fish sales and stock. I like to visit the cats they are trying to adopt out. I like to see them and buy my basic aquarium supplies. They have alot of good stock for pretty much every pet. Nice size store but not to big. It's a great environment to bring your pet in if you wish and see what ideas you can put together with what petsmart has to offer. Currently I'm working on this beautiful aquarium I bought 2 months ago. Check it out.

We take our MinPin to the Montgomeryville location for grooming with Kasi and have nothing but praise for the excellent job she does. Grooming can get busy so make sure you book ahead of time.We also use the Willow Grove location for veterinary services. The Insurance plan is a brilliant idea that has saved us a ton of money and the staff provide excellent care to our dog.I’ve heard some people say that they get a different veterinarian every time and this has not been our experience. Dr. Steve and Dr. Gowda are excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Training was excellent. My puppy just graduated from puppy school. She will be going to intermediate school, advanced school and then CDC training and then she will be on her path to becoming a therapy dog cannot say more for the training at Petsmart.

I’ve been taking my pup here to get groomed for three years now. Ryanrose is awesome and always does a wonderful job! Everyone in the grooming department is nice and friendly, too! I will continue to take my dog here for the foreseeable future.

Use to live near the Petsmart in Warminster PA now live 35 mins away. But I’ll make the trip anytime. Jelly my dog gets her nails clipped there and over the COVID lockdown I did it a couple times and right after I had a place near me do it. And all three times were a disaster! Went today and not only was the store clean and had sanitizers all over, everyone had mask on and they offer curb side but my dog’s nails got perfectly clipped and grounded! Thank you girls in the grooming dept for doing a great job but making my girl comfortable and beautiful! Much love -K

Place is always clean and staff is great. The birds need things to climb in their enclosures that are small and not metal for the feet. They’re plexi glass cages and I noticed the conure struggling to perch due to the bars in the cage being square and too large.

I rarely write reviews but this place was a very good experience. I wanted to replace my turtle tank because my turtles were beginning to outgrow it AND it was starting to leak. An employee asked if I needed help and was super knowledgeable and friendly. He also helped me lift the tank into my cart. As I was on my way to checkout, another employee noticed that the accessories that I bought for the tank werent waterproof. I truly appreciate her for that. The atmosphere here is very welcoming on top of the store being vibrant and clean. I will definitely make this my go to store for sure.

The groomers at this location are probably some of the rudest women I’ve ever met. I bring my dog in usually once a month (I refuse to go back to this location after my dogs last visit about a month ago) and the app does not let choose just a nail clipping. You have to choose bath and brush. Now a lot of the time I have no issues doing the bath and brush but sometimes I change my mind when I got there because they tell me the wait was going to be 1-2 hours. My dogs are less than 25 pounds and don’t require alot of work other than washing and drying. So 1-2 hours seems extreme unless they are leaving my dog in the back to wait. This unfortunately happened last time because I had a death In my family and couldn’t wait the 2 hours. The one girl (she has blonde hair and glasses) who I believe was in charge of the shift, started screaming at me (infront of another customer) saying that I do this every time I come in and I’m going to be turned away if I do it again. This was humiliating. Not to mention they had no idea that I lost a family member that day and unfortunately circumstances change last minute. I will 100% be going to another location. This was not only humiliating but horrible service. I am a consistent customer so if she had just said it nicely and maybe pulled me aside not infront of another customer, this would be different. While this was all happening she was aggressively tending to another dog which almost made me walk out right there but this women wasn’t the one taking care of my dogs so I decided to stay but watch from the window.

Love this place! The grooming department is amazing. Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable. If you can get Melanie, she is the best! She clearly is passionate about animals and treated my puppy with so much care and affection. She was super nice and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

Most of the people that work here are great. The groomers are awesome and checkout lines usually move very fast. Unfortunately today there was only two checkout lines. I look to see which one was moving faster and as I got to the front the woman said she was closed. So then when it was my turn to check out in the other line which is now the only open line she sent that cashier to go help someone else on the floor. When the only cashier finally came back to check me out the other one reappeared only too gossip and complain about a another coworker.

I love this store ! Please don’t discontinue carrying okocat kitty litter! Last time I was in there, it was on clearance and I bought it all. It is the best stuff out there and I want to continue getting it from this location.
