We love Arlos. We bring our two little kids often. The pizza and pierogis are great and the country store is awesome, especially the ice cream! The waitresses are outstanding. They run circles around Philly area servers. I’ve never seen such hardworking waitstaff. They always give us a warm welcome. The live music is top notch. So grateful for this wonderful spot.

Ordered $50 worth of food to go. Confirmed my order, paid for my order. Was given 2 bags, and I asked if everything I ordered was in the two bags, and was told yes! Drove all the way home (15 minutes or so) any my Wife’s $6 BLT was no where to be found. I called and was told that they forgot to put it in the bag. I said I was on my way back and that I expected to be reimbursed for having to return and I hung up because I was an upset customer. When I arrived I was offered my money back. I asked about the sandwich, after all it was my Wife’s dinner. I was told I could have a sandwich or the money and not both. I explained that I work at a fortune 500 company and if I made a mistake, I would do everything possible to make it right for my customer. The Cook told me he cannot give me money out of his pocket. I asked him if he was the owner and he said no, so I said to him, sir I’m not asking you to take money out of your pocket, but I would like to speak to the owner. the staff took my name and number, but refused to give me the first name of the owner, or either of their first names. I doubt I’ll ever get a call from the owner. if I treated my customers in a similar fashion I would be fired from my position. I thought that moving to north eastern Pennsylvania would provide a far superior level of customer service. Than I was used to living in the Philadelphia area, I guess I was wrong. I could provide many other details about my many visits to this establishment but I don’t see the point as I will not be returning. I’m writing this eating my cold dinner while my wife questions if she should even eat the sandwich; not a great night.

Such a disappointment. Have been going to Arlo's for years, but things are progressively going down hill. Service is poor, but I understand that they are having trouble finding help. Went there this past Saturday and ordered BBQ. Not good! My ribs didn't even seem cooked. I don't think we will be going back anymore.

We stopped in for dinner on a busy Friday night. The food and service was great. Only one server working the whole room and the place was packed! She never missed a beat; the order was served quickly and correctly. Try the Arlo burger for something special. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome place in Susquehanna County. Great spot to hang out during the day on a Saturday or Sunday. I didn't eat here, although the menu and specials looked awesome. The entire property has a very rustic, country feel. They jam to great music, have great bands lined up to play and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Also very reasonably priced for cocktails. I'll definitely be back more often.

This place is great!! It is a one stop shop for food, gas, and lodging. Lots of products to choose from in the store, so you don’t need to go anywhere else. It’s very clean and well maintained. On top of all that the employees are super friendly. When I come back to the area, I will definitely stop at Arlo’s.

Very disappointed in the service. The waitress was clearly disheveled and upset about having to serve people as she was the only waitress on, but there weren't even that many people to serve. She looked upset everytime I asked for a drink and they were out of a lot of things. I know some of it was out of her control but the service she offered was terrible. People who came 25 minutes after me got their food before me, and I never received mine. I just canceled the order and left. The food we received was cold too. Other than that, the atmosphere is calming and nice. I hope its better next time.

Cool place. The bartender we had was rude and had a chip on her shoulder with us. That type of experience is none desired for people who have never been there before. Hope she has a better attitude for the next people.

Showed up for food at 830 pm was told couldn't get pizza ... a friend ordered BBQ brisket...was dried out... stiff as a board ... if it was me I wouldn't of even paid for it ....

Love this store and the food when getting take out is pretty food. We recently just tried their new pizza. It's very good! A BIG improvement from years ago. We'll definitely get it again!

I use to stop here on my way thru to visit my father's grave. I have seen this place transform over the years and become an amazing establishment. A small country store with gas and ice cream to a cool bar - this is the happening spot I enjoy stopping here

Really lovely little place glad we stopped before leaving the area. The building is beautiful too and it was awesome that the food was cooked fresh to order. Will absolutely come back here if we are ever in the area again

Outstanding food and great service. Stopped there for breakfast a few weeks ago. The biscuits and sausage gravy were great. Definitely worth the trip.

My wife and I visited Arlos for the first time tonight; we were kicked out for having PA licenses with change of address cards. She apparently thought our IDs were fakes, although this post is here to prove the contrary. The bartender would not accept our IDs when we offered the change of address paperwork or our concealed carry permit. Anyone with a concealed carry permit knows, it is a county issued ID that is only available to responsible adults over 21 years of age. This was not handled in a professional or even polite manner. It is not even about the six pack we were going to purchase, because anyone can sell beer and most places have a much better selection with a cleaner location. The food/ convenience store located on the premises was fantastic, unfortunately I cannot rate them separately. The kitchen supervisor was told about this situation and how uncomfortable it made my wife and me. He was very kind, and I hope he can speak to this blonde bartender and correct her attitude. Basic human kindess should not need to be taught, but in this case... I'm sorry, we will not be returning.

Great country store. Filled up on gas on our way back from a vacation and got some souvenirs. Too bad the tavern wasn't open when we were there or we would have had a bite to eat. Had to take a picture with the beaver though.

I just walked into this bar, walked over to the 6 packs and the man at the counter asked us for our IDs, which is perfectly fine. He looked at them for a good 3+ minutes and a girl came over to also take a look. Let me just say she was very aggressive.. to the point we felt uncomfortable before she was even directly rude to us .. she proceeded to stare at them then went on to quiz us on our address zip codes and Birthday.. I am 23 years old and never have I ever been quizzed on my information. When she quizzed me I had no idea because I changed my address and I have an address change card which, I asked her if she wanted. All she said was "No , GET OUT!" I was so uncomfortable.. I thought she was joking because her attitude was so bad so I laughed and asked if she was joking?!? She said again "No I'm not, BYE" ! This is crazy she was so rude. I will never be back.

This is a quirky place. It's a convenience store with the standard junk as well as some good local products (e.g , honey, goat milk soap, and more). It's also a gas station with pricey fuel. And it's also a tavern offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner; they also serve ice cream. While I didn't eat there, I might at some future point.

Looking for a place to get lost? For any reason.... A day away with your wife, fishing with your son, fall foliage, a ride in the country, etc.... DO NOT JUST STOP & GET GAS. Stop in and have a home cooked lunch or dinner. STAY THE NIGHT. Yep, it is not the New York Marriott it is a country inn. Clean and nice, just what ya need. NOW FOR THE BIGGIE!!!!Do ya like music? Do you LOVE music? Arlo's has got to be one of the most magical music venues of its kind. If it be open Mic or a planned performance, Arlo's is constantly full of the rich music only Northeastern Pa. can offer. I say constantly because the local Artists portraits line the walls along with Concert Posters, Album Wall Art, and more.The staff is genuine and welcoming. If you are at Arlo's you may as well be in your own living room. While warmer weather opens the place up to much larger gatherings that can last all weekend. The winter months have their own coziness that the locals as well as visitors will relish. If you have a complaint? Look in the mirror, you must be having a bad day. 6 stars for Arlo's and a billion for the MUSIC.

I am a hunter who is currently on kidney dialysis. Making it this year would not be possible if not for the kindness of Arlo owners AJ and Frankie. I find the people who we grew up with are the people we can rely on the most. Both AJ and Frankie are one of those people. They provided me with a place to stay above the lounge and restaurant apartment. I was able to set up my PD dialysis machine in a sterile environment and had a beautiful cozy place all to myself. i am truly blessed to have people like AJ and Frankie in my life and will never forget the kindness they have shown me and my family. Even though my life has changed physically they kept me positive mentally through my tough times. Thank you for all you do for people and its community. We need more people in this world like them and when you see them, please let them know how wonderful they really are. This place is relaxing and fun place to visit for everyone. I just had the WORST customer service ever. Joe Marshalek and I went to purchase a six pack from arlo's tavern, we walked in, showed our IDs, and I was ready to get my purchase. This woman, apparently the bar manager, how the heck she got that position is unknown, handed our IDs back. And asked if we had known a certain person. I said yes, because I'm an honest person. She then said "you can tell her this is because of her 1/5 review on our Facebook page" I was confused and asked what she meant. She literally refused to serve us because our friend wrote a bad review. FANTASTIC customer service. Will NEVER return.

I went in for the first time today and thought to myself that the establishment was very nice! It ended up being a horrible experience when the owner rushed me into buying what I went for. He said very rude things to me when I "took too long" and "was wasting his time", also implying that we were trying to pick pocket his stuff. What a horrible thing to assume! I am so embarrassed and ashamed that someone in this area could be so rude to me . I'm sorry I wanted to give you service and help myself to your products...I won't be back and neither will my friends or family...No wonder I was told not to go there by the people i know in the area.I hope your experience wasn't as horrid as mine. Maybe he was having a horrible day, I am sorry if you are. And I am sorry you are so inconsiderate. I sincerely hope you find a way to be nicer to your fellow man, and in return they shall be nicer to you.

The food, the company, the entertainment. Everything is always five stars for Arlos. Currently sipping an Arlos peach tea with vodka and it is so refreshing. A home brewed tea with a perfect mix of peach. No hint of alcohol. Perfectly mixed. I always love coming to Arlos. The mini golf , ice cream, horse shoe pit, Cornhole. Love it here.

This country store is a great place, you can shop for items, for a gift, or shop for country stuff, that u like, you can eat a meal there, just like home, you can buy lottery tickets, and play games, you can go online, or watch tv. You name it , it can be done at arlos. All the employees are countey friendly, all of them. Its a dynamite store/tavern. . All 3 of my granddaughters love arlos, love the ice cream/ mimiture golf, and just strolling around there...

This is not only a super cute country store but it's also attached to Arlo's Tavern and music venue. The food and atmosphere is like no other and never dissappoints. I love Arlo's!
