Ive been going here for years and the service is and always has been great! Staff is super friendly and professional. (: I couldn’t of taken my kitty to a better vet. I have the Cherryville animal hospital to thank for my baby’s health. If it wasn’t for them, I would of never known about my kitty’s allergies. Forever thankful ♡

I swear I love these people! I am an overly anxious cat mom to a boy with feline herpes virus and asthma. I call them all the time and they are ALWAYS so patient and kind. They truly listen and are there to help. They never make me feel like a burden for being overly concerned about my cats. I can't praise them enough. Thank you so much for helping me be the best pet parent I can.

My wife brought the cat in to be fixed and declawed. She handed the cat over to them and was told he would be there for two nights. They would call around 1:00pm after the surgery to let here know how it went. They did not call, my wife had to call in. My wife was told she could come in the next day to see him. So she went in the next day and they told her if she wanted to take him home, she could. She questioned, but they said it was ok. Then they gave her discharge papers and said oh by the way, you need to have a special litter for the cat for the next ten days. My wife was there on a break from work. But now she has to go run and find who has this litter. Plus we have a mechanical litter box, so now we also have to buy a litter box. This would have been nice to know PRIOR to pick up, so we were prepared. Their answer was "we ALWAYS tell the people at pick up" (rather than giving them consideration of picking it up prior). So the cat gets home with his "special litter". Goes into the litter and begins to scratch at it and begins to bleed. Hops out of the box and bleeds all over our rug and hardwood floors. My wife calls me at work and now I have to come home and bring the cat back to the vet. In my opinion, the cat was supposed to be in there for two nights, my wife is not a vet. they should have known his paws were not healed enough to let him go. This NEVER should have happened. I will not go back to this vet again. This is only one of the issues I have had with them, but this was the last straw.

I took 3 dogs for vaccinations today and had a great experience. Ashleigh is a very competent and informed vet tech she answered all my questions and was very gentle and caring with my dogs.Dr. Browning is always great at answering any questions and did a through exam of each of my dogs.Both Ashleigh and Dr. Browning instill confidence with their professional conduct.The front receptionists are always friendly and efficient. The documents were accurate and easy to read.I look forward each time I take my pets to the Cherryville Animal Hospital and have noticed not one of my pets starts shaking or gets upset when we are there.Thanks for a great experience.

Always sweet people. And I got an interesting show. I always let the vet ladies take over my dog when caring for him even though I'm with my brat more. Let them do their job. Well they had to try and get blood for him which in glad they did cause he had Lyme disease. But they tried backing him in corner to hold him down didn't work ended up laying on him he a big dog so I get it. And the other woman had to one hand getting the blood out like. These girls are just amazing at what they do. I will forever come here. The doc always gives me some knowledge on nutritional help when I'm there. And when at the desk always watching to see if they have to intervene to help keep dogs separated or not. Just all around. Always positive vibes. And sociable ladies. Always eager to help. Plus I've already recommended multiple people.

I can’t thank the Cherryville Animal Team enough. My dog was in pain and suffering. I called Cherryville, in hopes they would be able to help put him down after he’s been suffering for a week. Within seconds I was told yes to bring him in. The staff was kind, caring, and most important patient with me and my family. We’ve never had to put an animal down until today and I’m so thankful for them being there every step of the way. Thank you to the wonderful staff and team for being more than an Animal Hospital but a family.

Truly a compassionate group of individuals. I called today to leave them a message to simply thank them.We had a cat who passed at home, and wanted to make sure he was taken care of. He was at peace. We brought him to Cherryville (I'm from Slatington) which is an easy drive. We brought Philly (The cat) to Cherryville and they took care of us instantly.Within less then a week, I had a phone call to pick up his ashes, received a card on-site along with some grieving material and a wonderful card as well.Just on Friday, I went into the mail and saw I had another card from them with signatures and paw prints. I couldn't be more in awe and appreciation to these individuals. While death for me is not a stranger, it is really relieving how kind everyone is. How sweet everyone was, and how compassionate they are. In the day and age we live in, I find it harder to find individuals who have kindness and genuine in their hearts. Cherryville Animal Hospital was a good reminder that such compassionate people still live amongst us, and still care.Thank you Cherryville Animal Hospital, peace and blessings to you. I brought my kitty, JJ, here after he passed at home, for his end of life service. The doctor and staff were so empathetic and kind, went out of there way to send a card with his final paw prints and nose boop. I just felt that they truly were gentle and courteous about the service and it was affordable. Whenever we are ready, and we decide to have a fur baby again, this is where we will go. Thank you all so much.

I found Cherryville after several mistakes/issues with 2 of my dogs & 1 of my cats at another vet that unfortunately ended in us having to put 1 of our dogs to sleep. It was heartbreaking and likely (not certain) that it could have been prevented.I came to Cherryville anxious, nervous, and most likely very annoyingly asking questions multiple times to make sure this didn't happen again. The entire staff has been patient, kind, and more than willing to take time with me to make sure I am clear on options & treatments. Dr. Miller and ALL of the staff at Cherryville have put me at ease and the care and attention that they have given our elderly cat has transformed him from hiding & avoiding pets because he was in pain back to the affectionate & demanding kitty that he was.All of our furry family members have benefitted from the care & attention at Cherryville. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the entire staff and the love, care, attention to detail, and great communication between the staff & with their clients. I am so happy I found them.

Best Vet I have been to in any place I have ever lived. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that have taken care of our pets and were wonderful and respectful of grieving even on their final day. Thoughtfully they waited till about a month after our 14 year old dog passed to send the footprints they took that last day I hadn't noticed and a sympathy card. Because if they would have handed them to me on that day it would have been too much. Even with covid they gave us time to say goodbye and let us stay with him. It was very classy and we will forever be grateful. 💙

Great place! The vets and techs are amazing. Prices are very reasonable.I have had Dr. Heidi Miller and Dr. Carla Meyers. Both are sympathetic to concerns, very knowledgeable, don't push unnecessary tests, and are so good with the pets. All of the staff treat my pets like they are their own, from the time you walk in the door until you leave. I can't say enough good things.

We had a wonderful experience getting help for our sick cat. Even though we are not a current patient, they squeezed us in the same day. Everyone we dealt with from reception to tech to vet were friendly and understanding of our concerns. Highway robbery! $61. for a nail trim on a little dog. Place used to be reasonable with there prices. Now it's just ridiculous! There not worth it! Found a better place. A good ole fashion country vet.

Took my ten year old bunny here for an ear infection and we were in and out in no time. Everybody was kind and personable. Vet explained everything thoroughly and made me feel confident putting drops in his ears for the first time. Price was great compared to other vets in the area. Would highly recommend!

Girls in the front office are very kind and helpful. Dr. Miller was friendly with our pets, she got right down on the floor and made our dogs and us very comfortable in her mannerisms. She answered all our questions and explained things in detail to us. We will definitely go back there again.

I had an emergency with My 7 year old dog ( my dad's dog technically) was refusing to walk on her hind legs and had blood coming from somewhere we could not figure out. They open at 8am I believe maybe earlier and they had me and my dog in there by 10am same day. Within an hour I got a call that she was okay and ready to go. Besides being sweet and caring they went above and beyond to help us when we could not Find an appointment any where else except an animal hospital which was 500 to walk in basically. Not only were they reasonable and friendly and knowledgeable they actually cared. I will be returning . Great place!

Extremely friendly which makes me feel good about trusting them with my baby. Also, Love the fact that they were knowledgeable about my dilute charcoal lab. My previous vet who I had been going to for 15+ years told me there is no such thing as a charcoal Lab and made me feel like I was dealing with the AKC police.As a small business owner, I appreciate the fact that you take the time to respond to your feedback. My company has been in business since 1946 and takes extreme pride in customer service and I 100% feel that taking this small extra step speaks volumes! It honestly was part of my decision to go with you.
