This place can't even keep basic goods in stock. Every time I come here they're out of sugar, pet food ect. Always a waste of time shopping here.

This store is not covid safe in my opinion. I have seen staff members not putting their mask on while handling people's items. I saw several customers not wearing any masks at all and not being asked to by staff. I went there today for the last time and I told the lady that was ringing me up that her mask only works if she covers her nose and mouth with it she said I know and proceeded not to use it at all as she was handling all my items. I will not be back, I will drive further to go to a different store where I know they follow the rules for covid.

I went to this dollar general on February 4 @ 8:15pm to purchase a couple things.I asked for a pack of cigarettes & the lady asked for my ID. I started looking in my wallet for my drivers license but found my VALID military ID first. I figured I would be able to use it so I didn’t have to keep looking for my license.However, the lady working the register told me that she couldn’t accept the military ID. She said it was a policy of Dollar General.Is this true ?I am a little upset & offended over this experience at Dollar General ... My husband served our country for 8 years & was wounded while serving in Iraq. He passed away November 2019 as a result of the injuries he sustained in Iraq.I shop Dollar General ALOT & I’ve never had any issues with using my military ID to purchase cigarettes.

I walked all the way there took about 20 minutes I get there at 9:34 and they was close and on line it says they close at 10 y’all need to update y’all’s stuff if you don’t close at a different time
