Why do you guys have a new baby conure to sell ($700) when even some of the employees had a problem with the fact the previous one, Kevin, was in that small, sad enclosure for a little over a year. Literally there were some of us who celebrated him finally finding a home.Also, your employees always seem so miserable and rude. Always. But this is closest pet store to me that has what I need so I’m stuck having to tolerate it all when I go in there for now

Inexperienced groomers, upcharges with out mentioning or calling first, not polite. Once was a good place to have your pet groomed, now not so much, looking for a new groomer.

I have never seen such disgusting care of beta fish. The water was thick, murky, and absolutely shameful. I have seen places that clearly skip a beta fish water change but this actually made it hard to even continue shopping. I don’t know how anyone who works there could walk by those fish and just be OK with that and their poor living conditions.

My boys first time coming here. Last groomer didn’t do well. Emily was both dogs groomer on separate days. My Harley is almost 12 and she was so sweet with him. My Rocco is almost 7 but a skittish dog. In fact he actually sat in the middle of the road refusing to go in lol. He finally went in and Emily made friends with him. The boys were in desperate need of a bath and a great brush job. I have severe back issues and can’t do it. I was sooooo happy to see them when done. They looked so handsome and sooooo clean. I told Emily where the issues had been with the old groomer (not dry under arm pits and very expensive vet bills). She took special care to make sure he was dry. Old groomers stuff used made them itch n bite from day one. So far no scratching or biting!! Emily is now the groomer we love. The dogs loved it here. The pics are my oldest Harley then Rocco.

I signed up for a training package for my puppy. The package consisted of the puppy class OR beginner class and the intermediate training. I took the puppy class, and was looking to sign her up for the Intermediate training, however they did not have any classes on the training schedule. After speaking to Ella I found out that they didn't have any classes planned and I would have to wait indefinitely until they did have a class scheduled. I was told I could wait or get a refund. I asked about options and I was told I couldn't take the training I paid for at another store. If I wanted to go to another store I would have to drive to Uniontown get a refund then drive to the location of the training to pay for the class I just got the refund for. I can't pay online because their website ALWAYS has issues. Why can't they have an easy resolution to this issue. I would not recommend their training. PetSmart certainly doesn't care about it's customer's.Ella the trainer was very kind but unable to really offer any resolution other than drive 40 minutes to get my money back.

The experience I'd always pleasant here, they've always been so sweet and kind, besides the other day I had went to shop for my pets and had an unpleasant encounter with an employee named Melissa (she was a red headed woman). She was honestly the most miserable employee I've EVER seen there. Throwing my stuff into the bag and no hello, no social interaction, complaining about other employees, etc. I hope the owner sees this & does something about her. It was VERY unprofessional.

LOVED THE STAFF! I had my 5yr old son & 6yr old neice. The young woman who picked out my son's feeder fish was amazing with the kids & so willing to "pick that one right thereee please" we got 25 free crickets because they was out of supply both small & large.*** They said they are having a shortage*** so I would give a call before heading over & waste a trip if u NEED crickets that day!

I had a 20% off coupon and the lady scanned it and said oh it won't work it's under a different account name, which it wasn't. But she didn't even try to see why or to fix it. She was a little rude.

My groomer was Emily S and I don’t know what she did but my dog came home doing backflips, front flips , she even was a little more vocal!. Going in was a little scary for her but I could tell she was taken care of. They were very understanding with her anxiety and her coat was so shiny and soft! My next appointment has already been scheduled!

I went in one day and saw the cute kitties and immediately wanted to give one a home. I went in the next day and filled out a application and the employees told me it would be a week until I heard from someone. The day came and I kept checking for the adoption lady and when I asked I would get rude answers. Finally after waiting I got to meet her but the whole time I was there the employees avoided me when I did get to talk to one she asked my name and I told her she kept calling me Lindsay no matter how many times I corrected her. The Adoption Lady Donna was sweet and too her time explaining everything to me about what I would need to do and how the coupons worked and what my furry friend might need. Apparently the employees at the store didn’t even turn in my adoption application nor a few other applications. In all honesty I would adopt from here because of Donna but everyone who works at the store is unprofessional and rude.

Just got a Rottweiler like 3 days ago. She's a sweetheart and super shy, but because of her breed she looks intimidating. We took her in and no one batted an eyelash. Customers even were chill about it and walked around her like it was nothing. Overall it was a good feeling and a good experience.

We scheduled our Great Pyrenees for grooming and were told that the person she was scheduled with was only able to shampoo our dog as she wasn't scheduled with a "groomer." So, when I asked what I was paying $118 for, I was told it was for a shampoo, however the package we asked for offered much more than that. Very unprofessional.

I took my dog in for a quick nail file because her nails were sharp. The lady who filed them told me she got them extra smooth for me and man...they were like butter. Much appreciated!
