I have had the worst experience with an order that was placed on April 3. Lowe’s gave me a delivery date of April 15. Then I get an email stating my new delivery date is April 30! I had to call the Uniontown store to complain. I spoke with a mgr, Dave. He promised he was mailing me a gift card since my military discount wasn’t honored. He dropped the ball on that one. He changed the delivery date for my washer back to April 15. The following day, I just so happened to get a call advising my couch will be delivered next day. This couch is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture. I told them I wanted to return it. I received 2 confirmation emails that it will be picked up on April 30 between 230-630pm. No show. No call. So…Lowe’s feels that they can cancel, reschedule appointments whenever they want. Not with me you can’t. The e customer svc is so poor!

Was in the store on sunday august 27. 15 employes walking arount with there thumbs up there assets. NOT a lumber or flat cart in the store. And they wonder why they are loosing so much business to home depot. Once menards open their store in uniontown they may as well close this store. Their employes are pathetic !! If you are getting lumber you may as well bring your own in from the parking lot!!!!

Recently bought a Samsung washer and dryer on 1/5 and set them up on 1/7, two day old machines. Upon trying to use my dryer it seemed to have an electrical issue. Come Monday morning 1/8 We were then told that Lowe’s has a 48 hr return policy and basically we were s.o.l. And figure to figure it out ourselves. Horrible customer service and ridiculous return policies after spending 2 grand. Good thing Home Depot is around the corner.

I had bought a Madea fridge and it had broke down not even 2 months old and I had an issue with trying to get it fixed and the day that the repair men were supposed to come fix it because it was under the warranty they said their vehicle broke down and they couldn't come for 2 weeks mind you it's already been broke down for 5 days well I need my fridge I had two kids to depend on it two weeks was unacceptable so finally with arguing with them and getting really nowhere I called the pro desk at Uniontown Walmart Bernie and Wendy are awesome they fought to get me my money back from the supplier so I could buy a new fridge they're wonderful ladies I will continue from now on to be buying my appliances from the Uniontown lowes and I decided to buy a new Frigidaire this time and so far so good

Ernie, and Tim are always very helpful. Bonnie has always gone out of her way to make mistakes as painless as possible. I like that they'll open up a few minutes early if there a people waiting outside. They are still a bit more expensive then Home Depot

THEY NEED TO DELIVER THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. EVERY TIME A DELIVERY DRIVER COMES HERE THEY LEAVE BECAUSE THIS LOCATION NEVER CAN FIND THE ORDER. Y'ALL WASTE OUR TIME AND FUEL ..I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY DELIVERY SERVICE TO SUBCONTRACT WITH THIS LOCATION... YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS AND END UP LOSING YOUR DRIVERS FROM UNPAID BLANK TRIPS

Went to Lowes in Uniontown today to buy some plastic totes.... Found what we were looking for and a great deal at that. Until we get to the register and find out they are 2½ times the price. So we take the cashier( well there wasn't really a cashier because there were no human registers open even though there were lines and 2 of the self check outs were broke) back to where we got the totes off the shelf. Well 4 associates later they inform us they can not give them to us for the price on the shelf. Because their associates screwed up big time they were gonna lose to much money. Well they lost a customer for life.

Every time I come in , Mary at the pro center always welcomes me with a smile. Her personality is immaculate. She is such a great worker, she makes my experience at Lowe’s that much more enjoyable. Maybe it is only this particular Lowe's but every time I'm there and need assistance, it is more difficult than it should be to find an employee. Then when they radio some one, to come, they no show. They are understaffed or something so good luck getting assistance. As far as the store goes, looks tidy and in order.

So many workers, little help. Needed help in the tools and had someone intercom for help in the area and nobody showed up. I see more workings sitting and talking then working and helping. Very poor service.

Paid for a garage disposal and installation. The installation was rescheduled three times and then canceled all together.If I could have installed this disposal on my own, I would not have paid for installation.So I have paid for installation service that I did not receive and for a disposal I can not use. Unacceptable.

My husband and I were recently at this lowes to purchase supplies to remodel our bathroom, we were greeted by an employee in the Lumber section by the name of BUD, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he guided us every step of the way and went above and beyond. Thank you!

I own a home improvement and construction company so I go here a lot. The store is great for some things and some things are better to get at other stores. Things are out of places sometimes or put in the wrong section sometimes but then somethings are very organized. The service here is terrible though. If you have a question or need help locating something or help getting something down that up high then you will wait forever to get help. I recommend it for some things but then I don't recommend it for others. And the service sucks here.
