Went to store around 10 am today. The item I needed (sprayer) was not on display, walked clear up to cashier ask if item was in stock and could she get someone to assist, she said everyone was busy and told me to go back and get item ticket and bring back to her and she said she could not leave counter to do it, but it's OK for customer to make multiple trips, talk about customer service, not at Uniontown harbor freight.

The store manager Mark and the associate helping were Amazing!! They had our item waiting for us when we walked in after calling to confirm they had it. They were so friendly and kind! I was so impressed! Thank you both so much!

HFT is decent. Yeah, there are a fair amount of items that aren't exactly the best at any rate. However, if you take a minute to take a good detailed look over what you're looking to buy and use a little logic and common sense, you'll find that they do have things that are more than capable of handling various professional job site tasks.As with ANY kind of shopping, you just have to do your homework and have a pretty good idea of what you're looking for before you head out to a brick & mortar location. Within your research, you'll need to get brand comparisons, price points, quality, overall value of the merchandise, etc, etc... Overall, when you fulfill your duties as the customer, they're a decent place. Enough so I'd say that they're definitely worth taking a look at.Additionally, If you have ever considered joining their "Inside Track Club", it really does basically pay for itself sooner or later. I opted for the 2 year membership as it was the better deal and at the time I was very close to a point of absolute necessity to begin multiple home improvement/maintenance projects. Although it has been a couple years since I was an active member of the ITC, it saved $100's (if not $1,000's) on purchases that had to be made regardless of where I would have bought the items. So, it's surely worth joining the ITC if you do a lot of hands on/job site type construction work or if you have a small construction business that's still in it's infancy and trying to gain a foothold in the industry, it's the way to go to get tools with enough quality for getting to work and to keep you working but aren't so high priced that you can still realistically afford to get them without breaking the bank (so you won't be forced into buying the insanely priced, big name brand tools, I.E., DeWalt until you're turning out good annual net revenues and are ready to shell out for the upgrade).Whether you just like to tinker, are a DIY person or are an onsite construction worker, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at some of the stuff they have. I would just advise to not get too ahead of yourself until you get to hold the item in your hands and inspect it.Overall worth checking out 👍🏻

My first visit ever with my nephew. He purchased the items he needed, and impulse purchased a patio solar light set. I didn't need anything, and he obtained all he needed.The cash registers are oddly positioned--you have to back-track to exit the store.It's not theirs, but too bad you have to drive/maneuver around a political camp/post to get to the store.

Great prices, the majority of tools I purchase here work pretty well. I have electric tools such as a miter saw that I purchased 12 years ago and built a house with and it still works great. Occasionally you'll get an electric tool that is junk but that rarely happens. Overall I am very happy with the quality and assortment. Usually good customer service as well.

If you need good tools cheap, this is your place. Some stuff is not precision quality, but if your just a normal guy doing a repair trying to save a boat load of money. The tools work fine.The store is in an easily accessible location with good parking.The employees are friendly and keep the store nicely stocked and clean.The coupons are the "King" when making a purchase. Try to time your purchases around their sales and coupons and its always worth the wait.Beware of the low-end saw-blades. They don't really stand up to a quality blade for cutting life.But other than that I'm highly satisfied with all of my past purchases and shopping experiences at this location...

Not all harbor freights are the same. This one is very clean and laid out really nice. A selection is also better then the Monroeville store.

I love this store. It's like the grown man's toy store! Staff at this location appear to be few and far between, but the ones that I have encountered were very friendly and helpful. The cashiers always seem to be up beat and quite chipper, which I appreciate very much. Their positive attitude always makes me feel welcome and makes me want to come back.The tools and equipment run the gambit from very budget friendly, to higher priced quality items. I don't think that I've every gone in and not found what I wanted. The store is clean and well organized. Good job harbor freight tools.

It's harbor freight. Love it or hate it. Coupons and ict deals are great savings. Would I recommend these tools for everyday hard use? No. For home owners, hobbyist, nonprofessional uses they're great. Don't have expectations of snap on and you won't be disappointed.

This store has much to offer for the backyard DIY'er. Their warranty is second to none, and they have a wide variety at a very affordable price. I have tools that have lasted twice as long doing twice the work at other name brand tools. And when they do break, full replacement at no charge, no questions asked. How are you going to beat that?

My fiance shops for alot of his tools here and he usually doesn't have any problems. Every now and again he will have to return something that broke or is missing something and they never give him any problems. So he is very happy to shop here since he loves the variety and prices

Nice place to go if you enjoy being harassed and sales pressured about simply examining a face shield before you choose to buy it.She had the audacity to try and insist that we buy must it just for looking at it. The manager was very condescending, rude, not helpful in the least , and apparently they make up a policy on the spot that if you test fit an item you must buy it. Keep your face shield and ignorant employee and learn how keep the right kind of face shields in stock and also learn how to respect your customers! Thanks for ruining our day.

Not satisfied with harbor freight so won't be going back.this is the third time I've had to return an electric tool and all 3 times I was told I had to buy a new tool and the tools were only 2-3 months old. When I bought them they ask for my phone # so I didn't think there was any problem so I didn't keep the receipts I thought it would be on my account with phone number but oh well I'll spend my money else where

The best place to shop for tools. Everything you need for any project under one roof. Great deals if you become a fast track member, with great service. Only thing you can't find here is paint. Love it, and shop as much here as my wife does at sephora.

Actually, I'd rate my experience lower that 1 star if I could, but it's not available.I needed a certain part, a flap wheel/disc for a bench grinder, for an important business project earlier this week, April 21, 2021. I found the part on the Harbor Freight website and their Uniontown, PA, PA Store #615, showed them having 3 'On Hand' in the store. I called this store(a 40 minute drive, one way, for me) to ensure that the store actually had the part 'On Hand'.Wade, the Harbor Freight employee that answered the phone, said that, in fact, they did have 3 of these parts in the store, so I asked him to physically grab one for me and hold it so that I would make sure that they didn't sell before I got there. After being on hold for several minutes, Wade came back on the line to tell me that he was holding this item for me until I got to the store.I arrived at the store about an hour later and was told by Walter, the store supervisor, that Wade was at lunch, but that he would help me. After explaining to Walter what I needed, Walter proceeded to check for over 10 minutes, trying to find the part. Upon telling me that the part was not in the store, I told him that Wade said he was holding the part for me and maybe the part had been placed somewhere differently. No luck, no part could be found.Not only did I waste 2 hours of my day due to the incompetence of these Harbor Freight employees, the 'supervisor' of the store offered no reasons for why this snafu occurred, no apologies for wasting my time and no remedies to ensure this kind of issues don't occur again to other customers. And to top the entire situation off, the smugness, bordering on arrogance, that the 'supervisor' Walter displayed during the entire in-store incident solidified my decision to never buy anything from Harbor Freight, especially at this store, again.Good luck if you have to deal with these inept and improperly trained employees.

Nice clean store. Staff seems friendlyIm giving it 3 stars because no one ever offers assistance and the products sold here seem pretty cheap...depending on what it is though. The jacks and some of the tool boxes are great. But the smaller tools are well....you get what you pay for i guess.

I bought an open package that had a wrench I needed and it was a dollar off a new one that they didn't have in stock, although it only had two of the five wrenches, when I asked the girl about it she rudily shugged her shoulders and didn't elaborate at all, so much for buying a membership, you still get treated badly

Harbor Freight Tools is outstanding! and really lives up to their Motto of Quality Tools at Ridiculously low prices! The Pittsburgh tools are professional level and provides a lifetime warranty that cannot be beat for the price. The Icon Tools are professional level tools that are better then Snap on tools for the price and I very much look forward to Icon expanding their selection of tools so that I can buy more of them. I look forward to them coming out with their 1/2 inch drive 12 point SAE and Metric sockets set and when they do I will buy them right away. The Senior Tool Engineer that use to work for Snap On now works for Harbor Freight Tools USA, Inc. so that is why you see such and improvement in the quality of the hand tools.

It's hit or miss but they have just about everything you'd need. Some is good quality, some is not. Know what your buying for and research your purchases first. Love this store.

I have gotten many useful items free with purchase from Harbor Freight, tarps, batteries and led flash lights, just to name a few. The manager and the employees I have dealt with are always very nice and extremely helpful when I have questions.

Not only do they have great tools at excellent prices, the times I've been to this location I've been able to get some experienced opinion on which tool-set is better for my projects. Clean, well-organized location.

Always have good luck with this location. Good location, great staff, friendly. Clean and organized, items easily found. My experience has been they are always stocked of what I want or need. Plenty of parking. Handicapped parking and accessable.

Very clean store. Well managed but very slow at checkout !!! There to busy trying to get your zip code and email address. Definitely hurt their business. Most people don't want to give that information out. Just my opinion !!!
