Well first of they were very rude and unprofessional when they dealt with me. Both a female employee and at the register a manager named Greg. Instead of just expaining company policy. They were snappy and threatening.long story but non violent threatening statements were made none the less. Anyway i said nevermind and bought a large item with cash exceeding 650$ and received zero help carrying it out of the store or loading it into my vehicle. And it also took The manager three tries to count out my money!

Found what I needed and was greeted at the door the only thing is I would like to see them ask if you need help for something or do you need a loader to load stuff other than that it was great 😃

Went in for propane, I was told the employee was already out there. We waited 10 mins and no one came. I called into the store to let them know no one had came to help us. We were told some would be right out. We waited another 15 minutes still no one came to help. I went back in the store and asked the cashier if someone could help us, I was told “well we called the guy, I don’t know where he is.” I then went to find another employee who was on his phone talking, hiding in an aisle. When I asked if he could help he acted annoyed and said “yeah, I’m coming.” It seems like every time we come into this location we get poor service. It was still never clear where the employee in charge of propane was.

ITS HAY SEASON HERE.. ITS THE FIRST OF JUNE IN PA.Take a guess at what they don't have to bale hay with. BALER STRING! I wasn't given any other option as to how to get it asap, just was told maybe Wednesday when their truck comes in. Which from the day I was in there was 5 days away.I know it's hard to always have what a customer needs, but this time of year they should be stocked and ready. They should know since they are a "farm store" for life out there as their logo says. Tractor Supply where they are equipped with bird, cat, and dog food. Please change your name to "feed" supply. Grease was the other item they were out of also. So as long as you are looking for feed your good to shop with them. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Delivering a load of wood pellets here this morning. This location is bigger than some of the others I’ve been too. Disappointed in the employees attitudes here though. Kinda rude, and short. Not a pleasant delivery experience this time. Maybe it’s the cold weather. Who knows.

The staff at Tractor Supply are very friendly and helpful. The store is a bit convoluted for shoppers. They don't have the selection you may want, but what they do have is priced reasonably. I love their various sales. Their pet food deals are unbeatable.

I went to the store for a quick box of horse shoe nails.I was not greated, I asked for keys to the farrier case, team member had no clue what I was asking for.It was a slow day there, 2 employees, made eye contact but never offered to help me, one check her phone, team lead had tome to get chewing gum. When I addressed her while doing price changes, I told her of my disappointment in service. She was smug in return.. the only box of nails was opened, she did offer to count all 250. I waited to speak to.manger, who knew I was waiting, yet did not notify another team member, he was very smug as well..Upon checking out, cashier was in side isleway texting on her, never made conversation, never asked if I was in the neighbors club.I'd recommend going down the rd to rural king! Better services and better pricing!

Dog washing area filthy. Dirty towels strewn everywhere on the floor. Pet hair covered the entire room. Looked like weeks of filth in the grooming area; this wasnt just the junk from one dog coming in before us. Equipment covered in hair. Took a 25 minute trip to wash my dog here. On the bright side, the staff was nice and I was provided with one towel to dry my dog.Come on, Tractor Supply, you can do better.

Buying in stores fine. Lots of items to choose from at decent price. Will never buy online again. Our item became lost in transit but nobody ever notified us. We had to keep calling to find out where our order was before anybody told us its lost..a month later. Delivery fee was $100. At that cost there shouldn't be an issue. Never again!!

called them today about a mower and the guy I talked to lied about having it in stock. was not knowledgeable on what they had... if you have a question about something it's better off going to the store vs calling.

Terrible customer service. Talked to someone this afternoon and they agreed to hold a wheelbarrow for my daughter and she went to pick it up this evening and they had already sold it to someone else! That's real professional. And, my daughter spent over 30 minutes in the store waiting for someone to find it. Inept employees!

I went to get a fruit tree and found some dead and ALL needed water as did the hanging baskets. The cashier was friendly. If they're not going to care for the plants reduce the cost and more would be bought

They are all so friendly and Very knowledgeable on everything in the store! If you need birdseed, corn, cat or dog food, chocken coops,you (both hard food in small and very large food) tools, lawmowers (push or riding) etc... They have many, many different things and right now, towards spring, they have many different colors of baby chicks snd baby ducks! I highly recommend shopping here, especially for all your pets needs!

My experience today was the same as it usually is at tractor supply, always helpful, and I believe Greg is a very good manager also, as he is always helpful, not just to the customers but to the employees as well, very good store to do business with !

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE LOCATION. What ever person is responsible for this tragedy of a location should hand in their associates degree and quit their job. Maybe have more than one employee working in a 10,000sq.ft. facility. What a redneck farm! HATE IT! I wish you could give negative stars on here. -5

We purchase our feed here weekly and never had any problems until today. For the first time we had to deal with store manager scott, who was the most disrespectful. After asking him about his attitude he starting laughing in our faces. My fiance' stated again we shop here weekly, and asked if this was how he was going to talk to a disabled vet? Store manager scott said " I don't care if your a vet" and continued to laugh in our face, and never once apologized. I advised i was going to contact corporate and he stated "he didnt care" and this was his store. I wanted to let other customers..all we did was ask a question. We will take our business elsewhere because tractor supply isn't the only store who sells feed. Good job scott for letting YOUR STORE loose a good customer!

I found what I was looking for. I also looked at a zero turn mower but it did not have a price displayed. When I ask a sales person the first price was inaccurate. When I was ready to cheek out, the cashier not at the register. The st (re needs a manager. Too many items are not priced.

It is very good for farmers and regular people they have almost everything and prices are fair. They did not have the one thing I needed, a back brace with shoulder straps, I figured they would because farmers do back breaking work

They are always easy to deal with I fill my propane tanks here most of them know to bleed off the air. Some of them can be a little cranky but what do you expect tractor supply pays peanuts.

In SW Pennsylvania, the tractor supply in uniontown is the only one I can find that stocks purina game bird chow for our quail. Decent prices on poultry and livestock feed, they stock what you'll need to maintain your tractor- old or new. Good hardware selection, and the tools and supplies you need to get a job done.

I will never show up at the Uniontown Tractor Supply again go in there at 20 till 9 and they say we're closing in 5 minutes sorry well they're supposed to be open until 9 guess they don't want to make no money there so they won't have mine again
