Holiday Inn Express and Suites is a customer friendly place. They are very clean and organized business and have day to day House keeping and a complimentary breakfast with your say. Which is a mixed variety of healthy foods. I'd definitely recommend others to stay.Rooms: They are very clean and organized. Beds are very comfortable.Nearby activities: There are shopping centers and family restaurants available. The hotel also has a pool to swim in.Walkability: The rooms are open and they have a gym to work out in.

nice spacious rooms with very extensive included. free coffee, tea, chocolate all day long. very friendly staff and clean facilities. the only disappointment was that their pool was not open during our stay.Nearby activities: walmart super center is within walking distance. quite a few indian restaurants and mexican restaurants nearby.

We stayed here for one night and we were so pleased with the customer service, the clean room (with a comfortable mattress!) and good continental breakfast. Most hotels do not supply a stand up make-up mirror anymore (people take them) but the front desk clerk was very happy to lend me her own to use. Very satisfied with our one-night stay in June 2023.

The staff was amazing!! Norah at the front desk is so welcoming and sweet! Sharon did an amazing job at keeping our room clean and available with extra towels when we needed them. I plan to visit soon and I'll be staying here again!!Rooms: The rooms were clean. I'm very big on cleanliness and I wasnt disappointed!! I usually break out in hives when I stay at hotels but not here.Safety: I love how you need a room key to go in the gym and swimming pool.

Ohhh my goodness!!!! The hallways, and the common areas of this hotel were soooo hot!! Not only did they not care about the comfort of their guest, but the poor house keepers and workers were also suffering. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights all and all of that time it had to be at least 80 degrees inside.

The room was nice, and I was glad for the full-size pillows. One thing did not like was that there were only 2 towel sets. When we requested more, I was told the maid will be there soon, that was from the front desk. Really it's towels and when you have small children you need more then 2.Nearby activities: Wal Mart. There is also a nice selection of restaurants near by.Food & drinks: Breakfast was served was good eggs bacon sausage gravy biscuits.

Pros: Suites are spacious, nice suburban area with big retail stores and various dining options, nice mountain view on main entrance side, free breakfast, interiors and facility were recently renovated, and staff and regulars are courteous and friendly.Cons: Interiors, particularly carpet, already show wear from clientele, e.g. construction workers' boots, healthcare staff mountain bikes, and guests with dogs everywhere.

Tried to charge me more than allowed for the room. Deadbolt did not work, Told staff about the deadbolt and cockroach I killed. He looked at Bug and said it was a lightening bug, I know what lightening bugs look like. Travelers bring things in I understand that, but just tell me your going to report it not lie to me. I have stayed here many times with no issues, wasn't happy at all about this stay.

My family and I was in town this past weekend for a wedding, after leaving and checking out the hotel calls me and threatens to call the police on me for not paying. The first day there when we arrived they had my card on file. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend. The situation could’ve been handled at checkout but there was no issues there. I’ll never stay at another Holiday Inn

Clean, spacious rooms and pet friendly. We stayed at this property for 2 nights and had a 2 queen bed suite. The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The quality bath shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was greatly appreciated. This room was quite roomy and very comfortable. The Hot Start breakfast that is offered has many hot and cold selections including coffee, tea, and juices. All of the staff that we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful.

Made the reservation in advance for 4 days. Arrived after a very long trip expecting to relax for the afternoon. First two rooms they sent us to were not clean - carpet was dirty, crumbs everywhere - peanut butter on the chair and sofa, papers on the floor, mold in the shower etc. After reviewing a 3rd room, we accepted it thinking it appeared to be cleaned properly. I decided to use some wipes in common areas just to be safe. After lifting the seat on the toilet, I found urine. The pool was not open and they ran out of breakfast items daily. SO disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. We travel about 4or 5 nights every month and usually stay at a Hilton or Marriott brand hotel.The last time we stayed at a Holiday Inn was probably 3 or 4 years ago and it was not a great experience. This time was a complete turnaround from previous experiences. The hotel was clean and inviting, staffed with friendly people. The room was comfortable with everything that you expect. I was glad to see that a hot breakfast was served instead of the usual bagged breakfast that we have become accustomed to.The hotel looks fairly new. Keep up the good work, I’ll be back.

Very nice, nearly new building. Front desk crew were friendly and efficient. Television would not work, but staff responded immediately to fix the problem. Carpet was a bit dirty. The bed was comfortable, but i needed a extra blanket.The shower curtain did not control the shower water. So the floor got soaked. Breakfast was adequate, but had to wait quite a while because all the hot food had been consumed. Close to other businesses and standard fast food restaurants.

This would definitely be a five star experience if there was enough linen in the room when we checked in. I have to tell you how many people are in the room when I book it, there should be enough linen for us to shower in the room for everyone. It's just a minor inconvenience but none the less an inconvenience when I am coming there for an out of town event. I was checking in and leaving the hotel not sticking around so it was just annoying. Other than that the location is great, room was clean and orderly, hotel was clean and staff was wonderful and accommodating. Pool was closed which was not the best but we were not really in the hotel anyway. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked at all times. Over all was a good experience.

This holiday inn is new and well maintained. The manager is super helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to accommodate me after Hilton canceled my reservation and refused to help me. I am now a loyal IHG business traveler. The rooms are SUPER clean and the staff is a grat. Thank you holiday inn for saving my week long business trip from a Hilton disaster, I already booked next week's stay and I look forward to many more at this hotel. Thank you again!

Front desk was often abandoned with the personnel outside smoking and/or laughing on cellphone. Housekeeping minimal due to staffing difficulties. When my husband tried to empty our garbage can, the front desk staff was not courteous with him. Poor customer service all around. The complimentary breakfast was either excellent or abysmal depending on whether one particular lady was scheduled in (and she is supposed to be retired). Bathroom was poorly designed with little counter space. Towel rod was poorly placed far from the shower and was coming off the wall.

We checked in on Sunday and Carrie, working at the front desk was very accommodating and very friendly. booking.com the website which we booked the stay on did not transfer over that we were bringing two pets with us for our stay. The hotel worked with us and got us a room/upgraded us to a suite at no charge. This hotel is very centrally located with lots of dining options and shopping in the area. Also a lot of nice walking trails and sidewalks for walking pets if you bring them with you. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. Movies for super clean along with the rest of hotel, and the breakfast served in the mornings was also good as well.
