After many cats and dogs treated by quite a few Vets and their techs, I can honestly say I have never met a kinder and caring one than Dr. Chapman. I've met many who were quite competent but never one who cares as much as he does. His staff is simply great, and you know they care too. We will go to them until they tell us they are closing. One problem, they're not taking new customers

Just want to say how impressed I was with Julie on our visit yesterday. It takes 2 of us at home to hold my lab down to clip his nails. This lady takes an 86 lb scared dog and flips him over, holds him down and the doc clips him in a few min. And then my dog would not go near the scales. She patiently took the time to work with him to get him to go on. AmazingBest place to take your animals. So glad I got in years ago. Thank you so much!!Thanks Julie

This is the best vet ever, I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Chapman and his team are outstanding, and they care about your fur babies.I had to put my childhood cat down and it was terrible, but they were extremely compassionate during the process. Highly, highly recommend!

My husband and I moved to the area five years ago and were nervous about finding a new vet and staff. What a pleasant surprise! Dr. Chapman is so caring and knowledgeable and the staff is wonderful. We even board our dogs there now and they come home happy. Med and office prices are reasonable and the care is exceptional. We love this practice.

I could move across the country and still make the trip to have my dogs enjoy Dr. Chapman's care. My family of dogs included 9 and currently at 5.He and his staff are caring and considerate.I trust no one's opinion more, and would never consider a second opinion.He's caring but also direct which people respect in times of sorrow.You very rarely go to a vet where the staff asks about the whole family and genuinely care.He and the staff are the best hands down!

Dr. Chapman is one of the best. He is a vet that doesn't go out of his way to poke or prod your pet just to make a buck. He's impressively good at what he does respecting your pet like you do. This is probably the best vet in all of NW PA from our personal experience. He's great with the youngest to the oldest pets you have choosing their care based on their needs. Believe it or not that's hard to find today in a vet

Dr Chapman is my favorite vet!! He is brave enough to cut Duchess's nails every few months. He spends time with the pets brought in.Even through i moved to Erie,i still bring my pets to the Pet Hospital and always will. The staff is awesome and polite. They make sure to go over any information and medicine.When my family lost a couple pets,the office sent a card with a handwritten note to express sympathies for our losses.

Friendly staff, fair pricing, convenient hours, boarding facilities. But, most of all, VERY competent Dr. Dr. Brian Chapman was able to diagnose a rare disease in our dog in the time it took to get the blood test results back. He suspected from the beginning that it was Addison's disease. The blood tests confirmed it. He was very fair with the costs involved and the ongoing costs are very reasonable too. His medication prices have been very competitive with online discount pricing.
