#1 grocery store to do my food shopping at. Have a lot of good sales. Some of their prices are a little high. I guess that comes with this messed up economy we are living in.Staff members are all nice and eager to assist you!Recommend you stop in and give them a try

I like doing my shopping here and cashiers are always pleasant. However, the bakery NEVER has employees present no matter when you go, so you need to walk up to customer service and ask them to call someone. Then when they do they make CS ask you 20 questions over their headset as if they are trying to decide whether or not they want to service you. Then you walk back to bakery and meet them with their attitude and answer all the same questions you just answered again anyway. Most act like YOU are hassling THEM. This is the third and last time I've spent money on a cake with absolutely horrendous writing as well, which is VERY disappointing. There isn't anything you can say because by the time you pick up, the cake is needed, so it's not like it can be corrected, you just end up with an ugly cake for your event. I don't understand how the bakery manager isn't taking more care to be sure cakes are looking professional quality and not like someone tried decorative cake writing at home for the first time. Will not be ordering from or recommending this location for cakes any long. I'll drive to Lehighton Giant, Weis, or ShopRite before here. I shouldn't need to specify that I want someone with nice handwriting to decorate a custom cake order!! And again, I shouldn't be made to feel like I am a pain for just trying to be a customer.

I enjoyed shopping at the Walnutport giant this evening. I especially enjoyed the specials they had on vitamin water. I personally cannot stand doing the self-checkout at any establishment, however a very nice employee stayed with me during the process and made it much easier and streamlined for me.

This giant is the worst for customer service. Nobody at customer service. Three people behind me. Then the girl comes up with a major attitude. Checked out at self service asked if I can get cash back with a mc. Girl said yes I said are you sure, she replied yes. Well I couldnt. Was sent to customer service was told she could help me.. I was told nothing she could do. I then told her I want to return it and repurchase using my debet card. She was very annoyed and when the repurchse was almost complete she had another person come up and asked her to finishe my transaction so she could take cate of the next customer.. POOR CUSTOMER service. There wasnt a zero I could give them.

Nice clean store with friendly associates. My only complaint was the cake I got for my daughter said it had lite whipped icing ( her favorite); but it wasn't. It turned out to be buttercream. Big difference. ☹️

I just moved to the area in September and even though it doesn't have enough of a Spanish selection I still come here first but tonight may have changed my look on the store I was met with a very nasty worker tonight and her name was Ashley. I told her I had several transactions and she was denying me service. I asked her to get a manager and the manager and another employee agreed with me which allowed me to follow through with my transactions those 2 were great but ashley started with an attitude with the first words coming out of my mouth probally because she was having a flirty conversation with her coworker and didn't like me interrupting. After tonight I might just not come back I spend well over 600$ a week and to get treated like this somewhere is crazy.

When giant walnutport f irst opened they were the absolute best. Now there is zero customer service. They constantly have only 1 cashier so no matter what time you go you have to wait on line in an effort to force customers to use self checkout and eliminate all employees. They are the poster child for corporate greed. Personally I’mHoping there is another grocery opening in the old Kmart to give these losers some competition. Now 7:00 AM 10 people on line because there is ONE CASHIER. Corporate greed has ruined this store

These people that work here at this location treat everyone like family.Even during the pandemic when they were to be closed.. they stayed open.They have excellent management here. Kudos to you guys😁

Easy access to this Giant, which is much like the other stores of this grocery chain. They have gas pumps and a nearby PA Wine and Spirits store and a few other stores and restaurants in the complex. Fun Store

Nice new store. Was elated when it came to walnutport. Lord knows we needed a good market.Lately prices have gone up marginally higher than I've seen them. Post covid, at that.Customer experience is awful. 1-2 human cashiers on at a time. Forcing you to ring up and bag your own groceries. A job on top of a job.Last time I was there, 1 cashier was working while 5 employees stood at the front of the register line; having a talk rather than hopping on a register.

It's ok, Weis has a much better selection of meats and baked goods though. Also does not live up to its name, nothing they sell is giant, most of the store brand stuff is actually a tad smaller than others.

The store is great however the self check out lines (by customer service area) should have a limit of items. It is frustrating when you have a few items and someone has a huge cart full.I saw that this morning and the other check outs were busy and the other self ones (I believe 13 and 12) are closed.

I cannot find what I want most of the time. The set up of the store is horrible.Shelves are empty quite often. I get the excuse of the pandemic but the other market I go to hasn't had empty shelves for a while now.I also found I spend more here than I do at either Weis or Redners. Giant is giant all around their inflated prices surpass all others combined.

Clean, good food, good prices. Can be a bit crowded at times but overall not a bad experience and will probably continue to shop here when im in the area.
