LISTENNN LINDA, I've lived here for so long and I never knew this store was here and when I came in I saw all the glue and was in heaven that might I haven't eaten so much glue since kindergarten it was SOOOOOOO amazing honestly I love nontoxic glue my mouth was kinda sticky after tho- I don't know how these emails work

Okay so I'm really excited I'm here to get a bunch of art supplies I'm going to go to art School a bunch of people keep telling me that I'm not going to make it and because of my demeanor and how much of a motivated that I should be in politics but I really want to go to our school first I know it's going to work out thanks Michaels for the art supplies

Michael's does have a great selection and a rewards program. But their prices, unless there's a sale are too much. The service is always great and yes, they have a good selection. But for a long time crafter and frequent supply buyer for 3, I'll always pick Hobby Lobby, unless it's a Sunday

Decent selection, just limited on the offerings of what they carry. Yarn - they have some, just not a lot to choose from. Also, the yarn is split in the store, so you have to look in an aisle and along the wall.

They have a really great variety in this store, and you are free to look around without someone constantly asking you if you need help…but they are there if you need them.

This store is always clean and has something for everyone. The planner's and calendars are the nicest. While the store is smaller than the other Michael's I have been in prior, the Staff make up in stock and neatness. Restrooms are always super clean as the rest of the store is. I would recommend signing up for the rewards as you don't have to carry a card and you just have to give your phone number when you get to the cashier and it just takes a few seconds to sign up for it.

Definitely over priced but not a bad experience. I just definitely prefer hobby lobby always a better experience. I couldn't find any of the artifical flowers that I needed for my wedding decor. A lot of the ones I found that could fit with my ideas just look extremely fake and cheaply made. Not worth the price point.

It's officially my all time favorite craft supply store! Super easy to find everything because it's categorized very well, and they supply a large range of prices for the products. The service was also amazing, and the people who worked there were friendly.

Ahh my safe place. Cashiers will compliment you. This place has everything you need in life. No, you can NOT drink from water fountains here, go elsewhere youd have better luck catching rain water or drinking from the toilet.

Emily in framing is amazing. I took my items in to be framed and, me being a guy, had no clue what would look nice. I had a general idea but Emily's suggestions were fantastic. She put together the matte and frame that really complimented my pictures. If you go there and need framing ask for Emily. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

It's just ok. I mean, don't get my wrong, Micheal's has a great selection for hobbies and crafts. They even have picture frame services. All of which are great. But, the few times the I visited, there rarely seemed to be enough staff to answer questions, or help find something specific. My vision is very poor and the price tags are tiny. A little extra help would be appreciated.

This location is a bit smaller than my usual Michael's in Greensburg, but I love this store. Everyone working this morning was very nice and friendly even helping me track down a hard to find ribbon color.

Michaels is a great craft store. They do have a wide variety of craft, art, seasonal decorations, flowers etc. They do have sales which is very nice.

Employee's didn't know how to order material I wantedThe glue in I used to buy here was also not available. Nobody else but Michaels had it. It was Aileen's glue gun with changeable tips.

Store us nice but only 1 cashier. And there was a lady who was having somekind of issue so we had to wait like 15 min to get checked out. Was awful

Small store, nice selection of items, expensive. They do have coupons often and give teacher discounts. Most of the time, you can only afford holiday items when the sales hit.

Bernice the manager is one of the nastiest people you can meet. I would not recommend this store to anyone at all. Go to hobby lobby friendly kind staff.

I'd give Michael's five stars for inventory and four for customer service. They just simply need more people on the floor and on the registers.
