This was a sewer excavation project, and it took a while until the work was scheduled (partially due to weather conditions). That said, once scheduled, the entire team showed up on time, got to work immediately, and were experienced & professional. Backhoe operator showed real precision in his work. Team labored practically nonstop to complete the job in one day, including cleanup. By far, the best price for the quality of work.

I needed a new water filter installed that removes the "forever chemicals", I received the unit on Sunday and called Hope Mechanical on Monday. They got out to me by Wednesday and installed it quickly and well : ) They were very nice on the phone, in person and respectful. I liked how they have a system that updated me on when their plumber was on the way. I knew when to expect them approximately, who was coming, etc. I will definitely use them again!

Prompt, Courteous, Professional. I needed a grey water tank pump replaced. Hope Mechanical did such a great job in a timely manner. They installed a new pump and took away the old pump. They cleaned up the area nicely when finished. They have a really helpful text message system that kept me up to date with arrival info and much more. A+ for Hope Mechanical! I would recommend them!

Technician arrived in about 1 hr from contact call to evaluate our needs. Very prompt Appt scheduled to complete job. Ronnie & Charlie were awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kept us informed of job status. Hope installed three heat pumps in my house and replaced all of the fiber duct board with sheet metal. One heat pump had two separate zones with their own thermostats. They didn't cut any corners and did a professional job. The workers were polite and they cleaned up after themselves. The prices were competitive with other local HVAC contractors.

Charlie did an excellent job locating the leak in our toilet and shower faucet and fixing them. He also identified 2 other issues that I didn’t realize needed to be fixed and took care of them as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend Charlie and Hope Mechanical!!!

We had a pipe break off in our yard and it was a soggy mess. We were unsure where the pipe went to / came from, or how big of a project it would be to repair. Nate & his team were responsive and knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it incredibly fast. They didn't tear up the yard or even leave a single sign that they had been there and fixed it! My heating system malfunctioned in September Hope Mechanical sent two techs out, they cleaned the system and exchanged the heat exchanger cover . The heater worked fine until a few days ago. I came home and the house was ice-cold. I was able to reset it to get it going again. Called Hope Mechanical the next day and they sent two techs out again the following day. Unfortunately the techs were NOT able to find the error that caused my heater to malfunction. They turned all thermostats in the house up to see whether the system would trip and of course Murphy's Law, the heater worked fine while the guys were here. The techs told me to take a picture of the error codes when it fails next time before reseting it manually, then they would know WHERE to look for the problem precisely.I have to say the young men were very courteous , punctual and definitely attempted to solve the problem although this time it did NOT work out the way we wanted it to work out.I trust Hope Mechanical with giving good workmanship and problem solving and standing up for their work as well.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------After a few days PPL had another power outage. My heating system did not reignite after the power came back.Hope Mechanical sent their techs out again and they installed a new motherboard , which ended up having a factory defect.It was a very frustrating day for the tech , he tried everything possible to find the problem. long story short he brought a new motherboard the next day , installed it and now my system is working.I can only praise Ron, the tech, for doing an outstanding job.I definitely recommend Hope Mechanical. They exercise good work ethics and definitely stand up for their workmanship.

Ron did a great job fixing my 2 malfunctioning pilot lights! We originally only called him for one issue, but he was kind enough to also address a different furnace in the same building during the trip and fixed that one, too. Very pleasant and friendly!This past summer our A/C system also had issues and, once again, a fast response time! Knowledgeable and helpful technicians.
