This is the second bad experience I have had at this store. Customer service and satisfaction is not their end goal. Beverly (Manager) is unbelievably rude. Do not try to contact the head manager, William, because he is satisfied with the culture set at this establishment. If you want anything done, you will need to call the corporate office.

Arrived 6 minutes before closing. I drove 4 and a half hours to Uniontown because my little brother is in critical condition in the ICU at Uniontown hospital. I stopped by this Walgreens at 10:54 after leaving the ICU. They close at 11 pm. All I needed was a toothbrush and some water, would have taken less than 2 minutes. The door was closed in my face by an employee named William and told “well that’s too bad” - I understand what it’s like to have a customer walk in the store 5 minutes to close. As a CVS manager, I can say I also know what it’s like to not have any knowledge about what’s going on in my customers’ lives. 0 stars.

Whoever answered the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to in my life & hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak to someone else. Literally answered the phone being a b****. Wish my needed prescription wasn’t here & it wasn’t Friday & 4:30 pm so I could call my doctor & have it sent elsewhere. New employees who actually gaf should be hired. Not these lousy excuses for workers. Wish I could give no stars.

Dealt with Amber at the pharmacy who went above and beyond to assist our family with COVID results when there was a system failure at another location. Pleasant to chat with, extremely helpful and offering her time. You could tell after a 5 minute conversation that she is highly motivated and great at her job 👍

I don’t do this very often, but I must say something about this. I got my cats meds one day when I had a ride (he’s on two for epilepsy). The pharmacy gave me the one I didn’t need, and I didn’t have a ride back. They had it delivered the very next day with no charge. I was so upset, but this was above and beyond what I could have asked ♥️

My 7 month old granddaughter just came home from Children's Hospital and was prescribed 2 antibiotics. My daughter took the prescriptions in at 10:00AM. By 3:00PM it still wasn't ready. My granddaughter missed a dose because this pharmacy either doesn't have enough employees or the ones they have aren't motivated. This is a trend at this place. They didn't even provide the correct syringe for the bottles. When the pharmacist finally put the bottles in a bag, only then did he remember to mix one of the antibiotics. Needless to say we switched pharmacies.

Wonderful cashier. always friendly.. Brenda is one of the best. Love the sales they have. The pharmacy folks are under so much pressure & are so over worked. I feel bad for them.. but the girls are always so sweet. Try to remember they are humans too and can only do so much.

I go to Walgreens all the time. They have a wide selection of items other then just the Pharmacy. They have perfume, make up, hair dye, and personal hygiene items such as soap, deodorant and shampoo. They also have lot of snacks, drinks, frozen and canned foods as well. You can get toys for kids and school items such as notebooks, ink pens, pencils and erasers.

Due to a mix up between my doctor's office & my insurance, I was left on a Friday afternoon with no nebulizer. My regular pharmacy had my script for albuterol, but no nebulizer. They recommended I purchase 1 at Walgreens. I called to check if they sold them. I waited a total of 18 minutes until I was finally able to speak with someone in the pharmacy & he basically offered no help, told me the Dr would have to call in a script. Asked him for a ballpark figure on what it would cost if I just purchased 1 & he couldn't give me an accurate amount. So...I am sitting here taking Musinex & drinking cough syrup, while praying I don't end up with pneumonia.According to the chart, the time was a little after 5pm, which shows as less busy than usual. I guess that means the employees are not busy & are in no hurry to answer the phone.

The pharmacy should hire more employees. The wait for prescriptions is outrageous. I’m not blaming the current employees, but the lack of employees. I was just on hold for 10 minutes just to hear that no, my prescription was not ready.

I don't have any problems when I shop there there really nice and palite. And the pharmacy is very helpful when it comes to information and questions on perscriptuons. Very helpful store.

Walgreens in Uniontown Fayette County on US Bus Route 40, is a nice and clean place (Remember to enter there store you must ware a face mask. And you must retain at least 6 feet of space between customers and employees at all time while you visit this store or any stores). From vice Mayor Robinson and the secretary of defense Mrs. Fields.

One of the smaller Walgreen's, but the store was very clean and well organized when I was there. They are expensive on many items, but they do have nice sales.
