Huge lack of gluten free food options compared to the other regional Targets. Had more options for gluten free when the food section was a third of the size it is now. The Waterfront Target in PGH is run so much better!

No cashiers. Self checkout is fine for customers who want that option, but not for customers who don't. Plus the employee at self checkout was nice, but couldn't help me anyway in trying to redeem my coupon. Do better Target. Quit being so greedy.

I love shopping in various Targets whether I'm at home or work and I'm really happy they added in a produce section so I don't have to go to Walmart for anything, but the older blonde lady who is working order pickup almost every time I'm there is really rude. IDK how in-store pickup works or if it's a pain in the butt, but I have mobility issues and some days I can't walk the whole length of the store. Pickup is a huge help.

Not one register open forcing me to stand in line to ring myself up. If I wanted to do all this I would have gone to Walmart I did not come here just to spend more for the same stuff. The lady at the self checkout registers was rude and nasty I almost just left my cart and walked out. Re train your workers so they are not useless I know why people buy so much from on line and it looks like I will need to start myself. Be more useful and nicer to customers And open some registers.

Decent store, far nicer than Walmart can ever hope to be. Associates are relatively friendly and occasionally helpful. The one issue is their tendency to price switch. It is a bit pathetic that a large corporation like this feels the need to scam customers by labeling items as on sale and then charging full price at the register.Update: 4/16/2024Tried to buy cat food on sale and could not get discount because not a target circle member. What is funny is that some of the items were discounted at register and others were not even though the discount sign was the same for all of them. Be very wary when purchasing any "sale" items at this location. Unfortunate that Target would promote this kind of thing.

My wife and I love Target. We don't have one where we live so we have to drive at least 45 minutes to one. This is our preferred store due to the location. The store is always well organized and easy to navigate. As usual the prices are good and they have a good selection of product. You can get basically everything here.

Target’s Associates are always helpful.I shopped online and received a $10 bonus as I chose the option for the store pickup! Christian retrieved my online pickup items in record time.As I was looking for a particular item Samantha said I would find it in the Grocery department, toward the last aisle. Mikey assisted me to find the perfect candy that I needed to purchase. He walked with me to the candy aisle, pointing to the Merci candy. He also suggested that I would find Merci in the Christmas candy display, also walking with me. He showed the Christmas decorative box and said, “See this Merci, it has a Red Christmas Bow!” I was delighted with my choice! Target is My Favorite store!!

i normally don't write reviews, but i visited this store recently and had to share my thoughts. now, it had been a while since i'd visited this store, and the renovations left me pretty overwhelmed, but i pressed on. i was looking for some kibble for my cat, and i was surprised to see a bunch of laundry detergent where it used to be! my confusion didn't last long, though, after i caught an employee named dusty and asked him for some directions. from the moment i first saw him, he was both friendly and welcoming. this continued through his advice, where he personally led me to the pet supplies and offered product suggestions based on what i was saying. his thoughtfulness and positive attitude practically lit up my day! to sum things up, my cat is an older cat, and he recommended i purchase a bag of "iams proactive health" saying that that was the brand he bought for his own cat. he even insisted that he lift the bag into my cart for me, which I appreciated. and my cat, ralph, ended up loving it! so, this review serves as a thank-you from both me and ralph. i look forward to returning here in the future thanks to dusty's help! target is the best!

Place is usually good, but it’s unacceptable to be accused of shop lifting and being told to empty your pockets, happened to other people an employee said too! Everyone was nice besides the shift lead. Awesome store either way.

I like this stores location, it's up on the hill away from the other stores in the area. It's in its own little complex. This location helps keep the unnecessary traffic running through the parking lots (Taking Shortcuts) to where-ever away. Making it a safer shopping experience.Target is in its self another Big Box Store. But somehow Target stores are always (at least in my experiences) a far cleaner store than any Big Box Store experience I've had.The floors are exceptionally cleaner, the store seems brighter and the atmosphere just seems better.Pricing is just about the same as other places. Some thing may be a few cents cheaper. While others are a bit more.

It's a nice decent Target store. Usually very clean and well-stocked. Staff is friendly and cashiers are more patient than many other stores. My biggest issue is the lack of self-checkouts. As in, there are none. If they are short-staffed, you can be waiting in line for 20 minutes because some entitled house frau wants to contest a 50 cent price difference on a clearance pair of socks. The front end would benefit SIGNIFICANTLY from even just 2 self-checkout lanes.

I received a call that my prescription was ready. When I got there I was told it was a mistake and they were having trouble getting the medicine. Since I was there I decided to take advantage of your promotion of $5 for $20 spent on Beauty items. When I went through the check-out, the checker was not going to give me anything. I told her that the only reason I bought the products was because of the promotion. I spend over $40 in beauty items and I only got one $5 card. I should have received two. I am furious at the lack of competence. Also, there was no social distancing in the store.

My only issue is their self checkout. Why do you still need an employee to do a cash transaction?? I'm fine to scan items BUT apparently I'm unable to put in my own money. Seems counterproductive when you've got several people doing cash transactions. Now I'm waiting..could have went thru the checkout lane.

They required everyone to wear a mask and those who came in without was told to leave. I felt safe, well treated, and the order was ready for me to pick up and go. Excellent employee behavior.

I ordered a wading pool to use for bathing my ancient Husky. The price was excellent. It was available at the store when I received notice. It took less than 2 minutes for the customer service staff to find the item and bring it to me.

absolutely disgusted with the managers and employees. My husband has really bad asthma and a Dr. Excuse saying so and they refused to let him in the store with out a mask. Guess we will take our 700$ we saved for baby stuff somewhere else
