Excellent butcher shop. Their smoked ham and sausage is unbeatable. I ordered custom cut T-bone steaks for a holiday weekend and they were happy to oblige. A little pricey compared to grocery stores but the quality more than makes up for the difference. If you want quality meats then this is the place to get it!

I buy all of our deli and meat products here on a regular basis and I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon!They're always so pleasant, helpful, super speedy, and have high quality products, and good prices! I prefer to shop small businesses because of the better quality and customer service and knowledgeable employees.I would recommend Bixlers to anyone who is in search of high quality meat, seafood and deli items that are reasonably priced, and are safe and trustworthy.
