A wonderful stop when visiting the quant town of Volant. The coffee is amazing , the fudge is delicious! Sit on the porch and watch the horse drawn Amish carriages go by. Pick up a gift inside the shop. A perfect way to slow time down and just enjoy the yummy treats offered here! And a bonus is that they ship their products through online orders..so you won't have to miss your favorite coffee or fudge once home! Take a moment and talk to the owner about fundraising if you are interested in this option.

This store is NOT operational, the web site still takes orders, charges your credit card but DOESN’T fill the order. The phone number is also not functional. It saddens me to write this review. Under the previous owner they sold a great coffee and excellent customer service, but this is no longer the case.

I've been here twice the past week during the pandemic in which PA still has a mask mandate. The first time one employee had a mask on while the other did not. The young man with a mask on seemed new, but friendly. The older gentleman did not have a mask on. The shop is also not following capacity protocol or social distancing standards. The second time I was in, I was helped by a young woman who was not friendly, was not wearing a mask, and did not know whether their coffee-mate creamer had dairy in it (and didn't even try to check on the nutrition label). She also said they were out of iced tea, but had hot tea?? This shop used to be owned by a sweet older couple who were very friendly and accomodating. I think it has been taken over by new owners in the recent years, and the outcome is less than impressive. I think it is a shame they blatantly do not care about the health or safety of their customers.

fudge is great, the coffee was a disappointment, coffee was suppose to be apple caramel, no flavor, tasted like black coffee. Their coffee use to be good, maybe the cannot get the ingredients they used in the past because of the covid pandemic

I was here with a job coach getting a report what i can do. So i was here for volunteering. Really nice place. Great selection of coffie, jams, jelly, fudge. There is more then food and coffie. Check it out. Look around. The owner is really nice. Coffie is so good i want to come back for more. Fudge is out of this world good. Best price for what she sells. Try it out. Tell your friends.

Nice selection of specialty coffees. Coffee can come as whole beans or they can grind them for you as a regular grind or kcup grind. They have a coffee club you can join as well so you can get a discount after you buy so much coffee here.

Every year I take a trip just to gold some miss Scarlett's all the way from New York City. The coffee is amazing the fudge is so delicious and the feeling of just walking through a quaint little shop is such a different pace from the fast pace life of the city.

I must say the majority of the products at miss Scarlett's is quality Products the owner will not allow anything that is not the highest of standards in her store the coffee is out of this world and you'll never find better fudge come enjoy the experience and tell your friends

Unfortunately this is not a friendly store at all. We were being rushed when we were looking around. Coffee and chocolate bomb (8 dollars for a small piece) are way overpriced. We won’t be back.

Ordered two $3.00 hot chocolates that were made with store bought mix that wasn’t properly stirred in with the hot water. Tasted like hot water with a hint of chocolate. Very disappointing, especially for the price.

Not my favorite. It only had a single pot of coffee and the height of their coffee making skills was pulling a container of Hazelnut coffee-mate out from the fridge to make their Hazelnut latte.
