There’s a black elder lady at customer desk very rude and with a attitude always my husband asked for help to print a Frozen image and she said is not even legal to print out a Disney picture if she doesn’t have passion to treat people nicely why don’t she quit? The same way she seem racist toward us I’ll do the same with her next time

They don’t know how to communicate with the customer. They were trying to make me recycle my laptop when I clearly explain what I wanted to do with it! If you guys didn’t do “trade ins” that all the man had to say but instead had me running all over the store

The lady behind the big counter was of great help in printing out my children's holiday school shop gift certificates. Thanks so much.My only complaint is that the male Manager was of no help. And seemed to be a bit clueless. Company's should promote from within not hire outsiders for jobs they are clueless about.

I had the worst experience at the uniontown staples!! I asked the black older lady at the desk if they could print a small paragraph for me a 4x6 same font and size. She rolled her eyes, after standing around for 40mins the lady explained she has 22yrs of experience and she knows what she was doing. She kept saying it was way to difficult. She printed out a 4x6 paper and it was in 3 different fonts and 2 different sizes. She said very rude that she can't help me. I was not asked much just to print out a small paragraph nothing fancy. I know now why I don't shop at staples. Worst customer service!!!!

I would give them 50 stars if I could! Jordan(I'm so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was EXTREMELY helpful. I still had like 6 things to find for my order, and he was able to find all of them for me! Zak at the register was also amazing. I had spend over $250 and he scanned a coupon for me to get $10 off. A huge thank you to you both! And also to Justin for checking in on me at the beginning of my visit. The employees are wonderful at this store!!!

Went into Staples today to mail a package. The employee Justin was very helpful, and knowledgeable. The older heavyset woman was rude, and not helpful. She didn't seem to have much computer experience. But Justin was kind, and knew his job very well

I have to drive 40mins to this staples for ups. Amazon said all I had to do was bring my package in its original packaging and ups worker will do this rest. The woman that was there at ups said I had to do it and gave me tape to do it myself and then she quit waiting on me so I did tape it up myself instead of arguing with then a line started to form behind me and she just talked with a coworker never finished waiting on me and she didn’t wait on the other customers either someone else had to come do that.

Went to Staples today for some tech support. Had document in and Microsoft word it was constructed in three phasesI needed help to compact one of the phases so it would make it a one document print out instead of two. Was told not possible so much for tech support

Had Staples fax an important paper for me. The fax date was six years old. I pointed this out after the fax (lol) and the woman argued it was not important and she didn’t know how to change the date anyway. She took my receipt and initialized it and said use this if it’s questioned. I said it was an appeal going to Harrisburg. Then she got mean. You name it, dirty looks, sighs, rolling of the eyes, comments under her breath. I finally received a hard earned refund for the dysfunctional fax.I notified the manager who was very nice and he told me he would contact me soon and make it right for me to come back. He called once, I returned the call, was on hold forever which doesn’t always work... He did not call back.I would stay clear of the printing area in the Staples in Uniontown. This was the second altercation with this woman, and that’s how you lose business.

Wow! The workers are very kind and friendly but they are embarrassingly understaffed. I stood at the UPS shipping center for 20 minutes waiting for someone's cards to get cut in the machine or something. There was one woman working there and one coming back and forth working between UPS counter and somewhere else. I had to go behind the counter to print my own label. They need more help!

I purchased a 32 inch Dell monitor and a 3 year warranty at this Staples store in 2018. Today the monitor failed. I took it back to Staples and they told me that they wouldn’t honor the warranty because I had to call “Square Trade” in the state of California to get warranty support! So here I am without a computer because the monitor that I purchased at a Staples store in Uniontown, PA is dead and I have to call someone out of state to get it repaired! Such a good deal! THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I WILL PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM STAPLES. I’m better of buying the monitor from Amazon… at least I’ll get a replacement monitor in two days from Amazon. And these local stores can’t figure out why they are going to go out of business! Try providing your customers with actual service instead of just lip service!

I love Staples, but they have a particular female employee, that is very rude, and she does not need to be working with the public. I go there at least once a week to print school work. Every time she waits on me, she is rolling her eyes, sighing, and always says I can do it right this minute. Mind you this is her job. If you don't like your job, QUIT. Also, I'll be there tomorrow to file a formal complaint. Other than her, I love the store.

My experience was a bit different from my last visit. There was no help on the floor so I wandered a bit. I found what I was looking for on my own thanks to the great floor layout. Great customer service at the register is the reason for the 4/5

Never have copy orders ready, even if you submit days in advance or pay extra for rush services. Happens every time-- I come in at the designated pick-up time and they haven't started the order. The first few times, I was understanding, but when it happens every time, it becomes ridiculous.

On December 30 2020 we sent a box to Miami and in January 6 they give us back the box broken and we sent the photos of the box and the information they request us and until now today February 16 not receive the money back and any response about the box because they broke the box and return it to us like this, they are unprofessional BE CAREFULL with that people never send any box AGAIN with them, DONT TRUST IN THAT PEOPLE, believe me.the box was sent in UPS inside of staples place. They broke the boxes and sent it back and NO RETURN THE MONEY, THEY ARE BURGLARS.

Printing a page of doc requires you to use their computer which is 30 cents a minute and each black & white page is 49 cents...such a ripoff. I would give NO star if there is an option.

I found what I was looking for only because I knew exactly where to look for it. They have very minimal if any staff on the sales floor, so if you need help you usually have to go find someone, who may or may not have a clue about anything...
