My cat Agatha's first grooming session at Tails of the Burgh was a great success. She had some rather extreme mats paired with sharp nails keeping me away- we required professional assistance. Tails of the burgh has a special “cat room” which is absolutely necessary for my little orange scaredy-cat.Tim provided a thorough bath, sanitary cut & nail trim leaving Agatha completely mat-free, fluffy and pleasantly scented. We will definitely be back!

Tails of the Burgh is about 25 minutes away from where we live, and with many other options more local I will always take my dog Honey to them. They’re friendly, professional, and amazing at handling my 60lb hyper doodle, she gets a great haircut every time. They care about the animals AND their owners, and even gave us a little Christmas ornament with our dogs name on it! So glad they opened and so glad we take Honey there.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were kind and patient with my two nervous lil chihuahua mix pups. We did a walk ins for a nail trims for tmy two lil guys. The wait time was totally great, shop was clean. The location was really convenient and the pricing was great too. Thank yinz for a great experience, we will be back! <3

I have taken my small dog there for regular grooming for the past 6 months, and I love it. My dog is very timid, and the staff is always understanding. They really care about the animals and do such a great job!

They do a great job in my LéLu's grooming and I like the fact they take LéLu through a room because it is less stressful compared to other places I have taken her where it is through the dogs grooming area to get to the cat grooming area..but the only thing I wish was the price was alittle less because even though environment is better for LéLu the price is higher compared to other groomers I have taken her to..

Took my golden retriever for the past yr. This last bath she smelled like dried gasoline. Knots under coat everywhere. And they are expensive. I’m surprised she came home like that. I’m not going back

I dropped my Rottweiler off here for a spa day. 😂 Pluto absolutely loved it there. I also loved it. They took great care of my massive dog. He is groomed up and looking sharp for Christmas. They are professional and had great personalities. They were honest and gave me a discount. Because he didn’t need a ton of de-shedding. Very polite and helpful. Answered all my questions and was eager to help. The place is also clean and decorated well. Top notch place. Pluto will be having more spa days in his future. Thank you guys so much! Excellent service! It is very clear how much this business cares about animals and ensuring they are as comfortable as possible while being groomed. They chatted with me before the appointment and actually recommended less services to reduce my cat's stress. They also took the time to educate me on best practices for grooming my new cat and gave me suggestions for home grooming. Overall, very reasonable prices and friendly employees. Highly recommended!

The employees were very professional and helpful answering my questions. The space was very clean. My dog is usually horrible when I cut his nails so I decided to start getting it done professionally. They had all the right tools and got it done quickly and efficiently. The price was fair as well! Less expensive than my veterinarian would charge. Then they helped me pick out a toy for my dog. I will most definitely be returning to Tails of the Burgh Grooming

Tails of the Burgh Grooming exceeded my expectations on every level. Scheduling was easy. Everyone I spoke with was kind. They asked relevant questions about how my dogs react to being groomed. Not to mention, my dogs look they best they ever have after being groomed. They really pay great attention to detail. It had been a while since I had my dogs groomed due to bad experiences as big box stores. I'm so happy I found this gem.

Tim did a fantastic job grooming my two-year old ragdoll cat Murphy. My cat received a bath, nail trim, ears cleaning and sanitary cut. Tim was very friendly, polite and exceptionally professional. When he brought my cat (Murphy) back, he continually purred for an hour, even he was satisfied. I have already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend Tails of the Burgh mobile pet grooming!

We took my kitty Nala in to ger her claw caps done. He did a wonderful job, and he took time to explain to us how her claw caps were previously done wrong at other place and were causing her pain. We are so thankful to have been educated about this. Tails of the Burgh is the best around!!!!

Male Employee/Owner rude not just in person but also on phone. He apologized for being rude in person at the salon then proceeded to be rude again. Maybe he was having a bad day as he said, but it also happened on the phone on another day. He could benefit from service etiquette training working with clients (other than animals). Quite the jerk. Other owner is nice. Will not bring my babies here again.

So convenient . I recommend Tails of the Burg. I usually have to pull my dog into the grooming office. Tails of the Burg picked her up at my door and she went willing. They cleaned her ears, cut her nails and oh did she smell good. I already made an appointment for January.

Booking your appt online makes it super easy to schedule at your leisure. Precious groomer took a week to respond with availability. My ragdoll cat got the lion cut and desperately needed one because of no availability for previous groomer. It took two passes but he only charged for one visit which was very much appreciated. Tim has a great personality, quite responsive, is highly professional, and provides excellent customer service. Booking again soon
