Got a breakfast sandwich and an iced latte. Nothing fancy, made to order food at a decent price. Everything was good but seeiously only stop if you have TIME. It's a drive thru so youd think it is quick service but it takes the same time as a sit down restaurant so I wouldnt recommend stopping on your way to work. 30 min for latte and 1 sandwich. You drive thru then park to the side and wait. Good food with great options. Convenient location, friendly staff.

I live in Jim Thorpe and work in Bethlehem. On a morning when I’m running behind or I didn’t get breakfast, these guys are a life-saver right on my commute. Their bacon, egg, and cheese is awesome! Great coffee and friendly folks. Only complaint I’d have is that it can be a little slow getting your food, but it’s never been a deal-breaker. Always happy to support a small business like this instead of going to the gas station or convenience stores.

This place is a MUST STOP!! My brother and I stopped on our way to go skiing, he got Kevin’s Monster Breakfast and I got a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a bagel. Both were absolutely amazing and prepared perfectly! Be patient, they take their time making the food to assure it’s the best it can be! We will 110% be stopping here the next time we come through here.

We were on a job across the st and we were glad we finally had a place to eat so close. We are used to driving 15 to 45 mins to get food. They were very nice and when I ordered all my food she looked me up and down and said where you putting all that. I love that realness like sarcastic but positive. Ordered mean dogs with her homemade jalapeño mustard. It burned but it was good. Then I got the breakfast sandwich it was really good as well. I enjoy these small places they sit there and just wait for customers and they are so polite and nice. They argued with each other in a funny way but truly authentic. I wanted to apply for a job for them tbh. If your on 248 stop here now. These people deserve it. Thank you. We appreciated your food and your personality.

I'm in disbelief over the positive reviews. Nothing about this place is good. I arrived at 9, just as the employees (and I think owner) showed up. Note to owner, you can't arrive the minute you're supposed to open, as obviously you won't be ready for customers. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns, a cappuccino and a coffee. Coffee was cold and 100% old and reheated from day prior. It was literally undrinkable. They were out of multiple items (no bagels, muffins). They forgot the hash browns entirely. And the cappuccino, while freshly made, was literally brown water. Oh, and a 30 min wait. How this place has 5 stars is beyond me. Never going back.Edit after owner's response: I don't plan on coming back to tell you how to be perfect. That would require me to come back to your garbage establishment. On my way to Starbucks for hot coffee not reheated in a microwave.

I've been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Their food is always delicious and fresh. You will never leave hungry because the proportion sizes are outstanding. The morning monster is probably the best breakfast sandwich around. Today I tried a hot ham and salami with bacon Hoagie and it was probably one of the best hoagies I've ever eaten. Can't wait to come back.

Stopped here this morning for my 2nd time in 2 years. Had the drip which was a dark roast. Coffee was very good..Messaged owner and got a prompt reply which was really nice. Will be back in a few months and will try some of their food and one of their lattes.Good prices too.

I went here for the first time this morning and was greeted by the friendly owners. They were easy to talk to and you could tell that they truly care about all of their customers no matter their walk of life. The coffee was of great quality and the perfect temperature to enjoy right away. I look forward to coming back and trying their various sandwiches!

The 248 Coffee Shack is better than meets the eye! The regular crumb cake, hot dog, and coffee was awesome! The staff member Renee was well accomodating to my sweet coffee standards and didn't mind my questions. God bless her. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the busy hours, go there after breakfast and before lunch between 11AM to 12PM.

Did a quick Google search to find the coffee closest to me at home, we wanted to support other small businesses like our own! We were greeted with laughter and smiles which was super refreshing. This place is super affordable, and the coffee is better than Dunkin or Starbucks. Cant wait to dig into our breakfast sandwiches! The man working the window is super kind. We will be back for sure!

Best chili dogs in the area! It’s hard to find a good chili dog anymore and these guys put real authentic chili on their hotdogs. Not just coffee can be found here. Also the burgers are very good and friendly service.

This is a cute little place that you can stop for coffee and breakfast! My boyfriend and I drove up on a Saturday morning and were surprised and delighted to learn that there was a drive up window to order at. I highly recommend stopping by! Excellent service, food, and coffee!!!! Thank you, guys!

I appreciate that it is independently run and was hoping for a quick fulfilling breakfast stop, especially with a toddler in tow. Between the single car in front of us who got some food, and the 3 breakfast sandwiches and coffee we ordered, we were literally at this drive-thru for 57 minutes. The food was very good; the beverages were not (coming from a former barista of 10 years). The service was good, but _astonishingly_ slow.

Coffee is like no other around! The food is absolutely delicious! And you can't beat the prices!!! The workers and owner take pride in everything they create!
