First off, be careful using a credit card in this store, Second, The wig lady lies about certain wigs have ran out or she will say we don't have your size on purpose. This happened 4 times in a span of 3 months (but really through our 5 years of shopping here) so I decided to test this theory. I am black American and my two friends are Jamaican. I sent friend 1 in to purchase a wig she said ran out in my size on a Tuesday, to purchase the same day. She successfully purchased my size for me. I sent friend number 2 to purchase the same wig before they closed the same Tuesday but in her size, she was able to get it. I decided to come back Thursday and inquire again about the same wig she said "I told you its out of stock, we don't know when it comes in". They do this to hold for friends who want to purchase for resale or simply have for themselves. The manager has no idea his workers are the real thieves.

The owners and employees are super friendly, everything is always nice and neat and clean. I never have a trouble finding exactly what I’m looking. Did like most tourists would, and Googled a beauty supply store while staying in King of Prussia, PA. I visited here in May 2020 from NY. We drove all the way to this store and was surprised with the experience. Minus one, the staff was super friendly, there was one employee who was attentive and extremely helpful when helping to locate and recommend a product. She carried my items for me. The management is awesome, their prices are beyond reasonable, they carried everything I needed, and I even went back several other times while visiting PA again. Would definitely recommend.

A great variety of hair and hair care products. The wigs are pretty and many are reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love this store. They are very popular in that area it's convenient.

Very poor customer service coming from managers and employees that are supposed to assist customers while shopping. That ugly girl in the wig section is the meanest thing you’ll ever encounter in a beauty supply store if you are not careful. You ask a simple informative question in a polite manner to the manager and talks about you by calling you out of your name. One word: TRASH👩‍

I usually go in to get what I need. Today my car is at the mechanics, so before having to catch public transportation to go to this Beauty supply store, I called just to check the price on one item.I was told by a worker, who by the way was very polite, that they do not give pricing over the phone I have to come in.You can't be upset with a store policy, but I think it shouldn't matter, because whatever the price is in the store determines if I think the product with worth the price. Whether I go in, or call to get that information. This policy alone made me decide to take business elsewhere.

I've only been here a few times but every time was a good experience. They have everything you would need to get the look you're looking for. Everyone seems cool and welcoming. I don't get followed around in the store though sometimes they may ask if you need help but leave you alone if don't want help at the time. This is my go to hair place!

ATTENTION ATTENTION, THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!! PLEASE ALL AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE STOP SHOPPING HERE!! I have made two separate trips to this location and the service is absolutely horrendous!!! They do not value AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS, Let alone they barely speak to you!! I have walked into the store with a smile embracing all those who I encounter and yet I am not only disrespected but I have been constantly followed around the store and treated as a shop lifter!! It’s truly sad how African Americans are only seen as thieves and yet they only want your money!! Even when I paid for my items they have their hand out ready to take your currency but still have no respect to even engage in a proper greeting. It’s even more pathetic how the African American women who work there are trained to do the same, they either follow you around the store, take whatever items you pick up straight to the counter without asking if you have any questions or need assistance!! STOP GIVING THESE ASIANS WHO DONT VALUE US YOUR BLACK DOLLARS. THEY ARE NOT WORTHY AND THEY ARE PRONE TO CULTURE APPROPRIATION!! It’s pathetic and sick!!

Positive comment first would be that this store has a nice selection of hair products as well as good prices . I purchased shea butter, and hair products. My negative comment would be that I walked around the store and there was NO help being offered . Also the cashiers didn’t even care to speak or thank me , I felt very unwelcome at this location .
