I’m a huge fan of quality gardens and frequent their amazing cafe, but some how never reviewed their gardens. I get all of my trees and flowers from quality gardens and this year their poinsettias are amazing! Great place to support! Love local business! Will be back soon! Garden staff was super sweet and so helpful!

Very clean and friendly place! Tons of hanging baskets and plants in all sizes. Can't wait to go back! I appreciated the labeling with the light and soil preferences and they marked the pet safe plants.

I tell everyone this is my favorite place in PA! The greenhouse always has lovely plants, including house plants. Their gift displays are beautiful. And you can't go wrong for a lunch date there since Bloom Cafe serves delicious, healthy options right beside. Dog friendly, and the nicest people to boot!

Fun to walk around and they have a pretty inventory of outdoor plants.The vibe is not great. You would think it would be, but it's not. Nobody, from customers to employees, nursery to Cafe, is friendly or helpful. I definitely felt like my 4 year old was unwelcome and probably would not take him there again even though he liked it last season.3.5 because their houseplant section is shabby and almost nothing is labeled. I also stood around for 15 minutes looking for someone to help me get the flower baskets down, but nobody was there to help though they had 3-4 employees at the register which i only saw as I was leaving and at that point I just had to get my kid outta there.Also, why let a dog roam around unwatched/ freely through a Cafe with a sign that says do not pet? The dog came up to my son and put his/ her head in his lap. I told my son that he had a sign that said do not pet, and he got confused and cried. If the dog is so social that it cuddles with kids... can my son just pet him? I didn't want to shoo the dog away. We've pet him before and my son was looking forward to seeing the dog. Ha! This does not affect my rating. I just didn't know what to do. "Hold still 4 year old, hands up and wait for the dog to remove his head from your lap. Don't touch him!" It was awkward.

No selection. Bought 3 items. Cashier never said thank you. Got in my car, looked at receipt, was charged twice for an item . Went back in saw manager she never apologized. Came an hour to get here. Would never go back even if I lived next door! Rude people!

Bad customer experience !!I just moved to Valencia and bought a house. THEY COULD HAVE HAD A LIFELONG CUSTOMER, but a rude, dismissive, and haughty woman on the phone made sure that does not happen.I had spent 3 hours selecting plants, tree and boulders with an employee(sales) at the nursery. He told me about the planting costs as well as cost of the boulders. He never informed me that there is a cost to place the boulder in the yard.In the beginning, they all seemed very nice folks. Once the order was placed, I got a call the next day, thinking it is to schedule the installation but instead a rude woman over the phone berated me for not paying full 100% of the order and informed that there will be extra charges for placing the boulder in the yard of my house. I was not expecting this as I was not informed of all this before placing the order. I tried to ask for an estimate of the extra charges but got rebuked.Due to MIS-MANAGEMENT at the nursery, rather than apologizing, the woman with a very poor etiquette and attitude, berated me like it was all my fault. Shocking !! Unprofessional behavior !!Before I get belittled further, I just took a refund and left !I will not be coming back here !!

A friend of mine and I meet here every so often to catch up on our lives. This place is such a delight. Staff is wonderful and friendly. We love the outdoor seating in the back. I definitely recommend coming here.

Wonderful greenhouse with both outdoor and indoor shrubs. Really fun place to come and enjoy a meal at the Bloom Cafe and then walk around the grounds.

I was at Quality Gardens to volunteer for a non profit organization which is held the weekend before Thanksgiving. Quality gardens is a very nice place. The employees are very nice and the Cafe next door is great as well.

Very friendly employees, even on the busiest of days. The owner was very helpful with a tree issue we recently had. They offer great quality products and always have a large quantity of items stocked. Very blessed to have such a great garden center so close to our house.

Listen - you HAVE to check this place out! My perfect Saturday afternoon involves getting some fresh delicious lunch at the Bloom Cafe with a friend and then strolling next door with a handcrafted beverage to explore a wonderful variety of plants and garden decor. I have over 150 houseplants and this is one of my essential stops to find new healthy species to join my plant family. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable! And the selection is top notch. Nothing like finding a healthy plant baby and a perfect pot for its new home. Do yourself a favor and make a date with a good friend at Qualifying Gardens ASAP!

My boyfriend and I visited and we could not stop talking about how nice it is. They had a beautiful selection of plants as well as decor. The people there are so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone who loves plants (or wants to love plants) to visit here. Wonderful place :)

I purchased a flat of flowers there on Memorial Day weekend. I thought $16.99 for a flat was rather pricey but they were pretty so I bought them. The instructions said they are best in partial sun which was exactly what I needed for the area I was going to plant them. They looked beautiful for one week, then died! I waited a couple weeks to see if they came back, and they did not. Only a few buds bloomed again. I check the store's website and it stated that no refund could be given if the plant still had buds. Also, while at the garden center I asked the woman at the desk where the potting soil was. She gave me disgusted look, sighed and pointed across the room. She acted like I was bothering her. Next year I will buy the cheap flowers at Walmart. They last all season!

We absolutely love this little gem. When in need of a peaceful atmosphere with a yummy coffee drink, a flavorful sandwich or just a well needed baked good then stop a Bloom and enjoy beautiful views of the gardens to make your visit complete.

I love this place. Not only do they have a wide variety of plants, but they also have a gift shop filled with some unusual items. Also, the owner, his dog and staff are very nice and friendly.

After several attempts to hire a landscaper we came across quality Gardens. From installing a fabulous fountain to helping line our driveway with sycamore trees, the plants and work have been stellar. Their designs of the plant beds and attention to detail make a world of difference in our home's curb appeal. They actually show up and get the work done. I 100% recommend

Bloom Cafe :: Our new favorite quick spot to grab fresh food. HIGHLY recommend Saturday and Sunday morning for Waffles with Nutella and Strawberries, can't beat it for the kids. We also have had a few of the Sandwiches and all of them have been great. Our kids all comment on how the bread taste so much better than normal places we stop at.

Excellent greenhouse and gift shop you can always find something there. Because it is cranberry area things are a little more expensive than out in the country. Worth the trip every time!

First time here as well as at the cafe. After dealing with an employee with a very poor etiquette and attitude, I wanted to check out the greenhouse. I asked the cashier if they worked weddings or had any information about this. She asked another woman and essentially blew me off and told me to call later and ask for Jeff. Will not be coming back here either.
